We
went
here
to
celebrate
my
grandmother's
80th
birthday.
We
were
greeted
and
welcomed
after
providing
the
required
password
for
the
evening.
Our
waiter,
Skye,
was
nothing
but
a
gentleman
the
entire
time
and
took
a
lot
of
extra
time
to
explain
ordering
and
the
different
menu
items
to
my
family
and
me.
If
you're
an
adventurous
eater,
I
highly
recommend
the
carpaccio.
We
made
ourselves
these
yummy
steak
sandwiches
to
enjoy
drinks
with.
I
had
the
El
Diablo,
strong
with
the
tequila
reposado
up
front,
and
refreshing,
slightly
spicy
ginger
beer
on
the
back-end.
Very
refreshing
and
cooling,
despite
the
slight
mouth
tingle.
My
mother
had
the
Amelia,
made
with
vodka
and
elderflower
liqueur.
It
had
a
bright,
cherry-red
exterior
and
was
very
light
on
the
palate.
Our
waiter
shared
some
birthday
drinks
with
us
as
well,
and
wished
my
grandmother
a
warm,
and
happy
birthday.
We
finished
the
evening
with
dessert.
The
chocolate
cake
was
especially
decadent
and
rich.
The
créme
brûlèe
was
the
perfect
after-dinner
treat
for
us
to
share.
This
was
a
unique
experience
for
us
all,
and
we
are
so
glad
we
came.
We
are
already
looking
forward
to
our
next
visit.
Thank
you
for
making
this
birthday
special.
