The Ambiance: Amazing. Each table has a it’s own drapes to draw if you want some privacy. That being said, you only have drapes between each table as well, so it’s not conducive to private conversation. The Staff: Absolutely wonderful. We were very well taken care of The Food: Delicious. We had a bunch of appetizers and they were each really well displayed and delicious. The Drinks: Fantastic! I had a smoked old fashioned and a pain killer. Both were amazing. Accessibility: They have a lot that requires valet, then you walk up to the door. A password is required to get inside, so make sure you know that before hand. Overall: Absolutely make this a destination to make. It’s totally worth it!

After you give the password to go through the front door you are treated with a beautiful bar with fantastic drinks and really good food. Had their espresso drink and their chocolatey cocktail. Both were really good but I did prefer the espresso. The crab cakes were incredibly good with tons of meat and little filler. The chicken and waffles with watermelon butter? Were so damn good. I definitely like their spin on it. Made it refreshing and didn’t feel heavy in the stomach. Great date spot.

Something different, good cocktails and food. Nice place to go for a date or with friends. Everything was good except 2 things, first is only for 2 hours and second the server every five minutes was interrupting asking if we want something else and close to the 2 hours timeline start the rush. Besides that I recommend it

I am so glad someone recommended that we try Ciro’s when visiting Tampa. First off, the reservation and confirmation process was great. Clear communication is key for me, and they both called to confirm our reservation and texted with the password day of-ah, modernity. Atmosphere was great. I recommend a booth. Private but you can still see movement outside. (although I will say the tables are low if you plan on ordering a meal if you need to consider that). A mirror in the space made it seem more open, too. The drinks? Wow! I am not a whiskey girl, but the server recommended the Flying V to go with the carbonara. It was a pleasantly surprising drink, and the presentation was so classy. Also had a margarita, my usual, and it was top notch. My friend ordered steak and it was delicious as well. Definitely make a reservation, and definitely make an effort to try this place if you are heading to town.

During a trip to St Pete the wife and I made a trip up to Ciro's for Dinner and drinks. The food menu is small but the craft drinks are amazing and they have a nice selection on Whiskeys. This considered a speakeasy so you need most likely will need reservations or call the day off to get the password. It's kinda hidden in a random plain sight. Have 5$ cash for the required Valet and be ready for a great time. The food is amazing and listen to your server on which drink to pair and if you get a private booth enjoy the romantic time with your loved one. We are bar people and wish we sat out there to people watch but we really enjoy sitting behind the black lace curtains. Will surly be returning next time were in area. Get the warm cookies for Desert!

A speakeasy that gives sexy vibes and plays good music. Requires a password when you get to the door. Saturday night they were pretty busy but we were able to get a private booth thanks to the hostess. We ordered crab cakes for appetizer, pocket burgers, and wild mushroom ravioli for our main entree. The food and drinks were top tier…And they have this book shelf that I am really curious to see what’s behind it.

Truly unique dining experience in quaint upscale setting. Lots of cool drink options and great service. My only complaint is that I wish there was more table space when the food plates start coming out but the little tV style trays are a cool touch.

Ciro's Tampa. I've been looking forward to visiting here for quite a while. Seem like my timing was always off to set reservation. Finally got one for the wife's birthday. Sweet! Upon arrival went to the door and said the secret password, let us in very quickly and got us to our seats. The seats are cozy with small tray tables. Six of us joined for dinner. The service was decent. Took an abnormal amount of time for the drinks... According to a friend that had already been here. We ordered appetizers and entrees. My only issue was that the food didn't all come out at the same time. My chicken and waffles were a little dry. My friend's scalloped dinner came out super early compared to everybody else's food and was cold by the time rest of dinner showed. Overall I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be, especially for a Thursday night. Not sure if we'll be back especially for the amount of money we spent and not being wowed with the service and food. Next time we go might be just the two of us, hopefully it'll be better.

I loved the experience. The atmosphere was classy and intimate, food was really tasty, and the drinks were very unique. Great date spot, but management should consider enforcing a noise ordinance because the people in the booth next to us were pretty loud. This place is meant for a more quiet and atmosphere.

Amazing. Food is delicious, atmosphere is top notch. Only recommendation is maybe making the table a fold down one from the wall as it was a little hard to navigate the small nested tables with three plates, two glasses of water, and two cocktails. Still 5 stars. It was awesome!

This is quite the neighborhood gem. Make reservations and come for the happy hour. During happy hour, the drinks are super affordable and the sliders are amazing. Great vibe and friendly atmosphere. Tampa’s only true speakeasy!

Very cool place. I love the speakeasy entry and the valet parking is convenient. The environment is nice, the server was great, and the drinks were amazing. The food looked great but flavor wise was just ok and super pricey at that. I would go there again for just drinks and have dinner somewhere else.

I went here with a couple of co-workers a couple of weeks ago when I was in town and was excited when I was able to get a reservation since they seem to be pretty booked online for weeks. You have to give them the secret word once you knock on the door when you get there and the word is give that same day or when your reservation is. The service was also top notch and the bartender we had was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us recommendations on what to drink when we weren't sure what to order and even decided to put our trust in him to make drinks based on what he thought we would like. The vibe was very mellow. Everything was pretty dark which is what I like and the place itself looked very cool. Would visit again when I'm back in town.

We had been to Ciro’s a few times though it had been several years since our last visit. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bar area was renovated and now features a much larger bar (this is not actually new, but new for us). What remains unchanged is the service and amazing cocktails they craft here. You can tell the bartenders are passionate and put significant time and effort into the drinks. I really enjoyed the bee’s knees personally and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Coming from a Caribbean black man I would recommend anything on this menu, it has flavor and every bite hits different. You won’t regret stopping by this place.

Great “Speak easy” bar. Awesome atmosphere with perfect cocktails! If you are looking for the place to drink seltzer or can beer, that place definitely not for you. But if you’re really wanna feel a great taste and enjoy with each sip of your cocktail, than that place you will really love!

We have been coming here for years. We are well traveled and always return for the consistency of the craft for making beautiful and accurate cocktails. Ask for off menu and it is always🔥🔥. Whatever you think of/ they make it happen and it always hits the flavor/vibe that you thought of. Their drinks have always made surpassed the mark, where other new places fall short. I also recommend the fries and the chocolate chip cookies are freaking delicious!

The drink selection was super cool with cute names for each choice. Got there around midnight, kitchen closes sometime after 11 so no food. Very nice atmosphere!

this was my very first time being at this establishment our server was lou, and she was beyond in Fantastic. My partner and I were not aware that we could request sitting in a private booth beforehand. Myself being on the autistic spectrum sitting in the main area was a little bit too much for me. She went above and beyond to get us a private area so that way I can enjoy the ambience of this establishment without having sensory issues. Because of the Fantastic service I will definitely be a frequent person that not only recommend this place, but comes back! amazing experience !!!

Pretty cool speakeasy right off Bayshore. Atmosphere is spot-on as it pertains to the prohibition era. Code word needed and all. Awesome cocktail concoctions. Food was excellent as well. I ate the steak frites and my Wife had a salad. Crab cakes for ab app were tasty. Good stuff!

Ciro's is a hidden oasis that effortlessly transports you to the Prohibition era. The discreet entrance sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. The ambiance is a perfect blend of nostalgia and sophistication, with dim lighting and vintage decor creating an intimate setting. The mixologists at Ciro's are true craftsmen, concocting cocktails that are both inventive and expertly executed. Each sip is a journey through flavors, showcasing a dedication to the art of mixology. From the clandestine entrance to the last sip of a perfectly crafted drink, Ciro's captures the essence of a bygone era, making it a must-visit for those seeking a refined and mysterious escape in Tampa.

Ciro's in Tampa is a hidden gem! 🍸 The classic cocktail bar ambiance is truly unique and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a couple's escape. The Sea Scallop and Bucatini Carbonara were absolutely delicious – a culinary delight that left my taste buds dancing. The attention to detail in both the food and the cozy atmosphere is commendable. The selection of wines and beers complemented the meal perfectly. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with your special someone, Ciro's is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We went here to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. We were greeted and welcomed after providing the required password for the evening. Our waiter, Skye, was nothing but a gentleman the entire time and took a lot of extra time to explain ordering and the different menu items to my family and me. If you're an adventurous eater, I highly recommend the carpaccio. We made ourselves these yummy steak sandwiches to enjoy drinks with. I had the El Diablo, strong with the tequila reposado up front, and refreshing, slightly spicy ginger beer on the back-end. Very refreshing and cooling, despite the slight mouth tingle. My mother had the Amelia, made with vodka and elderflower liqueur. It had a bright, cherry-red exterior and was very light on the palate. Our waiter shared some birthday drinks with us as well, and wished my grandmother a warm, and happy birthday. We finished the evening with dessert. The chocolate cake was especially decadent and rich. The créme brûlèe was the perfect after-dinner treat for us to share. This was a unique experience for us all, and we are so glad we came. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for making this birthday special.

We went to Ciro’s after dinner & had great crafted cocktails. We’re big fans speakeasies so we were excited to give this place a try. The bartenders & environment are awesome & we all loved the drinks we had!

Great spot to grab late night drinks! Wide variety of options including custom made cocktails. Attentive service and unique vibe. The place is small so it’s better to make a reservation.

The drinks, food, service and atmosphere is always a 10/10 when I visit. Everything on the menu from drinks to food I would recommend. I love their intimate atmosphere definitely a great place for a date night or to visit with close friends. Highly recommend

This place embodies what it would feel like to eat in a jazz bar in the 60’s. I felt like I was in a New Orleans underground club. The food was phenomenal. The drinks were the best Ive ever had. I loved it! I’m from New Orleans and it captured the vibe! Big shout out to Brian for the service!

If you're looking for a hidden gem of a bar with both fantastic drinks and food, then you simply have to check out the Ciro! Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this cozy little establishment is the perfect place to unwind after a long day or to socialize with your friends. The ambiance of the bar is charming and welcoming, with a decor that perfectly captures the mood and style of an old-world speakeasy. The dim lighting and the vintage furnishings create an atmosphere that is both mysterious and alluring. As for the drinks, the Speak Easy Bar offers an extensive selection of cocktails, wines, and beers. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or something more adventurous, the skilled bartenders will whip up a drink that perfectly suits your taste. But what really sets the Speak Easy Bar apart is the food. The menu is small but perfectly curated, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and bold flavors. From the perfectly cooked steaks to the delectable appetizers, every dish is a masterpiece in its own right. Overall, the Ciro is a fantastic place to relax and indulge in some seriously good food and drink. If you're ever in the area, be sure to check it out – you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience. Located in a very unassuming area you’ll need the password to get in! The booths are secluded and very cozy. The waitstaff are incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks - worked with us to create the perfect blend of flavors. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Drinks were creative, customizable, and fantastic. Also - very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend for a date, first part of a night out with friends, or if you just want an excuse to dress up with the prohibition theme.

I am SO happy that we found Ciro's! We were looking for a bar that had a speakeasy/prohibition era vibe with well done crafted drinks - we moved from NY, so we were looking for a place similar to the bars we went up there. Ciro's exceeded all our expectations! The place is small and cozy, super cozy, and each person have their own booth. Everything we ate and drunk were excellent! I went for my birthday, and what a treat. This is definitely a keeper!

Loved it here. First you need a password to get in, that’s fun in itself. We had a little lounge type room that had curtains drawn for privacy. Drinks were delicious, I’d recommend the espresso martini which they make with Jamison stout. We had the truffle popcorn, grilled cheese, sliders, scallops, monkey bread fondue and a kale Caesar, all were exceptional. Would definitely return. Waitstaff was great too.

This place was awesome. Super cool for a date night. Each party has their own private booth and it's a very relaxing environment. Be sure to call ahead to get the password to get in the front door. Food and drinks were delicious. We only had two drinks and one app but they were yummy.

Looking for a date night spot, celebrating a special occasion? Or just want an amazingly drink? Check out Ciro’s! It’s the speakeasy you didn’t know you needed in your life. Start with the truffle popcorn, you won’t be disappointed. Their array of handcrafted drinks is amazing, but their old fashion is superb!! Don’t pass n the dessert!

Had an amazing evening here last night. Zac was our waiter and all of his suggestions were completely on point. I tried drinks I would have never thought to try because of him. The food was phenomenal. It is tapas style so be prepared for that. I don’t want to put too much in this recipe as 90% of the reason to go to Ciro’s is the mystery. Make a reservation and go enjoy!
