As an eight year customer, Margo’s Pizza on Fletcher Ave, Tampa just lost a customer. I called to make a 1st time complaint about a pizza not to my satisfaction. The manager, Will, said I was exaggerating which made me feel as if I was making a dishonest complaint. Will, was rude, unprofessional and he hung up in my face. Bye, bye Margo’s Pizza!

Used to be my favorite place. I ordered pizza Saturday 1/8/2022 I swiped my card it didn't go through I processed to pay with cash next thing I know as I'm leaving my card did go through so I paid twice for a xl pizza totalling 22.00 on my card and cash. Presented my receipt and they won't do anything about it poor service for a rewards member. Avoid at all cost

They mailed a coupon to me when I moved into the neighborhood. I called one day and was told that a lot of staff called out of work that day so they would be opening late. Instead of waiting, I called to place an order a few days later but was informed that this location "no longer honors" their coupons.

My experience this time out of many good times and now this one was horrible. I got 2 pizza bowls the Philly bowls and 1 XL deluxe pizza. Pizza was fine but the bowls looked nasty and burnt and it looks like someone ate half of the bowls so yea each one of the bowls. I will not order from Marcos again.

Pizza was hot & fresh. Can't beat the medium 1 topping pizza for 6.99.

This pizza place is close to our neighborhood in the lake Magdalene community of Tampa. As a treat, my husband and I like to order pizza once a week no help keep local business going and to indulge a little. The service has been heading down hill consistently over the last mont with forgotten salad, over an hour and a half wait time, inaccurate tracking info saying that the pizza has been delivered when it wasn’t and when we call, the lackadaisical non concern of the people on the phone is disrespectful. Despite the “new way,” that stores are handling complaints, the pen is still mightier than the sword and word of mouth spreads very fast. After calling and speaking with an individual named Garrett about the fact that our driver came and delivered everything but the pizza, there was no sorry no sense of urgency and told me that it would be another 25 mins before the salad was delivered and all that he could do was offer a credit for a future order. There will be no future order from me and I’m pretty sure none of my neighbors will be ordering anymore either. I will be posting this to google as well and on my community shopping page. Hire people who have critical thinking skills, I know it’s hard to find in Florida, but they are out there.

Ben Johnston is the absolute best Manager. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and his customer service is top notch. This guy deserves a raise! Simply outstanding

Gotta give credit where due, ordered from this store on Uber Eats, originally took longer than expect for a driver to pick it up, so I called and spoke with Will and asked if last case scenario I can pick it up myself, although thankfully it was picked up and delivered successfully; the customer service was top notch and was happy to help. Plus the pizza was soooo good.

When I walked in the door, they were very polite, friendly and very very good customer service 👍. I love their pizza sooo much. They got dominoes beat to a T. I always give them a tip. If I have no money, I will out of my way to make sure I bring them a tip back. Keep up the excellent work that you all do. I give them a 20 stars. They deserve it.

Finally, restaurant pizza with cauliflower crust! I ordered the cauliflower and a large cheese pizza for my husband, which he said was better than the place we usually go to, and I agree. Delivery was unusually fast, pricing is industry-standard, and online ordering was user-friendly. We have found our new pizza place!

The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The old fashioned pepperoni cooks into a cup and holds all the oil.

I recently placed a take out order at this Marcos location consisting of 1 large pizza and two salads.... pretty simple huh ? The person (chip) that took the order stated it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes or so... no problem. The individual that made the pizza (tara) i assume (according to the receipt) had lack of communication with the customer. After 35 minutes, maybe longer, i approached the counter. Another older gentleman (possibly a manager) with glasses approached and asked if he could help. I stated to him that i was sitting no more than 3 - 4 feet away never heard my name and wanted to check on my order. This individual went to the cooler grabbed the made salads and also grabbed the pizza off the shelf. I told this guy my food has been just sitting there with me waiting for it ??!! Sorry Sir, hope we do better next time...whaaaaat???? (love that one, next time, lol) How about do better all the time. I was only 1 of 2 people in a 10 by 10 room. Pretty good food, but service took the night off. No one cares until it happens to them... especially the people behind the counter.

This independently owned store practices false advertising, and won’t honor Marcos coupons on the back of Winn Dixie receipts. The Winn Dixie is a quarter mile away from location on Fletcher. Damn shame, taking my business elsewhere.

I order from this location OFTEN almost too often and get the same thing. When I tell you the young man working tonight!!!! He did his thing that pizza was AMAZING! Everytime it’s great but tonight specifically he put his foot in that pizza baby!

Came in at the time I saw to pick up my order after I purchased it, got yelled at by one of the employees making the pizza’s that it would take an hour if it’s online, that they were short staffed. I wasn’t upset to begin with and actually understood. So the yelling wasn’t necessary, especially because we don’t know the situation. Great pizza though, hope the night is better for whoever this person was.

Terrible experience. I wanted to give Marcos pizza a chance as I’ve never eaten here before. After spending almost $45, the pizza was Average and the wings were AWFUL! I asked for extra sauce and they gave me this. The quality of the chicken was gross. Very rubbery and cold. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. Seems like there was no effort in making this.

Tampa VA Hospital, Sterile Processing Dept lovessss this place!! Steak & Cheese pizza is the absolute best! Customer service has always been on point and orders are on time every time for pick up!

We order the large garden veggie pizza every time. It is the best Garden veggie pizza I have ever had and the best pizza I've had since I've been in Chicago. They do not skimp on their toppings at all!

Marco's is very much like Papa John's or Pizza Hut or Domino's. It just depends which pizza you want. The one thing that we really like about Marco's if we're getting this kind of pizza is their old world pepperoni. It is very reminiscent of high quality pepperoni without a lot of fillers made by Marguerite.

They're the only one i have found that I really like since moving to Florida. I just wish they were cheaper, i'd eat there more often.

Goodnight what a terrific Pizza! The ovens must be high heat here! The dough is made there in the kitchen fresh daily. So you start with a huge plus! And the oven did it's job greatly, cooking it with a nice crispy ending! + All the way! The toping s we're prepared with freshly prepared from fresh items, adding a really nice taste! Very tasty! And nice amount of cheeses! I would order again, and recommend Marco's very high! Try it yourself, and see if don't agree with me!

My food is always the best from the Fletcher location, the Gunn Hwy location is closer but they always suck...so I take the drive to Fletcher, they aren't in delivery range..however today I ordered a large 2 topping and 10wings....usually the pizza is loaded with cheese and your toppings but today it was shabby. We still ate it but added more mozzarella...im gonna return hopefully they will get back on track 😉

Usually this place is pretty good but after being hung up on I’m angry. I noticed the app said to call for a pickup order so I did, and the lady who answered told me that they weren’t taking any more orders for the night. I was about to say okay and bye, but right after she said there were no orders being placed she hung up and didn’t give me the chance so say a single word. I could’ve been a person to get mad and argue about them not taking orders and that’s probably why she immediately hung up but that was terrible customer service. I’m giving 3 stars because the food is good and people are nice here but this lady blew my mind and it was unacceptable.

The pizza was good and they made it fairly quickly. They have a few tables and chairs inside to wait for take out or eat there. The 2 L. bottle of Dole strawberry lemonade was not good though. And their beer taps were not working.

This place is ludicrous for charging $6 to deliver. Screw you. You should be happy someone is even ordering. Pure customer gouging.

Pizza was delivered earlier than expected, hot, and fresh ingredients. The thin crust was excellent and the pizza was not greasy at all! Thanks for the great pizza from 1208 W. Fletcher 🍕🥰

Pizza taste great it's fresh heavy with toppings the meat is fantastic and most of all it's not greasy. I highly recommend you go there and order a pizza.

02/25/2022 @ 8pm driver took advantage of my 14 year old son at my property door. Insisting that she had no change to bank a little extra tip . She pocketed without remorse approximately $13 in a 47 dollar order. They are prepare when the order is cash , we all know that. Unfortunately I was unaware of the situation when it took place. This type of sick behavior needs to be stop . Specially when Marcos drivers are dealing with Minors. I contact manager and advise to discipline driver. I ask to not return money. Neighbors BEWARE!

I ordered this pizza thru door dash. Literally started feeding it to my kids when one of them screamed, “Mommie it’s hair in my pizza” so I stopped and looked then observed the rest of the pizza and to my surprise there was hair all in the pizza. Even the root was on some pieces like someone yanked their hair out and baked it right in my pizza. Just disgusting. So thanks Marcos for this sleepless night because now my kid is throwing up left and right.
