Thank you for being open on Christmas Day! Waite staff was excellent. Once you get past the decor, you will enjoy a great meal! French toast Supreme was delicious. I would've liked my bacon cooked a little longer. My husband said his shrimp & grits were good except the grits were a little hard. Overall great place to eat.

Hey this place is pretty cool! Friendly and attentive, great place for lunch. Big bonus that they have a patio! Especially on such a beautiful day as today. Definitely stop by and give this place a try. I had the daily special sandwich which for that day was a Cuban and it was awesome! Looking at the dishes of others seems like they do a pretty good job in the kitchen.

Joe's New York diner is now one of my favorite restaurants in this area. My food was perfect! They have a huge menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner. And they are open 24/7 I'll definitely be back

Boyfriend & I loved it here! Beautiful indoors-old diner style- and great outdoor seating. Menu is HUGE, could eat here often and try something new every time. I ordered the Monte Cristo & boyfriend for the chicken parmesan sub, both were pretty good! We also had the Hummingbird Cake for dessert & it was delicious. We were there around 11pm til midnight, thankful for them being open 24 hours! Even the employees seemed like they were having a good time. Louie was our waiter & he was so friendly! (Some pics have red glow from indoor neon sign, sorry)

What a find! This truly made me feel like I was back in NY. Good diner food, open 24/7 when most places are closed. Where else can you get breakfast at 9:30pm? ( ok aside from Waffle House). The Food was good. We got breakfast, the French toast and my over medium eggs were spot on. The vibe and staff were fantastic. Several patrons were regulars that the staff knew by name and were treated like family. The Juke box was a hit too. Enjoy 😊

Been driving by this place for a while and finally got the chance to have breakfast here with a buddy. Works out perfect cuz they're 24 hours so I can get a nice early start with someone around 5:00 a.m. before work! The food was really good and it was a pretty cool little joint as well. I just got some eggs bacon grits and it came with a biscuit as well. Definitely recommend giving this place a try! The only thing I would say is it was a bit pricey compared to other places for what you get.

We finally got to try this wonderful place. The service is excellent, Ruth Anne was a sweetheart & made sure everything was to our liking. Good reasonably priced " real" food prepared with love & care. My bacon cheeseburger was juicy & very yummy, crinkle cut fries & all the trimmings. Meatball hero was also delicious & the meatballs are " homemade" not frozen. They serve ice cream sundaes & shakes too. Drinks are 2 for 10 should you be so inclined. Overall excellent place to have a true meal. You will love the retro 50s look & atmosphere. There is also seating outside. They are open 24/7. Highly recommend & we will be back -)

Ordered chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy meal. Let's start with the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy but the breading had absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. The chicken was packaged on top of the waffle in the same container. So the waffle was a greasy soggy mess which I would not mind the grease at all if you know me 🀣, but soggy, not so much in a waffle. I must say the waffle had great flavor. Just wished it was packaged separately. Now to the star of my meal, the biscuits and gravy 🀩. Being a WV country boy I have been in search of good sausage gravy since moving to Tampa over 4 years ago. Joe's sausage gravy is the best I have ran into. If anyone knows of any good country greasy meaty sausage gravy somewhere else, please comment. Until then, Joe's has my business for that.

Joe's New York Diner is a great place to bring your family or friends! I love the theming on the inside of the building, such as the stainless steel and neon lights around the bar. It makes the place feel like it's been around for way longer than it has been (Joe's opened in 2016, I think). The food (namely the waffles and eggs, because that's all I've had from here) is also top notch, but a bit pricey. The staff is very friendly as well. One bad thing is that the booths are kind of beat up and some have holes in them, but that doesn't really bother me. Overall, if you get the chance, definitely consider checking this place out!

Good atmosphere and very nice staff. The meal I ordered not good by any means. I ordered the chicken and waffle. The chicken was raw (blood in the center of the 2 pieces of thigh) and very slimy. The waffle was ok I guess, a little under cooked but ok flavor.

This place has had many ... many owners over the decades. Everything from subs to tacos. It's been a diner for many years and the NY style is evident. The menu is long and varies for breakfast. 3 stars isn't bad it's just not great... I would eat here again as the breakfast is pretty good. Service and cleanliness need a little work but aren't bad either. It's a 24 hour diner ... not a fancy restaurant. Give it a try!

This was our first time there. The restaurant was great. I cannot wait to go back again. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was great. If you enjoy leftovers order the chicken and waffles.

Food is good. Service was okay today. I wasn't offered additional coffee until later so they get 4 stars for service. Overall the food is good and I'll come back. I recommend eating here if you like diners.

Great diner with a ton of options on the menu. I went on a Friday after the lunch rush and it was still pretty full of customers. The table was sanitized, the seats were in great condition, and lots of comfy booths. The service was fast and friendly. My meal came out right away. I enjoyed the chicken rice soup, crust onion rings, and Monte Cristo. The sandwich was good but it is an adaptation of the Monte Cristo with French Toast instead of deep fried sandwich. It came with syrup instead of raspberry preserve but their was jams and jelly on the table. It’s a cool spot and I want to bring my family and friends here to check it out too. I recommend you eat here too and see if you enjoy your experience as much as I did. 😊

Decided to check this place out while visiting my dad. The service was great and the food was really good. I would definitely recommend it. I had the Gyro platter, my son had the chocolate chip pancakes and my dad had the fish and chips We were all happy with our meals. The pancakes could have had more chocolate chips though. It's a small place and they were packed, yet they still provided great service, so kudos to them for that. We'll be going back tonight to try out the shakes.

Every time we go there I’m never disappointed. Food is always done well, atmosphere was clean and inviting. Our waitress Lauren was fabulous great, customer service. I got more than I expected with the chicken and waffles. I thought I was going to get chicken fingers. But I got like the whole chicken lol. Definitely worth the money, chicken was crispy and juicy , waffle was fluffy. I recommend if you’re in the Tampa area to check it out for sure….

The place was too loud, but the service and food was great. I'm a big eater and I had to take some of my meal home. I ordered the country fried steak and egs with potatoes and an English muffin. The left overs filled me up the next day. I'll definitely return. The staff know many of the patrons.

My fiance and I got the rice bowl and we were highly impressed! The menu was a bit overwhelming with so many options to choose from, but we love options and we will definitely be back to try more! Prices were reasonable and beer draft selection was impressive for a diner. Atmosphere was fun and reminiscent. The waitstaff cared about their customers and the cleanliness of the restaurant, which is always a bonus πŸ˜‰ I would highly recommend Joe's, and am looking forward to trying more of their dishes!

Great diner! Very affordable, great coffee! I had the pancakes and some of my friends had the challah French toast and everything was delicious. Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Only problem was a guy who seems to be a regular (he was calling the staff by their name so that gave it away) and who was drunk (they serve beer) at 9:30am. He was VERY loud and VERY obnoxious and I feel they should have cut him off instead of continuing to serve him. He was even yelling out at patrons at other tables who were very annoyed. Def took away from a peaceful breakfast. Once they get rid of that guy, this diner is 100% awesome!

Great diner experience! Menu is HUGE with a lot of variety, which is my ideal at a diner. I ordered the wings with the house sauce. Highly recommend. Wings are nice and crispy but still have a ton of meat on the bone. I also ordered the shrimp and grits because my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Major highlight: It comes with cheese grits. They are the cheeseiest grits I've ever had in my entire life (photo attached). They just oozed cheese. It was really good. I'm only going to be in the area for less than a week, but I plan to eat there again before I leave. The service was great. Nice, friendly ladies always kept me in the loop with what was happening. They were slammed, so I experienced a bit of a wait, but it wasn't bad and totally understandable. There was a bit of a surprise when a free app was brought to the table that included veggies, cucumbers, and some bruschetta (fourth photo)! Definitely give this place a shot!

On the corner of Florida and Fletcher, there is absolutely nothing promising about the food at Joe's. It was mediocre at best, mostly due to ingredient quality. The off brand bacon was stringy, greasy and under cooked. That was the best part, it was downhill from there. The biscuit was inedible and the omelet while better was still a disappointment. It's a very cute place, the servers were very nice and upbeat. There is a nice outdoor patio. All they need is some good food. I wanted the bone-in fried chicken with waffles but it was not available. Well, that is all I have to say about Joe's.

This diner has been in business about 7yrs and it has a very unique atmosphere. Bright and pleasant indoor dining or you can sit outdoors(preferably when it's cool outside). I ordered gyro platter and my hubby got the biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious and our waitress was super cool 😎. Definitely would like to eat here again.
