Let me first by saying this... me and my boyfriend rented a room by the week to remind you it was 350.00 a week we work during the day so no one is in the hotel ( scum room) during the day.. the owner which is extremely rude and has no manners or respect for any one.. Are room was paid for in full and she took it upon her self to enter our room while we was gone... We happen ton wake up one morning late for work and she was in.our room that day while we was gone. She had seen when we arrived back after work screaming and telling talking about we did not make out bed. And my response to get is why was you in our room for when the room was paid for that while week. Then my boyfriend had went to the office and asked for a room of toilet paper and she has the nerve to say no only two tools per week like are you freaking kidding me I pay who a week and can't get a roll of toilet paper so. I went to her the very next day and said can some one come and fix the toilet it's leaking all over the floor and it won't fkush. She then stayed brand new toilet it you broke it n ot my problem what does she mean not her problem it's her property it needs to be taken care of. Then later that nightb had very low pressure in the shower and the sink and again we broke it it's out problem not hers. Then we got screamed at for having a coffee pot in our room she said it's a fire hazard and can't have a skillet in there to cook with that's a fire hazard. Um hello none of the outlets worked in the room so there for how's that's not a fire hazard. The micowave was infested with cockroaches and of course that's our problem as well. The microwave had rust from head to tie and we did that like seriously. I would never ever ever ever in a million years go there again or further more send any one there she caaa have that lame 5.00 let deposit she changed the locks when we was not there and tried to keep our stuff

It really is better to just sleep outside under a bridge or something. Worst place I've ever experienced in my entire life. Roaches in the day but once night comes be prepared to be swarmed because yes, it can get worse. When I checked out I could smell the fungus stench lingering on me from the water. Check out is ten but for some reason the lady came in at nine yelling about using too much toilet paper, which costs her 6$, and getting ashes on the bed. She kept the deposit for using almost a whole roll of toilet paper, to which I explained I used killing roaches all night. No big deal, 5$, I just wanted her to understand I didn't purposely waste her toilet paper, and the sheet already had holes so since she values her sheets so much maybe retiring that one is best. She responded with "you problem roaches?"and dialed 911 for me to "tell police". If you aren't yelled at by her at least once during your stay be surprised because she will find anything, even parking is grounds for trouble, because apparently ten hours into parking she decided my car was in the wrong spot. This place is like a set for a movie, hard to believe somewhere so dirty exists!!!

Owner never ONCE cleaned our room , we rented a week for $300 & also daily for $60 a night. Got hassled for clean towels or even toilet paper ! Also the owner would knock & then just walk in ! Unacceptable, petty & shistey !!

Very rude. Hung up on me and yelled at me over the phone. 3 different prices for one night. Then told me my sister can’t stay there anymore because she was losing money. The room was dirty and then she screamed in my face about motel law being 10 am check out when I was there at 9:30am. Very very rude. They don’t like black people

I really don’t know where to start I have stayed in hotels all over the world of all different classes and I can tell you for fact that this one is the worst I have ever seen in my life. This place is disgusting and so are the people who run it. It’s a man and a woman who run the place not sure if they’re married or just together or what, but they are very rude and mean. Also when my husband went to his meeting I was sitting in my car texting. During this time the woman went in my room spent about 15 minutes in there and came back out. All of my bags and personal belongings have been gone through. I really don’t know if these people own the hotel or if they are just site managers but either way they should not be running a place where people stay. They are pretty delusional and act as if they’re little roach infested motel is the Ritz Paris or something. The television did not work and the door did not lock properly. Anyone who wanted to get into my room could have with a little bit of arm strength

i was simply asking a question over the phone, "is there any breakfast" they didnt understand me, very rude. Unintellgent people, even spoke to the owner and asked them there thought on the hotel, and asking if they plan to change it to a nice new mordern hotel. After the breakfast questions, they said they were gonna "call 911" for asking about breakfast!! Then asked if i could get a room "this was a diffrent number so they didnt know it was me". They said yes how many people, i said "Me my 4 kids and 2 service dogs" they then immediay said. No room no room bye bye. I did read they dont like kids or service dogs.

Would have put no stars if possible. Room was infested with roaches and the blankets had burn holes the shower was dirty and the water doesn't get hot. The checkout time is 10 not 11 and the cost is too much for how disgusting this hotel is. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was treated very rudely,while I was in the bathroom the staff came in and took the tv remote out of my room,the room had dead roach's all over place,but what really piss me off I paid $60 and $5 key deposit and they made me dump my own trash can and get this they don't even use trash bags they use the bags you'll get at a corner store,the room is not worth the price,oh and they're not to keen on people of color staying there or people with kids

The owner is a Hustler and a liar she is extremely rude I called before I went to the motel an asked for the rates she explained it would be 55 dollars a night an a 5 dollar key deposit when I got to the motel she changed the price an stated it would be 65 and a key deposit of 5 dollars then if I decided to stay the next day it would be 60 dollars I paid her husband 60 dollars 3 hours later when she saw me headed to my car she confronted me an said I needed to pay 5 more dollars that's after her husband gave me a receipt for the 60 dollars bottom line I will not return to the motel not only are they rip offs but the room had gnats and a horrible stench Never ever stay at this motel.

Good people, room size is great but location sucks and when renting long term need to supply more towels and toilet paper for the price... It's not 🚫 and 85 dollar place that's for sure maybe 50$55$ but for 85$ I can get better place but 🚫 close enough to work.....

Very quite,clean rooms, soft beds. Made my children feel at home there.had big yard to play in. "No bed bugs!!" :) thank you A-1motel if I have to go back it will be here.

The owners are an older couple. She had a thick accent and was hard to understand and a bit rude. I dropped off a friend to stay the night but didn't stay myself. Was pretty run down but at least seemed clean, slight smell in the room and a weird layout with random buildings across the property. My friends room seemed to be a barn converted to 2 strange rooms. However the cost is low and didn't seem too shady so I gave it 2 stars. I personally would have turned around and paid a little more for somewhere else.

This place is really old and creepy. I rested and got what I needed accomplished but it's barbaric rules and nasty owners just ruin the entire experience.
