At "la quinta inn" for only $7 more than here. Unless your a criminal on the run or a prostitute do yourself a favor and avoid this "motel".

Roach infested rooms. Although the rate is so low over other rooms in the area. It is the most dirty. The Wi-Fi goes in and out. The toilets and sinks get stopped up easily. They are run down and pretty much unliveable. Most people who stay are drug abusers. People are always fighting. The office manager and custodian are ex sex offenders.Once again it's unbearable amount of roaches. They get in your food, clothes, and furniture every single thing you own they will be in. Just disgusting most nasty place ever.

The roaches will trip you and the bed bugs will steal your wallet!

Cheapest motel in the area, by a good bit. It's quiet and built of block, as opposed to wood framed; not that it's an issue, however, your next door neighbors could be arguing & fighting & you'd MAYBE hear a tiny bit of ruckus. The manager is stricked but very fair. He'll work w/you as well, as long as you are honest and honor your word. Also, 99% of the renters are very friendly & help one another out. Great little community of people. P.S. Plenty of cameras on the property for additional security. 👍

I used to rent here all the time. Fair location, classic motel with The Lowest one night rate in Tampa.

Rooms are not very clean but for the price it's to be expected. I cleaned my room up the best I could and it was doable but not in my top ten places to stay. Service was quick, checking in was easy and they will check you in at any time day or night. Regulars are nice as well.
