Me and my family came for my sons birthday dinner. We came on a Wednesday night not to busy at all. The service was amazing. The food was great as well. We had 0 negatives with our experience. We got 30 wings 4 drinks a large fry and chips and queso for about 60bucks! Definitely coming back

Very very disappointed. I can't believe the quality from BWW. I had always been a fan of BWW and recommended so many people because of the high quality and taste but today it's the other way around. :(:(:(. Wings felt like they were baked in the microwave and it was so hard that our jaws started hurting just after couple of wings. Location: Wesley Chapel, FL.

Terrible, the naked wings were spicy and salty. The fries were cold and tough like they had been in the microwave.The bartender must have known how bad it was because she never asked how anything was. She only asked to refill the Pepsi. The tots were good.

The person taking the order over the phone didn't listen. She had us to repeat 5-6 times. She kept placing us on hold and not returning to the line for 3-4 minutes each time. It was 🌧. we had multiple items to place on the To Go. Yes they say patience is a virtue, however it can only go so far. Let me just say I will not return on a Sunday Afternoon again.

Ordered the "classic chicken sandwich" and this is what I was given after sending it back not once but twice. This was a pick up order and the only reason I checked the food is bc when ordering it seemed like the person was unsure of what the classic chicken sandwich was. If you are out of something you should let customers know. The bun is usually a challah bun not one that looks like it’s been stepped on. Extremely disappointed to say the least. This looks like something that came from McDonalds except much more expensive.

I took advantage of the Thursday BOGO special and ordered medium boneless buffalo wings and honey BBQ boneless buffalo wings through the app. The food was ready for pickup at the designated time, well-prepared, and hot. Although there was a .99 cent service fee for takeout, the BOGO offer made it a decent deal. I would consider trying this place again.

For the Thursday night we had the dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated on our seat and greeted by our server Amanda with water and menus. After exploring the menu we decided to order Henny Hustle Signature Cocktail, Chicken Wild Wings, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Cauliflower wings and Chocolate Fudge Cake. First we got our cocktail which was good. Then slowly we started getting our dinner. The dinner was delicious tasty and amazing. Loved our food at buffalo wild wings.

Great team of servers who work hard under crazy circumstances. Review below from Ely said the server didn’t say thank you for the tip he left….you sir should have probably left more than 10% and maybe there would have been a thank you. Guests, pay attention to all your servers are doing not only for your table but for the tables around you. This team does a great job of balancing their tables needs and I will continue to visit this location!!

Ordered the medium boneless buffalo wings and the honey BBQ boneless buffalo wings on the app. Thursday night special offer was BOGO. Arrived at the designated pick up time. My food was ready. Food was well prepared and hot. Not sure why there is a .99 cent service fee to order take out, but given the BOGO special I figure it’s still a pretty decent deal. Would try this place again.

This has been our goto Friday night meal. This was our first bad experience last night but we end up having a really bad batch of wings, they were so small, like one bite wings! Not sure if this was the end batch of the night or what, very disappointed. You pay enough on wings and to get a batch where every single wing was so small in size, should’ve just got boneless.

The place is well lit with a sports environment and the staff members are quite courteous but looked overwhelmed. Orders take comparatively a little bit too long to get prepared. Around 30/40 minutes and this was a Thursday. Food is quite tasty with a spicy and tangy mixture. Portion sizes are quite good. Good place

Not sure what happened to this location. I ordered 20 traditional Asian zing wings this past Sunday to go. Usually they’re really good. Mind you I’d not been in about 3 months. The wings tasted as if they were heated up in the microwave and dipped in sauce. I ordered extra crispy and they were not crispy at all. I couple of them were even cold. I guess they pulled them out of the refrigerator. No one should have to pay 31$ for leftovers.

Visiting BWW after almost 3 years. We had a great time, our server was fantastic in taking care of us and we never felt left out of the crowd. We really appreciate his service. Food and drinks are amazing. Must try Buffalo Chicken Wrap and BWW wings are the best out favorites sauces are Thai curry, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan. Everything comes in reasonable amount.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered carryout. Boneless wings fries and wedges. Fries were old and cold. Rest of food was barely warm. So while waiting on fresh fries we sat and began to snack and was told we were not allowed to eat our carry out in store. I explained we were waiting on fresh fries. Manager didn't care. Made us quit eating. 8 mins go bye. Our food is now cold so I asked for fresh and was told no. By the manager. He's beyond awful. I eat buff wild wings twice a week but will no longer be spending my money there. Never again. BYE BUFF WW. BUMMER

Every week I go to watch the NFL football. Because today there is the World Cup being played on every tv they are not showing football until it’s over 👎🏼. There are open TVs that it games could be on. There should be no difference because of soccer being played. Every tv has soccer and one open tv not good inclusion for all customers

The food was alright, the server was sweet, but we had to flag her down MANY times. I don't typically do that in restaurants, but she just wasn't attentive. The atmosphere was okay. Overall just an "okay" experience. I doubt I will return.

They used to make their ranch and it was ten times better!! Makes me so disappointed that now it's in a box(per the waitress) it is not what it used to be at ALL. Their chips and "salsa" tasted just like pace picante sauce.

We are so done with BWW. Terrible experience after terrible experience.. we tried too many times to let this Buffalo Wild Wings redeem themselves and we were let down every single time!! Our last pick up order was 25 min past “pick up time” (we counted only 3 tables in the restaurant so we aren’t sure why) when we got our food we checked it in the car because of past mistakes… not only was EVERYTHING in the bag packaged sideways and spilling everywhere, it was missing all of the sides. Went back in and they gave us our missing sides, but we should have checked again because sure enough when we got home, still missing sides!! Over cooked wings, burger not made correctly… apps burnt to a crisp. Never again.

Ordered traditional wings. Got home and ended up being boneless. Waste of $20

$150 for 5 orders of 6 boneless wings, fries and drinks. Worst wings I've ever had. The boneless wings are more like pieces of popcorn chicken for almost $10 an order and more breading than chicken. Frozen wings in a bag are waaay better, save your money. The wings and fries didn't even come out together, another 10 mins to get the rest of our meal. Won't recommend, won't be back.

AWFUL!!!! IM SO MAD. Don't ever come here and I'm so serious about this. I PLACED an order at 7:44PM on 12/1/23 and i picked it up at 8:09PM, got home and relized the food was wrong, they gave me boneless instead of traditional and I called at 8:25 i live 15-20 MINS away..... I get home see it's wrong, called them, they said they could remake, got there at 8:40-8:45 and they said they would have it ready when I get there because I told them how long it would take me to get there, the line at take out started building up behind me while MANY others were waiting and yet NO employee AT ALL is checking on me or anyone else, no one is working at the take out area. I honestly now want a whole refund because now the food taste so bad and burnt. Again NO EMPLOYEE is helping anyone or myself. CUSTOMERS come FIRST. Wth is wrong with this place the employee's. What I wanna know is who was the shift lead or manager at this time and date because I waited 35 mins JUST for a REMAKE. While again everyone behind me is just as upset. This makes your store look awful and now I know why I don't ever come here often. It's so disappointing and this is how you lose customers and get terrible reviews. THIS IS INSANE. Waste of money, waste of time. TAKE OUT is supposed to be EASY and QUICK!!!! BUT ITS NOT.😡 awful service.

I would put 0 star if I can I order 15 wings to only get 10 wings I live 20 mins away and I had to call 3 times to even get an answer when I did get an answer I told them what happened she told me they had left over wings to come pick them instead of remaking my order now I’m driving 20 mins back for 5 left over wing and my other 10 wings are cold. I will not be back this is the most nastiest service I ever got. To the point I had to wright a review I’m 24 years old and never had I wrote a review in my life im disappointed.

I came in today for lunch by myself after I finished a job and although I don't particularly like going to eat by myself, my server Angela was amazing and friendly and it didn't bother me I was alone at all thanks to her! She's very sweet,attentive and full of a contagious bubbly energy that I wanted to take the time to leave a review to recognize. Food was great, everything was hot and tasty and exactly what I was craving! Thanks Angela!
