Cicis is one of the best deals for your money when choosing where to go out to eat. They had a nice variety of pizzas on the buffet. We asked for a custom Buffalo Chicken Pizza which they were happy to make us one fresh and quick too! The salad bar was full and had lots of fresh crisp veggies with a good selection of dressings also. The soup is surprisingly good there. Free refills on drinks made for an all-around good experience. They do a good job keeping it clean and organized. Definitely recommend this location!

Quick place, inexpensive! They have a variety of pizzas on the buffet lineup. Still I always prefer their personal order option, the pizza comes fresh and hot ! Staffs were really awesome , welcoming and smiling 👍

I haven't visited in a while, but what a surprise it was to enjoy with my kids in a new renovated establishment. The inside is captivating and clean, the pizza is good especially when it's hot freshly out of the oven, and staff was friendly.

It was a nice place to get a quick cheap lunch. The food was hot with multiple selections and was at a great price. Staff was friendly and fast to collect empty plates. They have arcade machines you can play, and an ice hockey table as well. The bathroom was clean and well stocked.

We were craving for pizza and decided to try Cicis Restaurant for the pizza. It is a unique restaurant which offers pizza buffet as well as pasta buffet. There are many small video games too which children can enjoy. We went during the afternoon and the restaurant was full with family enjoying with their children. I ordered Veggie pizza over the counter. The service was good and i got the pizza in 15 minutes. The pizza was hot as well as delicious. It had all the veggies which i love. The only issue was with the onion on pizza. I believe onion was not properly cooked due to which we had to remove onions from the pizza regularly. All in all we loved the pizza. It was amazing and delicious.

We've been coming to this CiCi's for years when in Tampa. The food quality is consistent. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. While not gourmet food, it is an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, a type of restaurant thst is fading away and still a good value.

Cicis is always a go-to of ours. No matter which one we go to, we always know what to expect! Consistently delicious food and fair prices will keep us coming back for a long time!

Placed a specialty pizza order at the front it never got put im not sure she understood I tried to explain twice I gave up. Food was old when I arrived although after waiting on nothing special I ordered to come up that didn't they put out fresh pizza... too little too late... I can say the soda was top notch.

The variety of pizzas are great, and they will make you anything you want. Pasta is well cooked and you have your choice of tomato sauce and alfredo sauce. The soups are very tasty. They have a very good salad bar. It is self-service, but the servers are very good at keeping the tables clean and making sure you have everything you need. Also, you can't beat the price at $8.95!

Every staff member was helpful and kind, the whole restaurant, arcade area and restrooms were very clean and the food was hot fresh and yummy. I was very happy with my experience.

As a lover of pizza, this is definitely not in the top three, but it’s a nice spot to hang out with friends and family! The area was clean, the ladies working behind the counter were attentive and frequently changing out the pizzas. While they had TVs, they weren’t loud and obnoxious, so you can still enjoy speaking with your peeps. The bathroom was clean as well. I enjoyed playing some of their arcade games which you can get a card for that you can refill. A little bit expensive to play consistently, but it’s nice for just chilling. Don’t forget to check their website for special deals as they have certain sales on certain days or sometimes a two for one!

Haven't been to CiCi's in years! I'll tell you this location was great! The pizza was very fresh and tasty! The salad bar was fully stocked and also fresh! Pasta was cooked nice. Staff was friendly too!! Definitely had a Great experience here and definitely will be back

Betsy called the police on me before giving me my money back after charging me for a 3 month old to eat and drink.Instead of being accountable as a “manager” she wanted to argue instead of a simple apology.I literally got my money back after she called the police and they were outside..who makes a scene like that? So unprofessional and sad, people get management tittles and act like they are better than others🤦🏽‍♀️

Very noisy. Pizza was cold and not much on bar. Took awhile to restock. Tables not bused while we were there. Brownies were dry and mostly cocoa.

We’ve been lucky that some CiCi’s are still open in Fl and even thriving in Orlando and Kissimmee. But this one is evidence of why they are all closing down. Total cesspool. Dirty, employees are rude and they are cheapskates. The food is not good. Shame because I really love CiCi’s. Won’t be surprised to see this one close just like the rest of them with the current management. Avoid this place and find a real pizzeria. There’s alot on Fowler.

Atmosphere was nice. Kids had fun with the games. Food choices were slim and quality of food could have been better. Maybe different at a different location but won't be returning to this one.

Cool little spot to try and grab some unique slices of pizza. You can make your own imaginative pizza or grab some of the premade selections available (best is anything pepperoni 🤣). The cheesy bread and marinara sauce are nice snacks too. This place is really tailored to children parties and hungry college students 👍🏾. The place was very clean when we went and staff is very friendly!

Stopped by to grab a bit to eat here bc it had been many years since I've eaten a cicis I love I feel like a kid eating at a pizza buffet lol..

3pm late lunch at Cici's pizza. We worried that selection wouldn't be fresh, but it was. Several pizzas on the buffet, but most had pepperoni as the toppings. I was able to order a personal pizza (sausage & mushrooms). Skimpy on the sausage but still good. Buffalo chicken pizza was very good. Salad bar was fresh and had good choices to top it. Clean dining room and someone was always cleaning off tables. We will probably return when in the area again.

this is an okay place. so, let's start from the parking lot. - a dangerous area!!!!!! even smells bad. upon walking in. the cashier was very nice BUT VERY LOUD PEOPLE did not know how to act. (must be the area ) Food was okay. nothing out of this world. to be honest i just liked the salad. this place needs a better layout *

If you like pizza this is the best place to go at the best price. I love the buffet even though the price is gone up it's still good and I like the idea you can order your own personalized pizza and they will make it and bring it to you. Good place to go for pizza better than all these over expensive joints.

My husband and I had dinner here last night. We haven’t been to a cici’s in at least 10 years but pregnancy cravings called us (mostly me) in! We were both pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. The buffet was clean and well maintained. The dining room was clean and tidy, dining room attendant was attentive and quickly cleared dirty dishes. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Pizza was consistently fresh and new pies coming out regularly. We will be back for sure!

This location is great. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and professional. They switched out the pizzas often. All the food was fresh. Great place for kids or anyone who just needs a pizza fix. I highly recommend this location.
