Not only is the food amazing!!! I recommend the tostones and pork!! But the people are amazing too!! I submitted my order online, due to social distancing, and asked them to put the tostones on the side because I had to hear them up later. They separated everything with instructions and left him a great note!!! My husband is a nurse and got to enjoy hot yummy food! Thank you so much for adding a little happiness and compassion during these tough times!!!

We had the pleasure of hosting this food truck in our neighborhood and boy was it good. They pushed out a lot of food in a short period of time and everything came out great. The Cubans were so good and the tacos were amazing. Everything seemed fresh and just delicious. Def give this food truck a try.

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELICIOUS!!! Coco’s Latin Cuisine had their food truck parked at Camden Bay and figured it was a great night for TACOS…little did I know that the CARLITO Steak sandwich would grab my interest. Slices of thin steak onions tomatoes garlic aïoli and crispy potatoes all on Cuban bread was an amazing sandwich. we also had Steak Tacos which were equally delicious. Way bigger portions than expected but so very pleased with the service, cleanliness and above all the FOOD!! Hunt them down for dinner!! You wont regret it!!

Oh my oh my! I knew this was going to be delicious when I walked by. The smells alone carry you in. The food was made super quickly. I didn’t have to wait long. The flavor dances around your mouth. It’s just heavenly. I got the shrimp tacos. I felt they were pretty filling. Will definitely look for this food truck again.

Hands down my favourite food truck, and definitely my favourite empanadas. I can't say enough good things about this truck & the owner. He catered my work event & everyone loved it. He's super nice, and his food & service are both impeccable. He's the only catering I plan to use from now on. If he's within 10 miles of where I am, I'll go get some food. 😊💜 I would share empanada pics, but we ate them too fast. 🤷 Still the best truck ever. Please ignore reviews where people CLEARLY didn't read the menu. The empanada pictures clearly show one empanada, cut in half, and there's no 's' after either name, so obviously not plural. The items blurred in the backgrounds aren't part of it, obviously. Each sandwich has 'add fries & drink' so again, pretty obvious they aren't included. If you want something for nothing, cook it yourself.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Food truck comes every "payday" only huh... Picture CLEARLY shows (3) empanadas... Paid $6.88 FOR (1)!!!!! Sandwich CLEARLY shows fries... Not a nann fry on the plate for $13.99??? Also was comically charged $1 for a convenience fee! HUGE RIP-OFF!!! You've Been Warned!!!

So I like a good Cuban sandwich, unfortunately for tonight, that is not what I received. It looked good but it was cold in the middle. There was no line, they had plenty of time to do it correctly, unfortunately they did not. If you are going to make a Cuban, at least heat it all the way through...

Went to an event at my country club and OMG I haven’t had this good Latino food since moving here from Miami! I brought some to my mom and she LOVES it. 10/10 would come back again!

When I first got to the truck I was not greeted and the workers were talking for a little while. I ordered the chicken Cuban bowl. There was entirely too much cheese and lettuce and it had a weird funny taste. The price was a bit much considering the quality of food.

By far the BEST food truck experience ever. The food is phenomenal! We ordered the chicken bowl, stuffed potato, beef empanada and Cuban sandwich. The empanada was fresh which is a huge plus and the flavor was perfect! The potato was also great. My husband loved his Cuban sandwich (and he’s super picky). We are hooked now!!

The gentlemen that waited on us, was really nice, but he asked us if we wanted caramelized onions in our bowls and we said yes, but they did not make an appearance in either one of our meals, Just a pile of raw onion. My daughter got the vegetarian Cuban bowl, And I got the the Cuban bowl with chicken. Both were inedible. I guess my first clue should have been the fact that they use mozzarella cheese in this dish. I guess I've never heard of that, apart from Italian food The food for both of us tasted off. If I had used a credit card I'd be asking for a chargeback. I guess I should learn not to pay cash at food trucks like this. I'll be leaving reviews everywhere I can. Never again $26.73 +tip...cost of this lesson

As good as the mushroom burger was, the hot chicken sandwich was even better. Onion petals worth the upgrade. The guys in the truck are funny and upbeat. Thanks Chef

The food truck served the Church of the Highlands WoodLawn campus Women’s Conference 2023. The food was 100% delicious, hot and fresh. The owner showed patience, kindness and filled each individual order to perfection. The fish, shrimps and grits were the best I ever tasted. She had a sauce with spices and small pieces of veggies, sooooooo good . I will drive to any area of the city to purchase a meal. Thanks CoCo and your staff. Blessing from a member at Woodlawn Church of Highlands.

One of the best Cubans I have ever had. Plus they were out supporting Charity Polo Classic which benefits many local charities and that was so appreciated. Now I know how good their Cubans are!!!

After being sick for 2 weeks, this was my first meal I was able to eat. It was so delicious. Please come back to my apartment! I will order all your vegetarian tacos :)

We semi-regularly have food trucks come to our office, but none have delivered the excellence that Coco's has. The service was fast, with minimal wait time. The food was DELICIOUS, (I had the chicken tacos and street corn.) The ingredients were fresh, portions were good, and prices reasonable. I hope they come back soon, I'm craving more!!

Good God is the food amazing! I ate from their Latin Cuisine truck. Ordered yuca fries, stuffed potato, steak sandwich, croquettes, and beef empanadas. Not one complaint. Each bite was “slap yo mama” good. Even my 1 year old said “mmm” when he tried the yuca fries. Yes they are a little higher priced than what you would find at a bodega, but I don’t even care. Plus food trucks are always a bit more expensive. Will be trying their Hibachi Grill next.

Had the roasted pork sandwich last night. I ordered two more to go! It was hands down the best pork sandwich my husband and I have ever had. Will absolutely always order one when we see them.

I had the crab Rangoon and the noodles. The crab Rangoon were delicious, I couldn’t see the crab meat, but I could taste it, really good tasting filling. There were 5 in an order. The noodles seemed a bit dry, not enough sauce and had scallions sprinkled on top. They tasted way too strong of an onion flavor though, like onion powder or salt was not only used, but overused. I had to throw away. Prices were a bit high, but comparable to other food trucks. The staff was friendly and fast.

I’ve eaten a good variety of Cuban sandwiches all around the Tampa Bay Area. I’ve got to say, personally speaking, Coco’s Cuban sandwich is now my all-time fave! And the yuca fries are on point! Whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right! Can’t wait to to try more!
