This is the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. The last 7 times I have been regardless of time of day they only have had glazed donuts. I went into their store and they didn’t even have donuts on display . It was 930 on a Saturday and they said they had sold out of the other donuts today. Which makes zero sense on a Saturday. The staff are also not friendly at all. I highly recommend firing their manager and avoiding this Krispy Kreme at all costs. Beyond that the last donuts I got from them were very dry . Management just does not care

I’m really disappointed because this particular Krispy Kreme was super cute but I had to rate it a 3. The staff was very friendly and the place was pretty clean. The part that bothered me was there were fruit flys or gnats in the doughnut display case and the napkins weren’t stocked for customers. Also the new Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnut would have tasted so much better if the cereal wasn’t stale. I don’t know if it was meant to not be crispy, but it wasn’t and was very chewy, not what I expected. The shake was great, and again the staff was friendly.

The Krispy Kreme on Kennedy is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. They cannot get the Uber orders correct to save their life. They are so rude too. They all need to be fired. The supervisor is about 16 and brain dead. Come on Krispy Kreme you can do better. Horrible. I don’t even want them give them one star. The best is they can’t figure out why they can’t get ahead in life. How about do your job!!!!! Second time in 3 weeks they could not get the order right. It’s not that hard. Forgot the dozen and only sent me 3 donuts but charged me 40 bucks. SMH

This was the worst Krispy Kreme ever. The “Hot Donuts” sign was lit, but there were no hot or even fresh donuts. They employee said they are told to leave the sign on all the time. They had three varieties, and they were like mini donuts, my wife and I each ate one and gave the rest of the dozen away. The employee clearly did not want to be there, the Krispy Kreme you get at a grocery store are fresher than the ones this store sells. This store should be closed down.

First time tried the Krispy Kreme and was not impressed at all . One of the worst doughnuts I’ve ever tasted, didn’t see all the hype about it. This location only had the glazed doughnuts and some chocolate covered ones and both were terrible and seemed not so fresh. The employees there had a bad attitude and one of the lady farted loudly while there were customers standing right there. Dunkin Donuts walks all over this place. Dunkin has great varieties of doughnuts and good coffee, Krispy Kreme is a hopeless case doughnuts

Every time you go to this Krispy Kreme donut in Tampa. They're out of everything except glazed donuts. I go to buy raspberry at 11:00 in the morning and they're out. The Orlando store never runs out. This door needs to either hire more help or do something about not having extra Donuts besides glaze. Went there three times.

These are literally the most inept workers I've ever had to deal with. The service was pathetic. They've got my order wrong the last 2 out of 3 visits. If you want Krispy Kreme, it's better to drive to another part of the city. The drive would always be less hassle than dealing with the people who work at this store. Skip it. Trust me.

Today I had a bad experience with the service in your store. I go often with my family to this location and we have never had a service experience as bad as today. My family and I got inside the store and the staff person was not friendly nor professional. He came to take the order chewing something and didn’t even greet us. He just stood there and stared at us. We ordered 3 regular donuts, 2 mini donuts and a coffee. When we paid I noticed in the receipt that I was charged for the individual price per donut for the regular ones instead of the 3 box donuts price that we always paid as is also advertised in the sign above the showcase. When I asked him about the charge being wrong. He said that he couldn’t do anything about it. That he has the autonomy to charge individual prices and not follow the prices in the sign. I asked him for a refund of the difference. He said he can’t do it and that he was not going to deal with this and left to attend another customer. I asked to speak with the manager. A woman came and I explained the issue. She was not friendly either but she resolved the problem by authorizing the refund and charging the correct amount. I was very disappointed overall with the attitude and service. Definitely not a place to recommend nor come back if the staff is not qualified to give good service.

Solid Krispy Kreme location where you'll find variety, space, merch, and best of all, ample parking. We did come later in the day so some of the specials had run out, but thankfully some other classics were available - just something to keep in mind. They also have soft serve and shakes now too, adding to their delicious repertoire. The store is actually pretty huge and has some interesting merchandise for the die-hard fans. Parking was easy to get in and out of and there's a drive through too.

We took a trip to Kripy Kreme for "filling redemption". We had bought a batch that had practically zero filling and KK corporate sent us a coupon to try give them another try... first one was the yellow cake batter and it was good, but the m&m was a disappointment. It was definitely not like the photo. KK may have good flavors but quality is inconsistent at best. Posting photo of what was expected and video what we actually got....

Today, donuts we got were dry and not soft. Krispy Kreme donuts are supposed to be always fresh but this was the first time we experienced very dried donuts.

Turned off the all the lights and acted like they were closed well before closing time as indicated on their Google page and doors. Krispy Kreme is one of the many chains that has become absolutely terrible and unreliable post Covid. Don’t bother stopping here unless you’re prepared to be disappointed.

As a black American when I enter any building people are just on alert....fact of life. I am well spoken and well dressed. I always make sure my energy is good. On my way to Orlando I stopped my Krispy Kreme on Kennedy Blvd. As I entered the store there were three black employees. Two black females and one male. The energy was really poor and not inviting. I felt like I was a bother. I was the only one in the store. The first female--facing me-- did not acknowledge me. No hello. No how can I help you? The second female approached with a what do you want kind of vibe. Keep in mind this was a little after 1:00pm on Sunday. The donuts in the display case did not look fresh. What happened to putting your best foot forward? First impressions? I asked for 8 creamed filled chocolate donuts and two blueberry and two pumpkin spiced cake donuts. She said, we have no cake donuts. Her response was short and unpleasant. She just seemed so agitated. I remained calm throughout this uncomfortable visit. I went ahead and got a dozen of the creamed filled chocolate iced donuts. Monday morning for breakfast--in Orlando--the three donuts I ate were not fresh. To my surprise all the donuts where not fresh. To make matters worse the bothered and/or lack of training employee placed 6 custard filled donuts in my box. I was very very unhappy. I spent $15.99 for poor service and poor management. A well run store can operate without the manager present. Looking back I will never forget these two employees. I understand people are going through life. But for God sakes you have a job. When you got the job you fooled someone. Life is what you make it. I will never go back to this location.

Sadly my most recent visit was BAD. I know 9:30 is a little late for breakfast but during previous trips the selection is still good. There was only 8-10 trays of donuts on display with 3 different kinds to choose from (usually there is about 8 different kinds to pick from). The staff either ignored me or had attitude. I went to use a coupon and wasn't given the discount I was expecting and rather than explain to me the issue I was told "I already gave you a discount ". I'm pretty sure if conditions are similar next time I go I will leave rather than give them my money.

If you are just visiting Tampa then I will like to say welcome and next you have to try to delicious frozen treat that I tried for the first time(caramel mocha latte) Choose small and the drive thru so kind and fast service while it is hot( Monique) outside. Thanks and enjoy everyone.

I like a woman who served me 2 donuts and frozen mocha she realized I am Deaf. I wish I had hot donuts but I guess I came in later than 10 o'clock. Very nice place. Everything changed over years.

Great donuts. Just have glazed, not sure why. Most Krispy Kreme have a selection to pick from. Can't go it, have to use the drive through. 🙄

It was a nice and clean store. It smelled so good inside. The young lady that helped me was so sweet and had a great personality. My only issue is that while they did have the delicious hot original glazed donuts they did not have any assorted donuts. Not at all happy with Krispie Kreme right now!

We ordered a bunch of donuts as dessert for our rehearsal dinner and they were great. I'm sorry I didn't catch names, but the delivery was flawless and the food was delicious. Our guests loved it!

Granted 1st visit and it was in free donut giveaway and we didn't know until we saw all the signs that said sold out. Dining room was closed and the drive thru speaker was hard for the employee to understand our questions. So I get why the service wasn't excellent.

I thought that it was closed after I drove all the way over here but it was only the lobby that was closed. I was able to grab two dozen donuts, hot and ready in the drive-through so mission accomplished.!

When my sister is in town and we're going to Orlando we always stop at Krispy Kreme it's a tradition to do along the way. Unfortunately every time we go we get there probably around 10:30 11:00 and all of the specialty donuts they make for the holidays like Christmas donuts or Halloween donuts or whatever they happen to have for the season they are all gone as well as any of the other yummy ones that you want and all they have left are maybe two or three kinds which are just regular glazed and you know maybe a custard or something so if you plan to go here go early because they said once they sell out of a donut they don't make any more that's it so if you went there late you would be pretty disappointed and that's not good I regret that it's like this because I sure miss the days when the in the window it would say "HOT" and you knew they were making donuts and you could go in and get one that was just made and still warm things have changed.

Usually I have a decent experience. As usual the hot sign on everyone does a u-turn; however, this time the service was good but I set at the window waiting on 3 original glazed donuts for over 10 minutes. She kept passing the windows. The car Ahead of me pulled up pair for there dozen and was gone in almost no time. But I get up there and 10 minutes past and I’m still sitting there watching the same lady walk around and keep holding her hand up at me. At that point I just pulled off.

The donut display was full and all choices were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All 2 dozen donuts made it all the way home 😆and they were all fresh and delicious.

The donuts are still delicious but lack in the amount of filling versus back in the day. My experience at this location could have been better if the person behind the counter was friendly, she mumbled something to me that I didn't understand and acted as if I was bothering her, I understand we all have bad days but we need to learn to separate that from our work life. The coffee that she served me wasn't even room temperature but the flavor was good. I didn't get her name but I feel that she just needs more training in customer service skills! The donuts are still good tasting but like I said before the amount of filling is almost invisible...

I love the jelly filled, none in shelf, I was disappointed, and didn't want nothing. So they had a box premade it had 2 jelly donuts, the girl gave them to me. I must have looked like a sad little kid. Lol I wish I knew her name, she cared about me as a customer.

I used to love Krispy Kreme... the last time we went they stopped making maple and white cream filled. Their original glazed donuts are delicious.

I would love to post about how lovely the doughnuts were but instead of service I just got ignored for a full 25 minutes. 07/30/22 at 10:57pm employee stated she was closed although it was still before 11:00pm. I saw 3 other customers waiting as well, then drive off without service as well.

Visiting from Upstate NY for my birthday and all I wanted was Krispy Kreme! Staff was so friendly! Thank you!

What's not to like about hot fresh donuts? We loved the glazed and lemon filled...very delicious. No powdered donuts when we visited. Seems like a clean enough store; no complaints. Give them a try!

Rude Woman at Drive through in the morning. My routine of stopping by for coffee every morning at 8:00 AM will stop. Starting a few days ago, a rude woman started working at the drive through window. No, please, no thank you no nothing. As if I work for Her. Now I go to Dunkin Donuts, much nicer people! Sorry, No manners, then no business from me!

Since I was a child Krispy Kreme has been my favorite donut place. Used the drive thru to claim my free B'day dozen. I was sung Happy Birthday at the window. Very pleasant experience. Love Krispy Kreme!

I preordered my doughnuts for the first time and they were ready at the time I had chosen. The only bad thing I will say I got there when they were serving hot donuts and mine were not of that caliber (though fresh tasting) but never as fresh as Hot Now! Might be the last time I preorder. This location always has great customer service btw!

There is no doughnut like Krispy Kreme. You don't know what you are missing until you move somewhere without a Krispy Kreme! You are instantly elevated to most favored house guest when you arrive with a box in hand. They even gave me enough napkins!

You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme!! Vanessa was awesome. So kind and she actually took time to explain their survey program to us. We loved her pleasant nature!
