Every time I go, almost all shelves were stocked. But I had a terrible bad experienced in here! One of the female employee was standing by the entrance today. She suddenly stopped me out loud and told me to show her the receipt. When I took the receipt out of my wallet, she snatched it out of my hand and sneaked into my shopping bag. After that, the she said "Go! " So rude! I wasn't telling others to show me the receipt, which made me feel very uncomfortable as if I had been personally attacked.

Terrible Walmart. Especially the clothing departments. Kids clothes are always ransacked. Zero selection on the shelves but full boxes everywhere. Truly disappointing. Overall the store is dirty and gross like most Walmarts.

We were on a road trip and had tire issues before starting the trip. When we were driving through Kansas our pressure gauge came on. Since we didn’t want a repeat of our event before our trip we stopped at this Walmart. They were awesome in the tire center. The service tech did such a through job checking each tire picking out all the rocks to ensure we were safe. After it was determined to be all good we are back on the road. They wouldn’t even charge us for the time it took. Thank you so much.

Beer is ALWAYS hot. Have never bought any cold here. 9 people watching the self checkouts and lines of people waiting to check out... HELLO open a register, earn your paycheck. Checking tickets at the exit... Sorry, I wasn't trained correct as an employee, I may have missed something.

The store is usually very clean, but the deli is very understaffed and they don't put fresh food out like they should. They treat everyone that uses self check out like a criminal hovering then a lady that checks your receipt before you get out of the area and then someone checks your receipt at the door. It's more of a nuisance than anything and I'd rather go to Manhattan Walmart. The management are very rude also I purchased what I thought was a Children's Halloween costume in Manhatten with cash because my husband refuses to bank online and tried to not return but exchange my item only to be told I wasn't allowed to so officially out of 58$ and had to also purchase a new children's costume for an Additional $50

Beware when returning merchandise from online orders that walmart will not always refund your money to the original form of payment and will force you to take a gift card that can only be used at their store. This is so unethical and unacceptable. Any corporation of this size should be able to have a system that can properly identify original payment (credit card or cash) and refund money accordingly. This is a hugely unfair business practice and customers should be able to get their money back. I honestly don't know how they get away with it.

Absolutely ridiculous! Only one side of self check out open and 2 registers. Over 20 people waiting in the main aisle by registers at 1:27 pm on a Monday.

They do not allow semi trucks in their parking lot, even if u want to shop there. Great job "supporting" drivers. Since the pandemic eased, everyone is back to hating drivers. Just like I said would happen.

I really do feel uncomfortable shopping here, this is the third time that I have been discriminated against. Im a short Hispanic female in the military and I’m almost always being looked up and down here. The employees at self check out sometimes stand behind me and hover over me, and I’m almost always stopped at the exit door for a receipt check. The first time the lady checked my receipt she started to judge my purchases and basically claimed that she thought I stole something for a second. The second time a different woman checked all my purchase items while she let others pass. This time I was stopped and the employee at self check out yelled at the receipt checking woman to check for my items in the back of my cart. I’m not one to steal, I never have and never will. I absolutely do not like this place but it’s the closest one to me, so it’s not like I have close cheap options for what I need.

Today I ordered groceries my husband drove his expanded tank F350 to the store we paid almost $6 for 18 eggs and they gave us expired eggs. I call and I'm like I do not want to have to drive back at 8:43p when we just got these groceries. The item is expired I can take pictures. I want it off my receipt. They told me waste gas, come up here, go inside, and do a return. What is the sense of ordering ahead and waiting all day since 5:45pm to pick up a order at the only time of 8-9 p.Its stupid.

My only complaint is always the aisles being full of pallets. The store is generally clean, just crowded. employees are friendly and helpful. I also think they should expand and carry more brands of grocery items, but that is just my personal take on it.

One of the biggest detractors here is the lack of help. I can shop pretty much on my own but when you lock so many products up, there has to be someone available to unlock them. I waited for a long while trying to get a locked product, pressed the 'help' button a few times and received no help. I left and purchased the product on Amazon, which admittedly, cost more than the price at this Walmart. All in all, it's exactly what you expect from the big box store that destroyed middle American entrepreneurship.

It's just another Walmart like all the rest of them. Cranky employees. Cranky shoppers. Hit and miss on produce. Shelves have always been stocked whenever I went in there. I love how they have shopping cart return stalls in the way back of the parking lot. That's helpful. The pick up option, I only used once, but it went fast even with only 2 people and it was HOT that day. I felt sorry for the poor girl. I gave her a tip if was allowed or not.

There's a truck stop right next to the Walmart so it's best to park at the truck stop and if you do parking Walmart be where it's really small really tight you have to not get anything and you only shop in the afternoon really fast and then you wish you parked at the truck stop anyway and then you Lee because it's really close to the freeway and it's nice and they have good stuff

Just your typical Walmart here in the midwest. Only this one's in Junction City instead of Salina it seems a bit on the small side for being near Fort Riley and Manhattan but Manhattan has their own Walmart. However very clean store and I could find things easy and it's nice to have right off the highway I-70. The Junction City Walmart never disappoints.

I definitely don’t recommend doing grocery pick up at this location. I scheduled to pick up my groceries from 6 to 7. Then was told that it was a delay. Got a message saying they were ready. Went back to the store and waited there from about 7:30 to 9:30 just for them to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to get my order out before 10 and their system shuts down at 10. Left with no groceries. Came back to pick up my order today and the line is wrapped around the building.

I’m not usually the type to get upset but I’ve been profiled and accused of stealing by the receipt check and then the manager. When the single item I bought they said it wasn’t on the receipt manager threatened to check the cameras and then after looking like idiots they finally let me go. This time I went there for two storage bins with my wife me and her pay separately because we usually split things. The self check out employee doesn’t pay no mind to my wife which is a white female but flocks over to me and try’s to discreetly watch me. I pay walk a few steps away and she instantly jumps on my check out and reviews the last order and eyeing me walk out the store. I’m not even a shady looking person so I don’t understand why I get targeted

This Walmart website for curbside pick is the worst I’ve ever had to use. Let me be clear… picking up with curbside is great when the website will actually show you what they have in stock but it’s when you know they sell something but they don’t make it available for curbside pick up is what I’m talking about. For example… Huggies size 7 diapers… I can go in the store and buy them but they don’t show up as an option in the products they carry. Every other side is there up to size 6 but size 7 isn’t. What I can guess by experience from working for Walmart as a customer service manager in the past, is they have the worst system. I’ll guess they’re seasons behind in merchandise, their ordering system isn’t being managed properly making what they actually have in the store matches what’s available for curbside pick up. The store feels unorganized and chaotic most of the time. It’s messy and cluttered all the time. Since Sam Walton passed, this chain of stores has gone so far downhill. They higher up people care more about the money than the quality. I guess they have yet to figure out if fix the overall total shopping experience you’ll quit losing customers to other store chains and it will increase your profit. Ok rant over. Let me get up and brace myself to go inside the store to pick up diapers!

This Walmart is like most, you wait in line forever to spend your money. I must say the employees are wonderful and usually always helpful. The management on the other hand is different. There's a up front woman manager that degrades and embarrasses employees in front of customers just if they ask to use the restroom!! I couldn't believe I was watching her scream at this great young man for having to use the restroom!! She's actually quite heartless and has no manors or idea what etiquette is. Shameful they keep her.

I am not a fan of Walmart since they went to the Self Checkout. My opinion... If they are going to do away with jobs by going to mostly self checkout... They should seriously lower prices. Otherwise... Hire enough people to do the job of taking care of customers.

Usually a really nice store but you gotta watch out for the fake clearance items. A yellow sticker and a number on it do not make it clearance. Go check the regular price sometimes. I like putting the"clearance" item with the regular price ones so everyone can see. But anyway, like I said, usually a nice store.

I am the legal guardian for an elderly lady. This lady wanted to buy some patio furniture. While some associates were not necessarily helpful, Cheryl went above and beyond to spend an enormous amount of time helping this lady pick out her furniture, load it on a cart, wait for other shopping to be completed, and helped her checkout. Manager Tim was also very helpful at checkout and loading the furniture into my car. Another customer in the store saw how wonderfully Cheryl was treating my lady. Since, she wanted to be treated so well herself, she waited for Cheryl to help her. Cheryl was super nice about reassuring the second lady that she would be with her as soon as she could, and she would provide the same great service to her as well. The ladies loved her because she treated them with kindness, grace, and spectacular customer service. I would give Cheryl ten stars if I could. Some other Walmart associates should look at Cheryl and learn what it means to be a very decent person. I think Walmart should give Cheryl a HUGE bonus $$$$$. Thank you, Cheryl, for taking care of this lady.

One of the nicer Walmarts I've been to. They keep it clean and seem to round up the items people dump around pretty frequently.

Great place to shop, nice selection of things to buy and items are usually in stock. The store is pretty clean and the employees are nice. This Walmart is just always so busy when I go. Updated from today, still the same great place to shop, lots of items in stock to choose from, still very busy packed full of friendly shoppers.

Thank you Walmart for allowing big trucks to shop and park there. Mr Sam Walton would be very proud of the store for allowing big trucks also known as 18-wheelers to shop and park there. Drivers you need to keep the store parking lot clean and Clear of debris. Don't be a nasty driver.
