I drove two hours from Orlando with a friend for a concert. I’m not expecting VIP service but Jesus Christ. We were so uncomfortable that we didn’t end up sleeping there… We drove back to Orlando at 1AM half asleep. If they gave me a refund I would have got a hotel somewhere else but they refused. All we did was unpack, take a shower and that’s it- we were in the room for maybe 1 hour, and they still refused a refund. Not even a partial refund!? I purchased a two bed deluxe *smoke-free* for about $90. Our room was drenched in cigarette smoke, one of the dresser drawers was missing, the bedding was thin and dirty, the shower had a man’s hair in it, everything was just dusty and disgusting. We had to wipe Lysol everywhere. It felt like a homeless shelter. The fact that I did not get ANY of my money back is INSANITY. The pictures they post of the rooms are a joke. The rooms look nothing like that. I wish I took photos. I honestly believe they need to be shut down ASAP.

Price was double the amount posted online. Front desk service was absolutely terrible. I was told to call management which when I made the call went to the front desk person. One of the chairs had what seemed to be blood stains on it. Room was set to 60°. Smelled like smoke. There was trash everywhere. People spitting on the ground. Security guards which made me feel unsafe so I barricaded myself in the room only to find out the furniture was somewhat broken. This place is a joke. I was in an emergency situation but I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here. Gross.

ROACH INFESTED ROOM!!! When I checked into my room, the lights were on and the AC was running. When I went to bed, I turned out the lights and crawled under the blanket. I woke up at about 130 am to use the bathroom. I turned on the bathroom light, and looked down at the floor. It was CRAWLING with hundreds of roaches!!! Lucky for ME, I keep my suitcase zipped up tight and off the floor!!! I got dressed, loaded my vehicle and headed for the office. I explained to the lady that was working what happened. No offer to switch rooms or refund!!! All I was told was, “I’ll tell the general manager in the morning.” I will not recommend or suggest this property to anyone, including my worst enemy. Don’t let the fact that it’s across the road from the fairgrounds or down the road from the casino, because I’ll bet you’ll take the roaches home when you leave - German roaches - about the hardest to get rid of. When I started to write this review, I noticed Google says “92 others have mentioned roaches!!!” Update: 8/29/2023 - Red Roof issued refund for price of room, but not taxes/resort fees. Refund was $125 of $153 total. The REST of the story tells you the level of SCUMBAGS you are dealing with at this hotel: Red Roof Inn issued a refund of $125 of the original amount the charged the card the day I checked into the room, but THE DAY AFTER they issued THAT refund, they charged the credit card I reserved the room with!!! THESE SCUMBAGS AT THIS RED ROOF INN CHARGED ME TWICE, THE TOTAL AMOUNT!!! So, now, not only have they screwed me out of the original, $153.21, they screwed me a second time for the same amount for a ROACH INFESTED HOTEL ROOM!!! By the reviews on GOOGLE of this hotel, they not only DON'T use pest control, they have NEVER HEARD of IT!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL CHAIN AT YOUR OWN DEMISE!!! To 'MANAGEMENT', I say READ MY REVIEW!!! YOUR STAFF OFFERED NO SOLUTION TO THE ROACH INFESTATION OTHER THAN, "I Will tell the manager in the morning!" YOUR HOTEL IS A FILTHY CESSPOOL!!! TO ANY BODY THAT READS THESE REVIEWS, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE "MANAGEMENT RESPONSE" TO EVERY COMPLAINT IS EXACTLY THE SAME: "On your next stay, should you have any issues while with us, please contact our front desk immediately so we can take care of the issue to ensure you're comfortable. At Red Roof, it is our intention to have your confidence in our abilities to prevent similar problems in the future. Please know that we value you as our guest and appreciate your business. Thank you for sharing your concerns and I hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you at Red Roof the next time your travel plans require lodging. They won't do ANYTHING but 'cut and paste' a response to any negative review they receive!!!

I'll start with the good first, since the list is so short. Easy access to 75 and there is a gas station across the street. The end. Now the bad and ugly. Worst hotel ever! This would be a -1000 for an NPS score. There is not a clean wall in this room. Ranging from dirt to rust to blood. Scraps of paper on the floor and dirt. The carpet is wet. 8 inch Diameter hole in the wall behind one bed that has not been mended. Multiple wall patches around the room that have not been painted. I pulled the covers back on the other bed and the bed sheets clearly had not been changed. We were provided with 1 face cloth and it had a black pubic hair attached. There is no holder for the toilet paper. There is feces on the wall. There is blood on the shower curtain. It clearly has not been washed. This room has not been cleaned. The tub is so disgusting I will wait until my destination to shower even with shower shoes, I'm not stepping foot in that tub. The layer of filth ringing the tub not to mention what is on the soap dish is unhealthy and reprehensible. To make this experience worse, I see the price for this hotel is 62.00, the clerk charged us 96 a night! This is a smoke free hotel but this room smells like an ashtray. I want a refund.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter and I just recently stayed at this location on Saturday May 6th, the experience from the minute we pulled up until we left was horrible. When we arrived we walked into the lobby and were told check-in was 3:00 PM which was fine, she then handed me my keys and said I could "look in the window to see if it was ready". We arrived so early that I was not sure if someone was even still in this room or not. Why would I go look through a window? My daughter said to me later that is scary what if someone looks into our window? There were multiple people walking around that made you feel uncomfortable. A man walking around picking up smoked cigarette butts to smoke also, a gentleman on the staircase asleep. The bed sheets were stained unfortunately I did not take any pictures. Shower was dirty which we did not use! We wore socks our whole stay and our socks were BLACK after walking around the room. I can not express how disappointing this was and DISGUSTING this place is. It looked like a crime scene in the hotel room. I have emailed corporate to express our stay in even more detail. I paid OVER 100$ to stay here. Who is deciding these rates? Whoever is should be ashamed of that whole building. DIGUSTING! "Our team is committed to satisfying our guests, so we are very thankful for your feedback." That is a very sad response when I have noticed you have over 1400 BAD reviews and clearly much has not changed since a lot of the reviews are the same experience I had. Shame on this whole establishment. I will be taking this action further and having the hotel investigated for the health and safety of others.

Horrible! Will never again. My room smelled like pee. I asked for a different room, the other (non smoking room) smelt like cigarettes. I checked out and had to find another hotel. The bed smelt bad. I sprayed lysol and the smell just would not go away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

ALL the negative reviews are true. My photos are from the nearly $100 for one night "Deluxe Room" June 24, 2023 purchased on the RED ROOF INN WEBSITE I knew it was bad from reviews, but wow. Bought my own sheets/blanket thank goodness. Never again will I stay at any Red Roof Inn. They should be ashamed, and I feel for the employees trying to keep this dump "clean". You can't even watch TV. They should be sued for false advertising.

Received the same garbage response everyone else received. I won’t be staying at this location ever again, or any red roof inn. I will make sure to let my friends and family know exactly what kind of company this is as well. I was told there was a pest control service that comes out every 3 weeks. There is absolutely no way they have any sort of pest control there. That place is disgusting. I was disrespected by the staff when I went up there and was given attitude. I was told “you have been checked in for 10 hours” when I went to the front desk and said there were roaches in my room. I’m not sure what that has to do with anything. We checked in to our room around 4:45, and left after about 15-30 minutes to go to a concert. Came back to our room around 11:45 to shower, and in that time we found 7 cockroaches. Went to the front desk around 12:30 and told them what was happening. Received a massive amount of attitude. Told them I would not be staying in that DISGUSTING room and drove an hour and a half home. That room was uninhabitable. Absolutely disgusting. The smells and bugs. The attitude from the staff. The ceiling was warped, discolored and you could see mold and mildew everywhere. Linens and bedding were dirty. Absolutely disgusting. The staff and management should try sleeping in one of these rooms one night and see if it's acceptable.

Dirty, smelly & not very appealing. The whole property is dirty, not just the rooms. There's litter everywhere. We were given keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned at all & definitely had been smoked in even though there are signs everywhere claiming smoke-free rooms. There were 4 other people complaining that their rooms weren't clean either. Mind you we are checking in at 4pm. This is a hard no way for me.

The staff was fine, but this feels more like a motel. It needs to be renovated. Everything is outdated. I didn't even want to shower here. There was roach climbing on the wall, walls were dirty, ceiling was peeling off.. it had a weird smell that was all over so I didn't have too much of a good night sleep.

I don't write reviews. For me to write this one is sad but hopefully this deters any other lowly travellers just looking for a decent place to stay the night. I came in July 28th at 8:30, I had my 3rd party website saying it takes all ages... The older heavy-set lady on night shift was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't give me typed confirmation of why they wouldn't accept me so I would be able to get a refund. She has no business working in customer service or being the face of an establishment. Just wasted so much time and money on what is obviously a mediocre property staffed with miserable people. Come on Tampa... do better. I had higher hopes. -5/5

I had an emergency situation where I needed room for two nights. Management refused to let me check in early. I told him would be for two adults. Room only had two pillows and we couldn't get the television to work. Housekeeping never came by to check on us. Lastly, there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

The worst experience of my life in a hotel. We booked by shipping just to get to sleep and continue the trip, the room they gave us smelled like a cigarette, the sheets were dirty because they had eaten and not washed, we asked to cancel the room because after seeing what we could expect from the rest and they didn't want to cancel the stay, we didn't sleep there and they didn't give us back the money either, they practically stole us! DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE, IT'S THE WORST HOTEL!!

This is the worst motel/hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it’s not close. First off it’s “smoke free” but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (so did the rooms of other members of my sports team who also stayed here). When we first got here it took like an hour for all of us to check in. When we got our keys, one never worked. After a day the other key stopped working and we had to get it re scanned. A day later that key stopped working and we went down and waited in line for like 10 minutes to get it re-scanned. It still didn’t work after getting re scanned the first time, so we had to go back and get in line for a second time to get it re scanned. We went and tried it after the second re-scan and it still didn’t work so we had to go wait in line again for ten or fifteen minutes. It worked after the third re-scan. The whole process took probably about an hour, so we couldn’t get into our room for about an hour because of that whole fiasco. Finally, one of my teammates parents asked for a refund on their room because they wouldn’t stay in it because of how absolutely terrible it was, and the employees wouldn’t give them a refund because they booked through Expedia. Below is a list of things wrong with my room or a teammates room: *Missing smoke detector *Heavy smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking rooms *Room that smelled like sewage *Missing lamp *Cockroaches or other bugs throughout the room *3 pillows for a four person room and they said they couldn’t give us another pillow *Dirty floors *Crack in wall *Blood stains Pretty much the only good thing I can say about this place is they had a very friendly and kind worker at the front desk. I would never ever ever recommend this place. My teammates and I will be contacting corporate to ask for a refund or compensation for the terrible experience, I will update this review with the results.

Place is completely disgusting! It is very clear that the rooms have not been properly cleaned or sanitized what’s so ever ! Price is ridiculous considering every single piece of furniture is from the 80s and for a non smoking hotel the entire place smelled like a ash tray amongst other things. Unfortunately this experience was terrible and we spent way more money having to clean up and buy our own sheets just to make us feel a little comfortable in the room for the night. Other than the place itself staff was very nice and helpful as far as customer service in checking us in and out. Hopefully someone will make changes to the environment because it really is in a great location.

Not even worth one star. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I’ve stayed in some not so nice hotels before but this one takes the cake. Smelled like complete piss, dirty, dead bugs on the WALL. holes in the bedding when the room is supposed to be non smoking… asked for a diff room.. same exact thing. We had to end up getting a whole diff hotel. Tried getting a refund but they wouldn’t give us one. DO NOT STAY HERE.

When I tell you don’t even come, just don’t! You can tell they literally don’t clean the room. The sheets were nasty. The bathrooms clearly haven’t been cleaned in months! We originally got room 210. (100% smoke free) it smelled like someone hot boxed with cigarettes. My wife is 8 months pregnant and I have two small children. So they switched us to 116. It smelled like someone just smoked a black and mild two minutes ago. Both rooms were horrible and room 116 didn’t even lock and when we told them they said there was no maintenance and no other rooms. Avoid this place like it’s the plague. Never again!

Disgusting! For 1 roaches everywhere mold in the rooms smells strong like mildew the lights didn't work only sometimes I had to get moved from 1 room to the next because the fisrt room was nasty and dirty 1000% don't recommend tbh. I'll definitely be call the health inspectors to come look at this place also charged more then what they said on the phone. So not only terrible rooms and service but drug addicts and drug deals everywhere the manager up front doesn't care and has no respect they also stole money don't come to this place!!..

These rooms seriously need to be renovated. Bathtub was peeling, no microwave or mini fridge in the rooms, terrible odor. It’s a decent place for the money, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Roach and spider infested! Sheets stained. Room smells like mold and cigarettes! Dangerous men walking around all day and night! Rude employees! You do not get what you pay for. This place should be $10 max at night! It’s completely disgusting and they won’t give you a refund!

First off. There were roaches. Mostly dead ones, so they must have sprayed for them. Need to spray more. My towel mat for the bathroom had dirty stains on it. We stayed a couple of nights out of convenience, but housekeeping did not empty trash in our room or provide clean towels. The grounds outside our room was dirty and loaded with cigarette butts. I will compliment office staff for being very nice.

I recommend avoiding this hotel. Lots of sketchy folks roaming the grounds after 10:00. They have an outdoor window for you to check in after hours, with bullet proof glass. Yikes.. The place really is a dump. We entered our room and found stained sheets, peeling paint, dirty furniture and a peeling tub. The room was NASTY. I am giving two stars because the woman at the front desk is responsive and helpful. She gave us new sheets but...they were stained too.

It's not as bad as others in the area but it's still bad. There were blood stains on the bathroom door. The trash by the stairs was piled up and all around it. Housekeeping didn't clean our room. They had no towels or tissue when I went to get some. No microwaves. Good thing is there were no bugs and the beds were clean so as far as just resting it was cool.

I’m not going to lie… this is the dirtiest hotel room I have EVER slept in. There are cigarette burns in our comforter, a hole in the wall, dirty footprints all over the floor, there’s not even a phone in here for us to contact the front desk, so we have to walk downstairs if we need anything. There is an ice machine, but no ice bucket in our room, and the room key reader on our door is 1/2 working, and the door is incredibly hard to open. We stayed in room 243, and we WILL not be coming back. If the Holiday Inn down the street wasn’t booked, I would’ve left and payed DOUBLE THE PRICE THEY CHARGE then stay here. I’m warning you, just like the lady did when we walked in the place.

We stayed here for a couple nights but couldn't wait to go. It really wouldn't even been half bad had it not been for the rude and disrespectful staff. I mean the place is definitely crawling with some strange people but still not as bad as the staff. We got outta there quick and went to a better hotel.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I stayed there approximately a year and a half ago in the rooms were very clean and they were bug free so for my wife’s birthday we went back there this year. I took pictures of approximately 15 different locations in the room that there were cockroaches. They were on the shower curtain, they were inside the bathtub, they were on the toilet paper holder, they were on the ceiling, they were running all over the floor, they were on the dresser, they were on the headboard, and when I woke up this morning there were three cockroaches in my drink cup that I left on the nightstand. I took pictures of all of these things and took them to the front desk where I was told I was refunded $30 of my $85 and that it would take approximately five days to get that $30 back. I have since filed a corporate complaint and I’m going to contact DBPR’S health division . This room was absolutely disgusting and the fact that I was not even compensated half of the price that I paid for the room not including that I put a $100 deposit down that I will not be refunded for 3 to 5 days. I am completely unsatisfied with this experience

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. How they have not been condemned is beyond me. We stayed two days for the rv show. The room we were given reek of cigarettes. ( This is a smoke free hotel) we got back to our room late so we waited until morning to request a different room. We were given a new room although it smelled better it was in just as poor condition as the first. This place is very run down and nasty. The carpet is disgusting along with the bed spreads that has burn holes and stains all over it. The mattress and pillows also has stains all over. The light fixtures are rusted.  The phones don't work. The ceiling is stucco and alot of it has fallen off. Mold on sink fixtures and all over in bathroom. The water from the sink came out black then clear then black. It's obvious the health department has never been there. There looks to be no effort to maintain the place. I could go on and on but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

We share reviews with both good and bad. So not picking on this place. This property was/is disgusting. We wouldn't wish this experience on our worst enemy. Rug under the bed had mold (gross), our room was nasty dirty. We had to spray "shout it out" on socks in hopes of them coming clean. Paint peeling off walls. Tub was gross. AND....bugs crawling. Stay away..................

I wouldn’t wish this to my worst enemy. This is by far, the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, nothing can top this. The place is disgusting, filthy, I can’t even describe it. How can they make money with these rooms? They should be ashamed of renting rooms like this. How can Expedia or any other similar website host this type of hotels on their platform, they should be banned from them. DO NEVER STAY HERE, NO ONE DESERVES THIS KIND OF PLACE, NO ONE! Shame on you, owner/employees/partners/housekeepers.

I would rather sleep in my car , or some bushes then stay here again, you could not pay me to stay at this “motel”. I’ve stayed at plenty low budget hotels, I don’t need luxury or something boujie and am very understanding. But this is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, seriously do not stay here 1. The lobby should of been a sign for me to cancel right then and there, smelled like mildew and the aged orange chairs covered in black grime look like the were literally picked out of a dump. 2. Upon entering the room there were scratches and blotches of worn paint all over the ugly maroon/rust colored walls, 3. My shoes stuck to the floor to the point you could hear every step you take as you pulled your shoes off the sticky floors. 4. The light fixtures above the bed were rusted and also looked like they were salvaged from a dump. The one lamp that did work was covered in rust, make sure you have your tetanus shots up to date. 5. Counter tops were covered in beverage rings/stains ( we hd to go out and by Clorox wipes to wipe em down before placing our stuff on them 6. Non smoking room , yet there were ash stains on the toilet seat, 7. Literally urnine in the bathtub , as if someone peed in the tub , and didn’t bother to rinse it down. 8. We went out and bought our own sheets and pillows to cover the matteress, and still woke up bit up by bed bugs on my arm 9. Roches in the bathroom 10. No wifi and the tv had no signal 11. I was told upon checking in there’s a $100 security deposit ( Wich was never mentioned on the booking site) , that would be returned to my card immediately after checking out. 2 days later I hd to call and ask about it because it was still not returned yet. They comment how sorry they are and how they’ll look into improving it but obviously that’s a joke. I’m 100% positive they literally don’t even clean the rooms. Will never stay here again, this motel needs shut down and im seriously considering filing a civil suit for false advertising and puting my health at risk. I don’t care how cheap it may be , DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STAYING HERE, you will be pissed you avtuallly paid money to stay in this dump.

If I could give this place no stars or negative stars I definitely would. This place is awful. Got out of the car and smelt like weed and pee. Walked into the lobby, two guys in there not one smile, not one hello. Got checked in. Went into the room and opened the door, smelt like rotting meat. The bed sheets had stains on the bed. Handles on dresser were sticky. Dead and live cockroaxhes all over the room. Door didn't even lock. Decided to leave right away. Could not stay there. Daughter had to pee, so I had to put towels all over the bathroom floor, because it looked like it hasnt been mopped for weeks. As we left, walked down the stairs to get to the car, there was a needle laying on the ground by the wall. Nasty overall . Update; Called the corporate number and they don't care. Was hung up by the first lady I spoke to. Please for the love of God STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU IF YOU GET SICK FROM THE NASTIEST FROM THE ROOMS, OR GET STUCK BY A DRUG NEEDLE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO PUT OUT OF BUSINESS .

I asked for a non smoking room. Did not get it. There was a cigarette burn in bed spread. The room looks nothing like the pictures on line. Lamp shade had holes in it. Chair arm was torn. The bathroom wall has black mold. The phone did not work and neither did the clock. This room was not even worth the 59.00 Real noisy with woman screaming at someone half the night. Red Roof should shut this hotel down.

When I first came here for my room the water was off and the room smelled of mold but I let it slide. Then the cops were downstairs and there were roaches in are room so we change our room only to find roaches in that one as well. In both rooms they did not give us new covers instead they gave us stained and with holes in the sheets the furniture was falling apart and the carpets are filthy and there white colored plaster in the wall almost as if someone punched through the wall and they did not repair it properly the walls are a tan color and the white sticks out. This hotel needs serious improvement for anyone to enjoy staying here

Absolutely disgusting. We didn't even let our child into the room when I turned on the light and saw at least 20 German roaches in various stages of development. The smell of mildew was also overpowering. We went back to the office immediately and were told they couldn't print anything that says we left and never stayed, but the clerk has a paper my husband signed before seeing the room that says we checked in. I have a bad feeling they are going to charge us for the room! Also, if you read any of management 's responses to the roaches, they say they have a pest service. Not possible. Not with that many, and not with all the juvenile roaches along with the adults.

Do not stay at this place. Planed on staying here after a concert 11/4 but ended up leaving once we got back to room and drove home 2 hours. The staff were rude. The room was Discussing, it was dirty, paint pealing, door casing around door was broken off, smelled like someone had just left. Ended up seeing roaches everywhere is reason we drove home and didn't stay. I will never stay there again. Place should be shut down and gutted. I only wish I had taken pictures to share how bad it was.

The safety latch was ripped away and the room was below par. The desk manager was very arrogant. I had to get my room key redone daily. 2 doors down had 3 dogs and some rough customers hung around. The area is really not safe.

I've only ever been in one bedroom that smelt worse (and it was owned by a crazy cat lady). Room was disgusting, nothing like pics shown. I left the exhaust fan on for hours, kept the door open to let in some breeze, didn't help. I dont know what the smell was but it was so bad I headed out to buy a can of airfreshner. Even then it was still so vile I couldn't sleep for most of the night and I was tempted to sleep in my car to escape it. I get it's a cheap hotel, but I could have been paid to stay there last night and it still wouldn't have been worth it. At least I didn't have any roaches. Avoid this place at all costs.

The only bad part is that some rooms smell a little like dog because hotel is pet friendly. Other than that everything is great. Front desk is excellent and always helpful. And a plus that Winghouse is literally in the parking area.

Where do I start. Have stayed in some hell holes in my time but this place beat them all. Should be condemned and not allowed on booking sites. Fortunately only one night. Dirty room, no light bulbs, no holder for toilet roll, ironing board but no iron, wet carpets, sticky dirty floor, drawers missing, cigarette burns in the bed covers, disgusting shower, ceiling hanging down, smoke alarm that beeped all night even after the 'handyman' supposedly fixed it. We have stayed in 2 star many times but this was disgusting. And the shining star was the skip in the carpark which stank. When I voiced my opinion to the two indian gentlemen on checkout they laughed at me! A total rip off. DO NOT STAY HERE! Waste of my hard earned money.

Horrible experience!! Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. My room had a RAT in it when we came in at 230 in the morning. I went to the office and no one was available. I called the next morning because I refused to stay in a room with a RAT, and I explained the situation with the rude gentleman who answered the phone and he stated "what to you want me to do about it" REALLY! I said it would be nice if you would refund my money since I didn't even utilize the room and his response was "that's no going to happen" . I'm one unhappy guest and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Thus chain is a joke I booked room as I would be pulling into town at 3am on 16th .After I confirmed the booking I reliezed the check in was available until 3pm as that was to late .I was able to book with the extended stay in Brandon with no issues forgetting to cancel room as I was exhausted from driving I seen the pending charge the next day paid no real attention to it as I figured it would not be charged due to no check in.Little did I know the full charge of the room posted to my account. I tried numerous times to contact the hotel with no luck then call guest services where I was told it was policy to charge full price for a room u didn't cancel. This is a nasty property with vagrants outside very unsafe feeling

This place has significantly gone down hill. It is now nothing more than and hourly meth house. The room was disgusting..sheets dirty and stained, tub was brown with dirt. Poorly patched holes in walls, fixtures either broken or missing, drawer fronts missing, only 2 channels on the TV. Overall indoor/outdoor smell was horrible. Outside of property not maintained. Just overall gross. Typical truck stop meth house vibe

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paint falling off of ceilings, bugs everywhere. Dirty. Need a total update and gut. Horrible experience. No protection on mattress. Just terrible.

No smoking allowed and it's infested with roaches. Motel staff in the office were very nice but I did not inform them of anything because I was in a hurry. TV was huge and clear but I couldn't find enough channels. theres a bathtub and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable.

Blood on the walls. Bedding was stained. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. Cleaning staff was excessively loud in the next door room on day of checkout. If I had to stay more than one night I wouldn’t have. Do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here. Also my girlfriend says it smelled terrible.

We booked our for the 27th of September, check in was really fast m, and that was great as I stood there I over heard one of the employees using strong profanity as if I wasn’t standing there. So We went to our room it was supposed to be none smoking turned out it must’ve been a heavy smoker there before we got it. So they changed it when me and my daughter went in she was chased out by a huge bug. So we had to clean it because we were forced to evacuate and had on more option in the area. Then we went on to our room which appeared to be pretty nice until the housekeeping lady came over and asked to go in and make sure the bathroom was cleaned while in there she killed a water bug of some type. Now I’m questioning my stay. But once again with no where to go we pack in with a can of raid we had to go purchase throughout the night during a couple of trips to the bathroom I had to smash a bug twice. Please check with your reservationists before booking here or prepare to fight off bugs and poor room condition.

The one lady whom always seems to be working day shift/evenings.. absolutely the best. Name starts with (K).. she is helpful and understanding as well as patient and kind. Thank you ma'am!!!! The owner.. well seems to be ok. Rooms are clean and ac works very well. Just not every room has a microwave or fridge. They have ice machine and vending machines that work, just very expensive!!! The gas station is just as bad with prices.. not hotels fault though. The woman on evening/night shift, well she has an attitude and very non helpful or friendly. You could be nice and smile, promise it won't kill you

I would not recommend this hotel. It is not properly cleaned or sanitized. The bathtub is peeled up and dirty, walls are filthy, furniture is worn out as well. There are Gnats flying around the sink area. The refrigerator does not get cold it’s froze up. Your food will go bad. Not to mention the smell of ammonia and wet dog. I don’t think the place has been dusted in months the lighting fixtures are half broken. Our air didn’t blow that well. Although the staff was very respectful and friendly. Hopefully they can update and remodel cuz the area is nice. I was actually surprised the vending machines and ice machine worked. But thankful they had a room available for the hurricane cuz everything was packed.🙄😞

I stayed for 2 weeks and I will never stay at this one again if I can help it. The toilet wasn’t fastened to the floor. The shower put more water out the tub than in it. The sink was busted. The tub stopper was busted. Don’t get no room service and when I asked for room service and never got it.. I had roaches everywhere in my room and I asked for an exterminator and I don’t think I ever got it. I asked for towels and rags and they say they don’t have any everytime but my last night. I had one person in the office to help me and she was very helpful. Worse red roof inn I ever stayed at and I won’t come back to this one if I can help it or will ever recommend anyone to stay here

The staff was friendly but that is the only nice thing I can say about this inn. My room had roaches, there was black mold on the ceiling, the sheets were dirty, the a/c unit was full of dust and I'm guessing the filter hasn't been cleaned. And honestly, I could forgive all of that, if the pay rate wasn't so high. These people had the nerve to charge as much as $180 per night just because they are located across the street from the fairgrounds. Which didn't make it better. This place is criminal. They are charging 5-star prices for a 1-star experience.

Shared the room with an infestation of roaches. Moved to another room a few doors down and met the roaches cousins. Actually got bitten on my leg during the night by something very friendly. Congratulations! The worst hotel room I’ve stayed at in 50 years, quite an achievement, well done!

Terrible terrible place. Literally don't even stay here as a last resort. Won't accept cash which is ridiculous, I had to drive 15 minutes to find an atm just to pay because they won't accept anything else and checking in took FOREVER. Room smelled terrible and there were roaches of every size EVERYWHERE. The carpet looked like someone dropped muy and dirt on it for an entire month straight and I'm surprised the bed had what looked to be clean sheets. Never booking again. Still have not received the deposit back which if you look at qualities is ridiculous to be asking 100 dollars for. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

10 minutes in asked to be moved to the nom smoking room we requested and was threatened if room was a mess they would take our deposit. We didn't even sit in that disgust. The new room was no better.Roaches, not cleaned, dirty tub, blood, dirt, dirty walls, smelled. It should be shut down

People were smoking marijuana There . Hairs were not only there on the floor or bath tub , surprisingly that was on the pillow cover and sheets ( looks like somebody shaved body hair ). Lamps were not turning on and were rusted iron. Carpet was completely full of white stains . Front desk people are so rude once you get entered . Vicky and Ravi were they . They said :- hotel will refund you by the next morning when manager Joe will come , you can check out and he said yeah I understand the condition is so bad . Even , there’s no cleaner available but they didn’t refunded me my $106.47 and denied to Priceline for refund . They lied and were not receiving call and when after a day they received Vicky said - we won’t be able to refund you because it’s non refundable and denied straight. And when I said I’ll file compliant he said do whatever.
