If
there
were
an
option
for
zero
stars
I
would
give
that
to
this
miserable
establishment.
Firstly,
and
a
theme
throughout
this
review,
the
old,
haggard,
grey
haired
woman
working
the
customer
service
desk
is
a
horrible
human.
She
has
the
worst
attitude
I’ve
seen
in
the
hotel
industry.
We
arrived
with
our
two
children
(one
is
disabled)
and
checked
in.
The
attitude
was
lackluster
at
best.
We
arrived
in
our
cramped,
smelly,
outdated
room
to
discover
that
the
tub
didn’t
work.
We
need
a
tub
for
our
disabled
child
and
ensured
we
had
a
room
to
accommodate
when
we
made
the
reservation.
We
immediately
contacted
the
front
desk.
They
said
they’d
send
the
maintenance
man
up.
He
arrived
and
quickly
let
us
know
that
this
was
a
known
issue,
there
was
a
leak
and
the
tub
water
source
had
to
be
turned
off,
nothing
he
could
do.
We
expressed
to
him
that
we
needed
a
new
room.
He
called
down
to
the
evil
woman
at
the
front
desk
and
she
gave
him
attitude
too!
We
insisted
on
a
new
room
and
kept
getting
the
run
around.
We
called
down
to
the
front
desk
and
evil
women
kept
putting
us
off.
Finally
after
waiting
25
min
and
getting
no
help
or
answers,
we
walked
down
to
the
front
desk,
left
the
key
and
went
to
the
beautiful
hotel
next
door.
There
were
red
flags
everywhere
at
this
establishment,
PLEASE
beware!
This
is
not
a
safe
or
healthy
environment-do
NOT
book
at
room
here!
