Probably
one
of
the
worse
Hilton
brand
hotels
I've
stayed
in.
We
had
to
stay
here
for
a
soccer
tournament.
Checked
in,
went
to
our
room
and
it
was
awful
so
we
called
down
to
change
it.
No
one
answered.
So
we
walked
down
and
the
front
desk
guy
was
sitting
next
to
the
phone
chilling.
We
asked
for
2
queens
and
were
told
there
were
none
available.
So
I
went
on
the
app
and
showed
the
front
desk
guy
I
could
book
one
right
then
for
that
night.
He
fumbled
around
and
eventually
found
it
(it
was
accessible
but
he
should
still
not
have
been
so
adamant).
This
room
is
ok
but
pretty
mediocre.
It
is
noisy,
both
keys
that
we
left
in
our
room
(so
hadn't
touched
my
phone
or
anything)
deactivated
(I
had
been
using
my
digital
key).
We
needed
towels
so
called
for
some
and
no
one
answered.
So
we
walked
down
and
the
front
desk
lady
was
sitting
next
to
the
phone
chilling.
Just
a
really
poor
hotel
experience
all
round.
The
other
Hiltons
in
the
area
are
much
nicer.
Just
stay
at
those.
They
are
the
same
price.
