Awful.
I
made
reservations
and
asked,
and
was
specifically
told,
that
the
suite
contained
a
separate
bedroom.
My
confirmation
stated
this
was
a
one
bedroom
suite
with
a
pull
out
couch
that
was
in
the
living
area.
Upon
arrival
this
was
not
the
case.
It
was
a
room
with
a
king
size
bed
and
couch.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
was
told
nothing
could
be
done
that
they
did
not
have
suites.
I
asked
for
two
separate
rooms
for
the
same
price
I
was
paying
and
the
front
desk
called
the
owner
(
Rohan)
and
was
told
he
would
not
do
anything
to
remedy
the
error
on
La
Quinta’s
part.
I
asked
to
have
him
call
me
directly
and
the
front
desk
said
he
would
not
speak
with
me.
Bait
and
switch
at
it’s
finest.
Offer
one
thing
and
only
able
to
provide
something
different.
The
hotel
itself
appeared
from
the
outside
to
be
updated;
however,
it
was
actually
only
a
paint
job
to
the
front
of
the
building.
The
rest
was
not
updated.
I
took
pictures
(including
a
screen
shot
of
the
confirmation
showing
the
separate
bedroom)
but
do
not
see
an
option
to
load
them
on
google.
I
will
put
them
on
my
trip
advisor
review.
In
short,
this
place
is
a
dump
with
zero
effort
on
upkeep
with
the
exception
of
the
flooring
in
the
rooms
which
was
updated
to
vinyl.
There
is
trash
in
the
elevators,
as
well
as
on
the
roof
(our
room
had
a
view
of
the
lobby
roof).
Breakfast
consisted
of
carbs
primarily,
nothing
hot.
The
hotel
smells
like
smoke.
There
are
stains
and
cuts
on
the
furniture.
The
pool
area
is
not
maintained
and
there
was
debris
in
the
pool.
There
was
no
cover
on
the
electrical
outlet,
plugs
were
exposed.
Again,
I
have
photos
of
all
of
this
and
will
put
on
trip
advisor.
It
speaks
volumes
that
the
owner
would
not
speak
with
customers.
Disgusting
place
with
terrible
customer
service.
