Walls are thin so if guest are loud, you can hear them. Room had ants on the counters and tables. Managers don’t care about your needs. They just want to rent out the rooms so don’t expect any compensation if you book your room through a 3rd party and you have an issue. There’s only 1 elevator. This hote is pretty small since it’s only 3 floors. Parking lot is dark and night. Indoor pool is not well lit. Only good to swim while the sun is out. They don’t turn on the a/c in the gym. They leave the door opened and run a fan in there. Lobby restaurant is only open for 3 hours for breakfast and opened for dinner for a few hours.

I returned last week and will be back later in the month. Extremely clean and well-provisioned. I appreciated the front desk saying my name with a friendly "Good morning" as I headed out to visit my mom in her nursing home. I was made to feel at home, and they let me know to just contact the desk if I needed anything. I had breakfast and a wine and an early dinner in the lobby bistro. Perfect bite, nicely prepared. Very comfortable room with fresh linens and blackout curtains that actually work! I love this place as a home away from home during a very trying time.

The staff and location are really good, but the rooms left a bit to be desired. They just were not fully clean (especially the sleeper sofa - it was nasty in room 328).

Hotel is out of date and needs to be re-molded. Many amenities are out of date. Lighting in room is terrible. You’ll need to turn on 6 light switches to get proper lighting in the room.

I stay in 100+ hotels a year and always stay at Marriott properties. It is rare I have a bad experience, but it is also rare to have an experience that blows me away. This Marriott property goes above and beyond to make their customers' stay pleasant and positive. I received water without asking, they left a nice note on my counter and every staff member I interacted with was kind. The beds were comfortable, the gym was clean, and the staff went above and beyond.

When we got our initial room it wasn't as good looking as the pictures. Also there was a big roach in the room. When we told the front desk they switched our rooms. The second room was nicer but it had a bit of a smell. The toilet got clogged and we asked if someone could come unclog it or if we could have a plunger and they tried to switch our room again. Finally someone just gave us a plunger. Overall the service was decent the rooms could've been better.

Not what we expected. Candy bars - $7.00. Personal size bag of chips - $7.00. Really. No free breakfast, not even coffee. Glad we hadn't planned on spending any time there, because it was not a pleasant place to stay. Matresses hard as a rock.

The hotel was great..paying for three rooms with my Marriott rewards point for FREE and getting three charges was not. They claim they haven't charged and are making me dispute it with my card company. Disappointed because I'm looking at the posted charges not authorizations so yeah you did charge smh

As soon as we walked in the lady at the front desk was super nice. She offered us a bottle of water and was just very friendly. I slept like a King. I loved that the flat screen swung out for better viewing. Everything was very clean. I used the gym and they had a lot of dumbbells in there including a bench and treadmills. The price was also outstanding and I felt very safe. They had a cute little restaurant but you had to pay and that I thought was pretty pricey, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

The management here is terrible and the hotel itsef is not upto Marriott stadards. I have Titanium Elite status with Marriott and I would recommend that travelors not stay here. I had negotiated a room rate with the manager for my business (minimum 100 stays per year) and made a reservation with the manager. We agree I would sign the contract when I arrived and secure the room with my BonVoy Credit Card. When I arrived to check in at 6:30 and the clerk told me my reservation was cancelled because they only held the reservation til 6 pm. She said I would have to pay a higher than agreed upon price and speak to the manager in the morning. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Marriot Travelers - you have been warned - Avoid this place.

Bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor. The toilet had yellow stains as it had not been cleaned. A tag from another guests cloths was also on the bathroom floor. The glass shower door in room 228 is off track and loose. Very dangerous to shower in. Woke up Sunday morning to get a shower before traveling back home and there was no hot water. So we could not shower before driving 6 hours back home. Cleanliness of our room was poor. Will not be back when traveling for work to this location.

What made our stay was Ms. Lan! She had the best customer service, offered us cold drinks after a long hot day, and knew the members of our group and asked about us as if she was family. We have never had such care at a hotel as we have with Ms. Lan and we travel for a living. The room was great! Very nicely updated and had everything we needed for our week long stay! We were here for sun n fun and it was an easy 30 minute drive to the show everyday.

It was clean and the staff was very attentive. I prefer the Mariot properties that have free breakfasts. This property is new and seems to be being maintained well. The TV was huge. The couch was nice. The ac in the room would let you hang meat safely.

We just stayed for one night, but the room was very nice, complete with cozy sofa in front of the TV and roll out desk/dining table. The room was clean and inviting. I didn't have much interaction with the staff as my friend got there and checked in before me and left after me the next morning. We had no issues.

I thought this was going to be a pleasant experience and it turned into a total nightmare. Room 312 is infested with ants to the point they were literally crawling on my children and I. The staff on duty was attentive and tried to resolve the ant issue but unfortunately their attempts failed. They also have 2 separate stories as to why there are ants 1st they admitted to having this issue often when it rains, next they blamed it on food being hidden behind a bed which would mean they didn’t clean behind it prior to my arrival. The hotel is full so they were unable to switch me to another room. I spoke with customer service who specified that the hotel has the ability to send me to another Marriott, 1st they lied and said there are no hotels available in the area until proven otherwise. Next when the front desk agent called her supervisor Magdiel Montero to get me moved he stated that he is off duty, can give me a 50% discount but he will not give me the outcome I am seeking which is a room somewhere ant free for my children and I. Now we are in the car on the parking lot with no where to go at 11pm at night. This is by far unacceptable and inhumane. Let me not forget I’m still being charged for the room even tho I’ve checked out. I am now being told that I need to call the GM tomorrow and try to get this resolved on my own, so I guess my children and I will sleep in the car on the parking lot.

I've had to stay here for extended periods of time because I'm training for a new job. The service has been awesome and the food at the bistro really hits the spot after a long day of work. Especially when I don't feel like going out anywhere. I was lucky enough to be on the first floor with a back balcony. I wake up every morning and open my sliding glass door to let in the fresh air. Everything is clean they really do a great job. I was forgot to mention that the indoor pool perfect and also very clean.

Quick check in, clean and spacious quarters. This location has an indoor pool which is pretty cool.

Check in was horrible staff was rude. Room was dirty dust every where and black mold on the pictrue in the bathroom. A room that sleeps 4 but they did not provide any pillows for the pull out sofa and front desk said they were out. . Only one working elevator that's really did not work it would randomly pick floors to stop on and doors would not open all the way. Very much not worth $175 a night

The staff of the hotel went above and beyond to take care of all our needs (and kids). Just made the whole weekend a wonderful experience. Thank u to Everyone during the day and overnight. Just incredible.

Don’t waste your time or money. AC was loud. Shower leaked and low pressure and no complimentary coffee or breakfast in lobby. This is not the Marriott quality I have come to expect.

I just left this establishment yesterday 11/3/22. I requested a room w/ balcony a month before arriving, when I arrived none was available. I stayed 4 nights and the last 2 nights I found ants all over the desk, mind you, nothing sweet was in sight. The day I arrived and throughout my stay, my TV was constantly saying no signal. I found the prices to be astronomical, a bagel was $5.25. 50cent bag of potato chips was $4.00. I must say the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and polite, particularly the evening shift. This was my best part of the whole experience. I was soexcited initially to be staying here ,especially after hearing so much about it.i just hope the next person doesn't go through what I went through.

Picked this place since it had indoor pool for grand kids to swim. Winter weather in FL is unpredictable so wanted indoor pool, which seems to be rare. On the phone it sounded like our 2 rooms would be on different floors, which was disappointing. But when I arrived, the ladies working the front desk moved heaven and earth to get our rooms not only on the same floor, but also adjacent!!! This is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wish I had caught their names, but you know who you are!!! Location is great... near everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
