we booked this hotel because of the positive reviews but after getting there, it was just the opposite. right when you walk in there is a musty smell that smacks you in the face- almost like cigarette smell. the carpets are so old, and the atmosphere in general is just off. when we got to the room, same musty smell. no towels in the bathroom, the water from the sink and the shower smelled so bad. not to mention the disgusting couch! stains all over it and it was suppose to be a pull-out mattress. after driving for 13 hours we were tired, so we ended up just spreading our blankets on the bed and left first thing in the morning. i even woke up with a bite on the ankle. would not recommend this place!!

Is there an option for no stars? This hotel should not cost over $100/night. The smell and the carpet all over is gross. You can see the stains on the carpet all over the hotel hallways, the lobby, and guest rooms. The furniture inside the guest rooms also have stains. The bathroom shower was rusted. The second floor had a loft area that you could see down to the lobby. All I could see was dust everywhere as it was very noticeable from that view. The laundry has ONE washing machine and ONE dryer on the 2nd & 4th floors. The coin slot for the dryer handle jammed for several guests. We notified the hotel staff but it did not seem urgent as no one came to fix it. There is a snack store at the lobby. One small bag of Lays chips, which usually costs $0.25-$0.50 was $3.00! Our soccer team stayed here for a tournament. Plenty of complaints from lots of the parents. We didn't put our stuff on the floor because the carpets were so disgusting, but we saw a small roach crawling on the table. That was the ULTIMATE! I hope they see this review and hopefully they will issue a refund. This stay was a like a bad dream. All I can think of is D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Debbie, who checked us in, was courteous, genuine, and punctual with checking us in. Debbie is amazing at her job, and anyone who gets the pleasure of letting her help them is blessed. She was sweet, kind, and so helpful in a wonderful manner! Thank this company for amazing gifted and humbled staff like her! Debbie is a gift!

Every single member of the staff I encountered was super friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, from the parking lot to the lobby to our rooms. The staff seems to take pride in presenting themselves & their location in the best way possible and it was greatly appreciated. They had no idea that my family had just lost everything in a devastating house fire and needed a safe place to stay while we regrouped and began looking for a new home. We had stayed in a competitors location for 2 days prior to this one and there was no comparison. This location is hands down, the best value for your money and a great place for family stays. The breakfast is always fresh, hot and restocked quickly. The staff speaks & always ask if there's anything they can help you with. Thank you for being so kind to guests. I would not book a stay here. The hotel is not the cleanest. The rugs look old and dirty, the place smells musty, and the couches look like they are stained. We saw some bad reviews online but was assured by Priceline that the hotel was highly rated/highly favored, so we decided not to cancel. Bad idea! After night 1 in our first room, we noticed old Kraft mac and cheese under the AC unit (like old old) and there was a pair or children's panties in the shelf of the bathroom. Which means they gave us an uncleaned room. We complained, they changed our room. The next room (still very musty) SEEMED fine. The day we checked out, I noticed 2 bites on my stomach. Then a bunch on my legs, more keep appearing as the days went on. They were NOT mosquito bites, the room definitely had bed bugs. My husband and daughter were bit as well. We are praying we did not bring anything back with us. I wrote to the corporate office and their response was to offer me points towards another stay. I WILL NOT be staying at another Comfort Suites Hotel ever again. They also told me to write to the hotel, I have yet to hear back and it's been a week. Next time, I will pay a bit extra for peace of mind.

The rooms were way overpriced for what we got. I was super excited because it said there was a jetted tub. That being said, it didn't seem clean enough to soak in it. The people working seemed like they'd rather be anywhere but here. The night person played only political TV, which was annoying. I was trying to enjoy my time- not listen to more divisiveness on the TV. The location was convenient, but that was the only thing "great" about this place.

Me and my family was staying there at first it was good. I am disabled,severe diabetic, and suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. On 23/24th of July I went down to speak to owner and he was very rude and disrespectful when I told him I got bit by bedbugs!!! He had housekeepers go up to room to check beds he said were 3/4 mths old. But I was trying to tell him they live off other things. He kicked us out and was very horrible I do not recommend this place to no one… my experience was horrible and I had to take pictures for proof!!!!

Nice staff and clean lobby. The room was pretty beat up. The carpet was beyond dirty. Fine for me alone but I would not bring my wife there.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable, but could've been a little cleaner (floor). It felt very humid and sticky going in. The air was ok and it got a little better. Location wasn't too bad. You're about 20 mins from most everything you need. It's an older property. I'd stay again.

Do not stay if you want to get harassed,racially profiled and accused , couldn’t even show proof of us doing any misconduct just very tasteless attitudes. smells like wet dog in lobby and room stinks as well could use really good deep cleaning brand new flooring and oh yeah NEW STAFF. wouldn’t recommend AT ALL .
