At first glance this hotel seems clean and well kept. The employees were certainly very nice and accommodating. They do not offer a shuttle to or from the airport unfortunately, but the airport is a quick 10 minute ride away. The rooms are large and have necessary amenities, plenty of towels, a nice view. My only complaint, which would definitely deter me from staying here ever again, is that I woke up to bugs on the bed headboard.

If I had the option of -5 stars, I would. The stay was absolutely horrendous from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. Booking this trip, my boyfriend and I went to visit family. Arriving at this hotel after a 6 1/2 hour drive, we were not greeted, merely glanced at with annoyance and given our room keys. The room itself was awfully humid. Throughout the entire stay. No matter the temperature or setting. The carpet was terribly sticky and stained with a mysterious red stain. Off putting. The bathroom had remnants of the last guests hair and dirt still on the bottom of the tub. After eating, we showered. The water was cold. lukewarm at best for 5 minutes tops. The towels were itchy. Not one but TWO roaches. One physically in the bathroom, and one behind the refrigerator/microwave unit. After being disposed of, the sleep that night was not comfortable by any means. Throughout the day, and killing multiple roaches, we were thankful to finally be checking out of this nightmare. Unfortunately, we had all our remaining money tied into this hotel, so we had no choice but to stay. The morning of our check-out, we attempted to raise our concerns to the front desk clerk, who cut us off and only gave us an email to a manager who was not there. An entire week has flown by, and we have no heard a peep. Please do not waste your money here. I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites in the past and this has turned me off from the franchise as a whole. I will never step foot in this hotel or any other Country Inn & Suites after this experience.

I was in for a rude awakening with this hotel. I booked it because it is close to the Raymond James Stadium. When i walked in the places smelled like mold. The odor was really strong. The hallways are hot! Not sure if they turned the air conditioning off or not. I went into my room and I saw 3 roaches. Enough was enough. I asked for a refund and the staff happily refunded me.

I don't often give any place one star, but this hotel deserves it. The young man behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. He was on his cell phone talking to someone (not work related) the whole time he checked me in and he never acknowledged me. Upon entering the room, it was damp - it while the AC was running, it was very humid in the room. Just walking on the carpet, my socks were damp! There was art missing from the wall and there were no bed skirts on the beds - the box spring was exposed, which is not a good look. I called the front desk to ask about shuttle service to the airport the next morning and the phone rang for over 3 minutes with no answer. I tried again from my cell phone, calling the number to the hotel - same thing, no answer. When I walked back down to the front desk, I found the same young man SHINING HIS SHOES. When I asked about the shuttle, he interrupted me before I could even finish and said, "There is no shuttle" and kept shinning his shoes. The next morning as we were leaving, there was a new guy behind the counter who managed to get out a "good morning" to us, but that was it. He never asked us how we enjoyed our stay, if he could check us out, nothing. I sent a message to the hotel the day after and after 3 days of no response, I'm writing this review so others don't have to go through what we did.

Very pretty Hotel with lots of very nice amenities. We had a very large room with handicapped ♿. Not very Clean unfortunately, the floors were vinyl flooring and it looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. Bed was comfortable but everything was white. No extra blankets and housekeeping service non-existent. I say this because you had to request towels from the front desk. And leave your dirty towels outside your door. While the staff was pleasant and tried to accommodate our request. They unfortunately could help with the persistent Bull- Ant and Spider issues that plagued our room. Breakfast bar was delicious Hot and enjoyable. The pool unfortunately had cigarette butts and plastic and leaves in the pool. We made the front desk clerk aware of the problems with the pool. They had their pool personal show up the next day to clean it.

I would have given the overall stay 5 stars, but the 1st nights stay was awful. At 10:30pm music started and I felt like I was next door to a club. I waited until around 11:30pm in hopes it would at least quiet down, but it didn't. I had to call the front desk and have them do something about it. I could hear the phone ringing and them trying to get in touch with the guest staying next door. It wasn't until after 1:00am that the music was finally shut off. The gentleman was not even in his room while the music was on. UGH! I was there for work so getting only a couple hours of sleep was not what I had expected. I can say the front desk did what they could, and they were very nice. The next morning I explained my evening and ask to be moved to a different room. The lady was very understanding and let me change rooms before I even left for work that morning. The hotel is very clean and safe, and the staff are wonderful.

Great hotel and the staff was EXCELLENT! My sister and I purchased our rooms online. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff answered all of my questions and suggested great local spots when we asked. Very kid friendly. Nice grounds with a pond and plenty of birds to watch. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was perfect. I do wish there was a towel bin outside where we could pick up pool specific towels, we just used our room towels or picked up some from the front desk on our way. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options. With so many stores and things to do close by we have already planned our next visit to Tampa and this is the hotel we'll be staying at. See you guys in a few months!!!!!

Good: front desk staff was nice. Pool area is actually nice. We can sit and observe a small lake at the pool area. Location is convenient. We can easily go to the airport and there is a poke bowl / potbelly near the hotel. Bad: Room reeked of mildew and possibly had mold in it as well (from humidity). The hallway had a strong smell of weed and the room at the end of the hallway was playing loud music. I understand that this isn't the fault of the hotel but still, not a pleasant experience. Also, there were stains on the desk table and the tv stand + dust. The room door handle looked like it was falling apart. The hotel has potential due to its location and pool area, but sadly, the bad maintenance of room and amenities is a breaking point. I do not recommend this place.

The room was very unsatisfactory for us. It smelled terrible and was very stuffy - even with the A\C on. The floor was not clean; there were spots on the floor that looked like something sticky was spilled and never cleaned up and pallets on the floor when we entered. The phone did not work, power cables were unplugged and the room looked like furniture was missing. The bed did not have a bed skirt and there were no extra pillows in the closet. The pillows were about 2\3 the size of a normal pillow size. When I went down to the desk to complain I was told that the hotel was full and we could not change rooms. I was given an email address for the manager. At over $150 a night I expected better than this. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate for a room in the area. Try somewhere else first.

unfortunately, i stayed at the hotel almost two months ago. had the room not been paid for by my friend’s dad, i would’ve rather slept in the airport. what was meant to be a four day vacation turned into us changing our flight to go back home the day after we arrived in tampa. the original room given to us smelled strongly of cigarettes and mildew, the hot tub had tons of trash and cigarette butts in it, the carpet was dirty, and it was just plain gross. when brought up to the lady at the desk (who was nice enough) she told my friend and me that the trash in the hot tub was due to a concert a few days ago. so why wasn’t it cleaned after the fact??? on top of that, she told us the hotel had a no-smoking policy. she let my friend and me go around to three different rooms, all which had a different yet unbearably disgusting odors: urine, cigarettes, rotten eggs. eventually we settled on one of the more tolerable rooms that smelled like mildew. i didn’t even dare get under the covers to sleep, and i was uncomfortable the entire time i was in the hotel. it’s astonishing that this place hasn’t been shut down yet, and still has yet to fix problems that date back months from when i stayed.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is superb. Great value for the price paid. The General Manager welcomed us at check-in and again as we departed. Front desk staff was attentive at all times.

Looked nice from the exterior and photos.. when we arrived, the hallway floors were dirty. Elevators were dirty. They put one of us in an already occupied room. They checked their room, just to find that the bathroom half cleaned. Dirty tub!! The room did not have a room number on the wall. All of the floors were dirty. The room was not fresh. Then, while checking my room the room was DIRTY!!!! There are red splatters on the wall. Not sure what it is, but it's obvious. Floor did not look vacuumed or mopped. Bathroom was half cleaned. Called the front desk for assistance, they did not have anyone on night staff who could help. For the price I paid, you'd expect sooo much better! I will NOT be staying here again. This is THE worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Very, VERY disappointing.

The staff was friendly, but that's seriously the only good thing about this location. Unfortunately, my room was really dirty upon arrival. The room smelled like mold and smoke, the AC unit was yellowed and covered in dust, the fridge had crusty old food caked on the bottom, the shower had dirt in the bottom, and worst of all there were SO many cockroaches. In my two day stay I killed 7-10 cockroaches. Absolutely gross. The pool was down while I was there and both of the showers that I took were lukewarm at best. I will not be staying at this location ever again. Hope that I didn't take home any uninvited vermin.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked it. Suite was not clean. Mold in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty. While I was sleeping a roach was crawling on me😡😡😡. I checked out right away and checked into another hotel. I asked to speak to a supervisor but he/she was not in. The pictures online are very deceiving. When we walked into the room it reeked of cigarettes and the hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. Never again. If I could give no stars I would, but the site won’t let me.

If 0 stars was an option then that’s what I would give it. First off the hotel is super deceitful, the lobby and outside looks updated but as soon as you step off the elevator to head to your room the truth comes out. The hallways smelled like smoke. We noticed when we first got there that there was trash in the hallway which stayed there until we got back many hours later. when we first walked into our room it had a strong pungent smell of mold. Bathroom was dirty with rust around tub floor. The bed sheets were completely damp and a German roach ran across our bed. Do not book this place! And to think they serve breakfast 🤢

Family of 4, two adults and two children (1yr & 7yr). The front desk clerk was very pleasant, hotel had a wonderful and beautiful lobby. Elevators were limited to 6 people each and the permits posted had an expiration date of 2022. The hallways smelled like marijuana, not the smell we wanted around our small girls. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an unpleasant urine odor. The restroom had two roaches and the floor was sticky. Pro-our sheets and towels were clean. I woke up to more roaches! I decided to take a few pictures, you can see the frame of the door. The breakfast options were nice; unfortunately our yogurts were expired and watery. Not what we expected for our $271 we paid for just one night.

We had a room which was a good size with a king bed; however the TV did not work, bed has hairs on pillows, bed sheets, comforter, counters on desk and bathroom was dirty. No water bottles offered. I went to talk to the lady staff about the TV and she said no one was available to look at it. She gave me a remote which doesn't even work. Breakfast was very blend. Staff was not very friendly. Plenty of parking. I had to use my own blanket I brought with me for the 1 night I stayed there.

Currently staying at this hotel, I checked in at 1am expecting a clean room. Walked into my room and it smelled horrible, come to find out the ac is leaking on the ground. Which leads me to believe the carpet is molded. I have two children. This is not okay. Second, the door to the cabinet of the fridge is completely broke and the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. I definitely will not be staying here again. I will be asking for a refund in the morning.

We moved rooms and even was given the opportunity to check out other rooms on other floors. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with mildew smell throughout the rooms. We finally settled on a room that wasn't too bad. Additionally, the hallways are hot and smelly. There is absolutely no air circulating through the hallways. The "upgrades" are low budget. The cost savings on the carpeting in the hallway is very evident and was poorly done. For a couple of nights stay, it was tolerable, but I do not recommend for an extended stay visit. No restaurants within walking distance, very close to stadium. The closeness to the stadium is why I selected this property to avoid having to drive and park after attending a concert at Stadium. Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

This hotel was not at all what was expected for the price. As soon as you entered the building/hallway leading up to our room it smelled like a mixture of smoke, urine, and mold like. Terrible in the actual room. After 20 hours of travel it was very disappointing. It’s surprising a place would welcome any guests just due to the smell. My family and I did not even stay the night. We attempted to get our refund and check out that night, but the gentleman at the desk said he was unable to check us out, or refund us because he did not have the authority to do so.. (still got charged for the night we did not even stay)- we ended up moving right next to the hotel and it was mind blowing the difference in the two for a cheaper price. Do NOT waste your money

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The front service was great. Location by the stadiums is awesome! Could use some repair and a little more detail work. Our shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. The carpets were wrinkled throughout the hotel. Some of the cabinetry falling apart. The pool and jacuzzi LOOKED nice, but was empty being renovated DURUNG THE WEEKEND (we made reservations here because of the jacuzzi). Breakfast was nice, but could have been attended to a little better.

Booked a room on the spot because how nasty the hotel next door was. We were very pleased with the whole stay. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and large. Breakfast was great (and again such friendly and accommodating staff). And the location was in walking distance from the fields. Great hotel and reasonable price!

This place is terrible. The biggest problem for us was that they advertise a “two Queen room” that actually has double beds (aka full size beds - NOT Queen size). When I asked for a room with 2 Queen beds, I was given a key to another room that was IDENTICAL to the room we were in - two full size beds , NOT queens. So, basically, their advertising is dishonest. In addition, only one of the two incredibly slow elevators was working, making getting around in the hotel a very tedious process. When I reported this to the front desk clerk, she thanked me for letting her know. How did she not already know?! It had been broken for at least a few hours!! I met a woman (while waiting for the elevator) who had to go to every floor in search of a working ice machine. Besides having tiny beds (with NO blankets and polyester sheets that made me sweat even though I was cold), the room was filthy, with water stains on the old rug. There was a cabinet around the microwave and refrigerator. The door to the cabinet opened in the opposite direction of the refrigerator door, making it a challenge to navigate. And, that cabinet door did not close properly. The bathroom had 1 tiny towel bar over the sink. I’m not sure where they expect their guests to hang their towels. Perhaps from the ridiculous amount of hand rails. There were many of those, and a wide doorway, but the bathroom has a tub, not a shower. I was wondering how a disabled person would climb into the tub. Absolutely no logic.

Stayed 7/27-8/1 and it was overall okay. I would not recommend this hotel. The sink in our bathroom smelled and was clogged. We had to clear the clog ourselves because the water wouldn’t even go down. Housekeeping never came into our room even when requested at the front desk, i had to walk up to them in the halls and ask for new towels and new sheets. Honestly the most concerning part of my stay was that on July 30th when getting ready for bed i stepped on a needle that was embedded into carpet. When i brought this up to front desk staff all she said was “I’m sorry that happened to you.” Nothing to rectify the situation nor did she even seem to care. She didn’t ask me what room i was in or call over her manager nothing. My two year old son was staying with us and also walked past this part of the carpet & luckily he was not the one that stepped on it. The only good thing was the pool. Breakfast was okay. 3 stars for the lo because it was 10 min from the airport but it was like behind a shopping center, kinda sketchy. Definitely recommend going somewhere else, i for sure won’t be coming back.

Hotel smells like weed, pool is foggy, hallways reek of must, AC filter looks absolutely disgusting. On top of that, every single time we have left our room the room key stops working. So every time we return to our 4th for room, we have to go all the way back down to the first floor. The elevators are incredibly slow, it took 3 minutes for the elevator to get to the 4th floor. After the 3rd day of this happening I tried to call the front desk so they could bring me a key, instead of me having to once again fetch more keys. After 5 minutes on hold I went down to the lobby. The women behind the desk was not on a phone call and was not serving a customer in front of her. I walked into the lobby with my phone on speaker so you could hear the hold music. I asked her if it was busy, she said “no not really” so I asked why I was still on hold. After discussing the room key issue, her only resolutions were for me to pack up and go to a different room, or have a maintenance man come into our room fix our door. I asked to talk to the manager to find a better resolution, however the worker told me I’d have to reach out to the manager on a day that they are at the hotel. Another inconvenience. The pool is foggy, not ideal to swim in. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Also found a stray dog in the parking lot that we had to transport to the local humane society. Overall, awful vacation.

We travelled to see Luke Combs at Raymond James Stadium and this was the only hotel within walking distance. The rate was $354 for the night. Keep in mind that the average nightly rate is $90. The front desk and maintenance staff were great but the good ends there. The hotel smells, the carpet is bubbled in the hallway, don’t expect your blinds to open, the tv had ONE channel and there were bugs in the room. We’ve stayed in Country Inn and Suites many times but this one was just gross. Go in with low expectations for a $90 hotel room and you won’t be disappointed. 😂

There was a stray black hair in every single towel. I have brown hair. My fiance has red hair. It was just unacceptable and strange that it was every single towel. Also the nonsmoking room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Much like the other reviews, we, too, stayed here for the location. It was my son’s first NFL game and I wanted to make it memorable - but not in the way that it ended up being.. When we got there to check in, there was a lobby filled with people and only two agents working the front desk and the $100.00 “incidentals deposit” was never mentioned on the website. When we got to room 340, the ceiling was falling in (I’m assuming from the piping?), there were ants on the floor and even a few in the beds, the tub portion of the shower/tub combo was detaching from the wall, it smelled like marijuana (which was whatever..), they gave us one full size towel even though my reservation said there would be four guests, the sink didn’t drain, and to top it off, when I told the front desk staff about it, all they said was basically “Thanks for letting us know.” So for all of that, I was charged almost $250.00 for one night and all I can say is: NOT WORTH IT.

Room was damp / musty with mildew on walls and ceiling. Looked like the room above had flooded this room recently. Sheets were damp. Bathroom smelled like urine. Holes and large scrapes on walls - obviously no upkeep done in awhile. Bathroom fan did not work. No bench or suitcase holder in room - so had to put suitcase on floor - which the carpet was nasty. Key lock did not work - was LOCKED OUT of room - even the Master Key could not open the door ! Good location to most everything on Dale Mabry. I would not stay here again.

The rooms were not clean and they were moldy. The bathrooms had hairs laying about. I asked for fresh towels, the staff was kind and gave me plenty, but they had long black hairs in them. The staff was nice, the rooms and bathrooms are in need of a deep cleaning. The location is great and centric.

Our flight got canceled at the last minute at 8:00pm. Saturday night. So we stayed here king room 139.00 night after my choice rewards card.it's a dive. The only thing this place has going for it is outdoor hot tub. Will never stay here again. The first room we were given had soap on tub floor wet bath towel on floor someone had been sleeping in the bed. Second room was it least clean, but still dumpy. Ask for a 3:00 am wake up call. They Never gave us a wake up call. We checked out at 3:45 am. We waited at the desk for 15 minutes to check out nobody was there. 15 minutes later a guy pulled in parking lot. He preceeded to help us. Unprofessional. Drywall patches, mold. Worst choice hotel I have ever stayed in. Going to have to think about using choice hotels.

The only positive about staying here was that it was within walking distance of RJ Stadium. The room smelled bad, the sink clogged, the shower was cold, and the tv was very old. We are easy to please when it comes to hotel stays, but this was unsatisfactory. Do not book.

We stayed here Nov 24-25, 2023. As soon as we entered the hotel, the manager Jenny greeted us with a smile. She made the checking in process quick and simple and even upgraded our room for us. Our room was huge and very clean. Cleanliness is a huge thing for my husband and myself. The bed was comfortable. There was a roku v in the room so we could still watch our favorite shows. The breakfast of the morning is spot on. There is a variety to choose from. We choose this hotel as a place to stay until we board our cruise on Sunday. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Hotel is nice. We had a problem with the tub draining but maintained fixed within 5 minutes of telling the front desk! They do require a $100 deposit so be prepared for the we were not. They do not accept anything but cards. Loved our stay! Breakfast was also great!

We just spent the night before our flight back home. I have to say it was clean, the room didn't had any funny smell. It can be improved. The doors to the fridge and microwave are falling (I think it will be better off). The handicapped rail to help you get in/out the shower is slippery. Coffee was cold!

Stayed here in November and was very pleased. The Mgr Jenny at the front was very friendly and helpful with check in . The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. Beds were comfortable and we had roku tv. I will definitely be staying here my next trip to Tampa.

Found this little gem last minute, but glad we did! The rooms are spacious, although they could use a little updating. The employees were all so nice and welcoming! The only negative I have to say was that we had to ask for extra sheets for the sofa bed, and we couldn’t get an extra comforter, but overall we had a wonderful stay! The free breakfast every morning was definitely a plus! We will recommend to friends and family.

Given this hotel a one is a lot they don't deserve even that! I started with making the reservation to when we got to the hotel I had requested a room on the first floor because I was traveling with a hospice patient we ended up on the fourth floor all the way towards the end. There was no shower curtain the bathroom door have blood went downstairs to get more living for the pull-out couch they gave me the fitted sheet and a flat sheet I asked for pillows they told me they said that the two cleaning manager had quit and their dryer. I told the attendant that how can you guys asked us to pay so much and have no sort of accommodations for people that were staying we weren't asking for free rooms you're still charging us and have no service. The TV nor the phone worked. They said it was a smoke-free room yet the only thing that you can smell was smoke. The whole experience staying at this hotel was not even as if you were in a third world country! The courtesy and respect that you're shown in a third world country is better than what we actually received last Saturday June 24,2023. I have tried calling the hotel and asking for the general manager she's never there! The staff is not friendly. For breakfast there was nothing when you asked for bowls to serve cereal they said to use the cups that were there the area was super dirty that you didn't even want to touch anything, I asked for cream cheese and the girl looked at me and she goes Spanish please

I got this room because it was close to the stadium. Definitely not worth the price I paid. My room was clean but the water pressure sucked, it did get hot though. The toilet clogged up after the second use and I didn't put any toilet paper in it. They had us put our dirty towels in the hallway by our door and we had to go to the desk and ask for fresh towels. They were out of course so we had to wait until they finished drying. There wasn't any cups for the coffee maker or an ice bucket. The comforter was thin. It's a good thing I brought my own blankets. The breakfast was so so. The waffle stuck to the waffle iron so bad my waffle looked like a pile of crumbs. No vending machines, and the area they had snacks for sale was pretty much empty. I was definitely not satisfied.

Nice from the outside. Only had one lady checking in people after the game and it took a long time. Then we get to the room realize there is no toilet paper and there is no button on the phone to call down to front desk, so I called from my cell and on hold for 23 minutes and finally just hung up. Definitely needs a little tlc the room is kind of gross.🤢

The worst hotel experience ever. The ladies at the front were super rude and not friendly. Our room had broken bathroom handles and broken towel hanger. The tub was dirty and the doors were super scratched up. There was a part of the ceiling cracked and coming down. We asked if they could switch our room and they said there was nothing they could do & hung up the phone. We ended up leaving the hotel after 20 mins of being there. Iv never had such bad hotel service like this.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before booking this. I don’t hold hotels to very high standards, but this one failed to meet even the lowest expectations. Our room was located on the ground floor, close to the lobby and directly across from the gym. Why would a guest room ever be put here? Constant noise from foot traffic all night made it very hard to sleep. The room also smelled bad, like vomit and cleaning supplies. I was also charged a much higher price upon check-in than quoted when I booked online. I did not use a third party service either, booked directly through Radisson. Thank goodness I was only here for a single night. Will not be staying at any Country Inn in the future.

The atmosphere was welcoming. Yoel at the front desk was very attentive, professional and made sure all our concerns were taken care of. The housekeeping staff were all smiling, making the atmosphere pleasant. I will definitely be coming back. I would and will gladly refer this Hotel. P. S. If you are a perfectionist don't take my word, you will think that this hotel is a 3 star. To me this hotel is a 5 stars

Receptionist at the desk was awesome! Lobby and dining area were nice. Breakfast was taken up before time. Rooms could use updating (especially for what you pay for a room!) and there was limited hot water for showering. Several things were missing in the room on arrival. Great location if you're going to a game at the stadium.

We had a late check in at around 230 AM. When you arrive coming from the North the property looks very dark but it is actually the Econolodge next door. This property is actually lit very well and was pretty full. The property was very busy for 230AM and it seemed like the front desk person was the only person; no security or anyone else on property. The kid at the front desk was very nice and social after we were a little difficult because we didn't realize he was the only one on property and we waited a good 15 minutes for him to return to check us in. The 'locked' door leading to the front desk we found was not locked and the front desk PC was logged in as well. There was a bit of a musty smell down the hallway and into our room, after the AC was running for about 15 minutes it seemed to disappear. Our pull out bed had no sheets, pillows or blankets. Elevator was extremely slow. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast and not very exciting if you travel much. When traveling we always look the following; good price, hot water, safe location, cold AC/good heat and comfy beds. This property for sure met the comfy beds, cold AD/good hear and good price. Hot water was alright and the location seemed somewhat safe. The lack of additional personal/security for a property of this size was a little cause for concern. Based on everything I still would stay at this property again if we are in town again.

Loved this hotel! The room was super clean, comfortable and included a hot, complete breakfast. Excellent location near dining, shopping and attractions. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Ms. Perez, General Manager was friendly, caring and I enjoyed my conversation with her. I have and will be recommending this property. Thank you Ms. Perez for your hard work during the circumstances we are experiencing at this time. It is very much appreciated...thank U so much!!! Jp

After staying here I was surprised by how low the reviews were. Stayed here for a concert and it was perfect walking distance. No one answered the phone when we tried calling, but the lady working at the front desk was super friendly and nice and even let me check in early. The rooms are a little run down, but it was clean and comfortable for a nights stay.

Our room was huge and fit five of us more than comfortably with space to walk around. The woman at the desk was so friendly. The location is great, especially for sports fans as it's close to two stadiums. The free breakfast was a great assortment and delicious.

Great location for events at Raymond James Stadium but other than that the rooms are disgusting and the bathroom was the worst. Urine all around the toilet and floor. The tap in the shower/bath was broken so getting hot water was extremely difficult and the water drained at a snail pace, you stood in ankle deep water. But at least the AC worked great. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend!

I booked this hotel on June 30th for July 4th. I arrived on the 4th was at 2:50 p.m to be checked in at 3. I stand at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me to then be told there's no room available. They then around 5 10 minutes later say they found 1 and had to clean it. Was told 15-20 minutes. During this 2 other guests came in complaining of a guy by the pool acting weird and scary the kids hotel did nothing. At 330 I call corporate way after I was told the room would be ready cause it still wasn't. She trues to call the hotel 4 times and even corporate couldn't reach them. Finally at 4 a hr after chck in our room was ready. We get off on the second floor to find nasty dirty floors throughout the entire hotel. We then walk into our room ans could tell it wasn't cleaned. So we start looking for bugs or anything dangerous as we had children with us. We found needles needle caps and trash all over the room floor as im still on with corporate. She advised me to leave ans go to the front desk so she can talk to them. I lay my phone on the desk on speaker so she can talk to the gentleman and he refused to talk to her cause she didn't call the desk. Mind you she had already tried and he didn't answer. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! From managers to staff their all rude, can never be found and only care about swiping your card to take money. the hotel is extremely gross and nasty with dirty floors, needles, and bugs. You could give me a entire month for free and I still would go elsewhere

If u could leave zero stars I would. I called around a week ago to find a hotel with a shuttle. I called and made sure I was transferred to the actual front desk of the hotel. I had 3 questions: 1. Do you have an airport shuttle. Yes they said 24 hours 2. Do you have breakfast yes (and this was true) 3. Do you charge any sort of an incidental deposit. No So I prepaid for my hotel room. So I get dropped off for my stay and oh no your room is not prepaid. We just put a hold and then you pay when you check in. AND we charge a 50 dollar incidental. But I was told no? So I go outside and borrow 50 to cover that I go back in pay for the room and verify I can take a shuttle at 630. On no we don't have a shuttle. So I asked her to cancel the charge. But she refunded it so in 7 to 10 days I should have enough money to pay for tonight's hotel.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First thing when you walked into the lobby, all you could smell was drugs. Got the key to our room, and it smelled like they had a water leak but didn't let the carpet dry. They said I don't know what you're talking about. I checked 2 other rooms and asked for a refund since that's their "clean smell". Avoid if you can, wish I would've checked into this place first before reserving. It's bad when you drive across the states, over 24 hours and won't stay there. You've been warned.

The room size was great, but rooms were only cleaned after 3 days. Trash was piling up. I had to kill a roach crawling in the bed. No change of towels. When discussing this with the front desk, they told me to put trash out the door every night for pickup, and there was a two hour wait to get additional wash clothes. Then he hung up on me, and I didn't get a chance to tell him about the roach in the bed.

I hind that is no doubt a very good, clean and respectful place. The staff, especially Lilly was very attentive. The front desk is the very first place you like you were at home. They always smile and ask are you enjoying your stay and is there anything that they can assist you with. This is a very clean place. And the breakfast is always good; if the was a restaurant I would come every morning. The amazing thing about this place is that when I greeted the employee's with a good morning or have a great beautiful day they responded likewise with a smile and the is there anything they help with.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel visiting family in Tampa. I have to admit the breakfast was the only good thing in this place. Room smells moldy, even stuck in my clothes after I left this place. carpet is dirty and smelly, bugs and cockroaches found in the room. AC is noisy and was not able to sleep all night. Location not that convenient. Have free coffee at the reception but tasted so bad. My advise is don’t go to his place pay extra and go to cleaner hotel

The customer service at the front desk was good, check in was quick however the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, it was so hard and uneven. I could feel the strings in the mattress. I have never stayed at a hotel and didn’t like the bed. Also the doors were hard to open it felt locked when it wasn’t. The breakfast was not good at all. There were also no towels in my room, it seemed clean but it smelled like roaches. I asked for a late checkout which would be 12pm instead of 11am but housekeeping still came to the room at 11 and 11:30 and both times opened the door and left it open. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
