Veterans
Day
too!
DO
NOT
STAY
HERE!
This
location
canceled
my
reservation
3
times
and
I
was
left
stranded
with
a
minor
at
5am
in
the
morning,
knowing
that
I
was
headed
to
the
hotel!!
I
made
a
reservation
for
Nov
9,
for
2
nights.
I
called
the
hotel
to
let
them
know
that
my
flight
was
delayed,
and
I
was
told
by
the
extremely
non-friendly
guest
services
in
the
hotel
reservation
that
my
reservation
was
canceled
because
my
card
declined.
I
knew
she
was
lying
because
the
card
given
was
my
bank
card
and
they
were
zero
attempts
to
charge
the
hotel
nights.
She
claimed
that
she
did
her
night
audit
and
couldn't
re-do
my
reservation.
I
then
called
the
1-800
for
Marriott,
they
made
another
reservation
for
the
same
location.
I
did
the
pre-check
in.
After
driving
2
hours
from
Orlando,
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
to
again
be
informed
by
the
rude
guest
services
that
she
canceled
my
reservation
because
after
her
audit
she
can't
check
anyone
in.
I
told
her
that
for
years
without
an
issue,
I
have
been
checked
in
early
hours.
I
requested
an
email
or
phone
number
for
a
superviso.
she
mentioned
that
they
are
privately
owned
and
would
not
give
me
the
information
I
requested.
I
called
again
the
1-800
for
Marriott
and
they
called
the
hotel
and
the
guest
services
for
the
location
LIED,
she
said
that
she
was
almost
done
with
her
night
audit,
when
she
informed
me
4
hours
prior
that
she
was
finishing
her
audit!
