I
recently
stayed
in
Ramada
while
visiting
Tampa
for
a
concert
at
Raymond
James
stadium
(Ed
Sheeran<3).
Ramada
was
inexpensive
and
just
30mins
away
from
the
stadium.
Honestly,
because
it
was
a
2
star
hotel,
I
didn't
have
the
highest
expectations,
but
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
with
my
stay.
I
only
stayed
for
one
day,
but
I
would
actually
stay
at
Ramada
again.
Though
the
room
needed
some
updating
and
the
bathroom
was
quite
small,
the
beds
were
clean
and
the
hotel
was
about
100ft
from
IHop.
Also,
the
customer
service
was
really
good.
Minutes
after
my
family
and
I
settled
into
the
room,
the
front
desk
called
to
see
if
we
had
settled
in
ok.
I've
never
had
a
front
desk
call
to
check
on
me
before.
I
thought
that
was
nice.
And
I
read
reviews
about
flying
bugs,
and
yes,
I
did
see
one
or
two
gnats,
but
I'll
take
that
over
bed
bugs
and
roaches
any
day,
so
it
wasn't
really
a
red
flag
for
me.
Also,
despite
iHop
being
a
few
ft
away,
there
was
complimentary
breakfast,
which
was
nice
and
hot.
Based
on
my
one
day
stay,
I'd
give
this
hotel
3.5
stars
but
since
that's
not
possible,
I'll
round
up.
My
rating
is
largely
based
on
the
fact
that
I've
been
to
hotels
that
charge
more
and
have
higher
ratings
but
offer
less,
meaning
no
fridge,
no
comped
breakfast,
and
yet
they
have
fees
for
everything.
