Apparently they are doing their own reviews because this place definitely deserves no more than 2 stars... terrible place for coffee. First off the coffee is decent at best. It's not that great. Second, the customer service usually is terrible. Nobody smiles, nobody says Thank you, and they all usually seem in a bad mood. (I know because I see them a lot as I also work in the mall). Today's visit will be my last. It took me 15 minutes to get a coffee. Then They screwed up a 20oz hazelnut coffee TWICE! Then after fixing it the second time, they didn't put the lid on all the way. I dripped hot coffee all down my nice dress pants leg. Not to mention the small roach I seen crawling on their coffee machine as I left. Never again... don't waste your time or money....

This place is awesome. I've tried a couple of my favorite coffee drinks and all are on point. It's strong in caffeine but light. Other coffee places I've been too seem to be heavy or weighted down in flavor so you don't really get the wake up call 😂. This has the perfect balance. Pricing is very good. This place will give you the unction to function. It's always my go-to when I get a chance.

I have been coming to the Coffee House over the last 6 years. The espresso is great. They have almond and soy milk options. The owners are sweet and have great taste when it comes to hiring baristas. The baristas go out of their way to make sure your order is great. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I went here based on some of the great reviews about the quality coffee and dang... they're misleading. Pros: They have a cute set up. They have almond milk. Cons: The "pastries" are just the really cheap store bought ones you buy in bulk. The espresso tasted burnt as heck. The lady working there seemed very unhappy about being there.

Excellent place. You have hard working people here preparing the best coffee for you. I love this place. Perfect place and so nice and comfortable with comfortable seats and warm lights. I love this place because it is exactly how a coffee shop should be. The people who work here are nice and we appreciate them. Thank you.

Came here for the first time and honestly it was quite pleasant. I don’t really go to coffee places besides Starbucks. However, they had a vast amount of choices of foods, coffee, smoothies, and other items. I would definitely recommend this place to those who like a nice relaxed environment. There really isn’t any down side to this place that I noticed, unless your a person who looks for something to complain about. Oh, almost forgot they even have books that they obtained for those who are just enjoying a fresh cup can read. If you haven’t been here it’s worth just coming out one time to visible see and enjoy what they have to offer.

Not sure what kind of place they run, but the only person who was working was on facetime the whole time and wasnt paying much attention to what he was doing. We ordered sandwiches and while he was making them, he was touching everything with the same gloves on, even the garbage can. When we saw that he proceeded to touch the food without changing his gloves, we canceled the order and got our refund.

Employees were kind and food was good! Nice, warm environment.

I drink espresso every single day and the one I got from here was one of the best that I’ve had. I added one shot of their salted caramel syrup to a triple shot and it was PHENOMENAL!

The Coffee House at University Mall in Tampa is a great place to get quality coffee while shopping. I really like the location and the ease of getting in and out or staying for a meeting or getting some work done. I really like the unique selection of drinks that they have available. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.

The coffee is excellent and very customizable. Staff is friendly and attentive! Definitely a must stop when at the mall, or a good reason to go. I also love the comfortable chairs, quiet atmosphere, and they have a lending library. Love this place!!!

come here nearly everyday. Family owned and excellent coffee, espresso, frozen drinks, and even tasty food. The owners are great and take pride in their work. They even have a mini library and comfortable seats to enjoy your drinks.
