I twas wandering Ybor City and I stopped in here and ended up have a couple of really good cigars and some Cortadas. Staff was friendly and informative. Great little shop in Cigar City

Lived in Tampa my whole life until I moved 3 years ago. I visit often but not enough to keep these cigars in stock, so I order them, nothing compares, these are phenomenal!

This is my Zen place. Eduardo was friendly and helpful and selected a beautiful cigar for a 40 minute stay. The Cubano coffee is unmatched. Seating is comfy on new, leather sofas designed to relax. I bought a t-shirt and will be back.

Update: Got down to Tabanero last week. The coffee was good. But the staff is outright amazing. I even got time to talk with the man himself. Enjoyed the candela robusto outside while drinking coffee. I’ve said it once I’ll say it again. I will always have Tabanero in my humidor and it will be my go to stick 90% of the time. I had my first Tabanero cigar 7 years ago at cigar city brewing. Since then they’ve been one of my favorite cigar companies. I have bought and will continue to buy cigars for my humidor from Tabanero. Looking forward to another trip to Tampa in April and stopping in.

It is the only place to visit in Ybor city for a freshly rolled cigar. The atmosphere is great, the leather smooking couches are extremely comfy, and the in-house coffee bar is an excellent touch also. If you want to feel the true spirit of Ybor City, then Tabanero's is a must stop & smoke. Make sure and grab some swag also, and they can arrange shipping so you can share your favorite rolls with friends & family & home or worldwide.

Tabanero has always been a great place to get a great cigar and relax. Great staff and great coffee as well. Also love it that they do events such as a Christmas party! Staff is always amazing!

Just received and transferred a 50 ct bundle to my humidor. I also just sat down with a cold beer and fired one of these up....game changer!. An outstanding cigar for the value point. I've bought from Tabanero for several years, but being an old retired fire chief, I couldn't really afford to buy more than one or two boxes a year. This bundle retains the same great quality and standards of your premium cigars at a great price. I'll still buy my occasional premium torpedoes, but now I get to smoke a great Tabanero all year long. Thanks!

Best hand rolled cigars for a good price. The cigars are always consistent with test and smoke time per stick. I ordered a cheaper bundle this time which are good quality but not not care for the flavor as much as my normal Bocado’s. Always receive my order very promptly and in good condition

Excellent customer service from these guys. I’ve purchased from them twice now as a gift for my dad. The second time the package ended up getting lost in transits. Called the store, got a rep named Jim who was really understanding. Took about a week to file the claim through UPS and the, contact the store but the Jim stayed in contact and was just really great throughout the whole issue.

There are very few family owned and run cigar manufacturers out there with that being said the Maceda family are probably one of the best you’ll ever find. Their cigars are always very consistent and easy to obtain once you try their cigars at the moderate cost that they are you won’t want anything but there’s . Ordering cigars from them is very easy and very punctual regardless of where you live I recommend it very highly you give them a try if you have not done so.

I've tried your cigars when I was in Florida last year, and was very impressed. I ended up buying a couple hundred dollars worth of them and have to say not one bad apple in the bunch. So I just orded some more and just received them and into the humidor they went.. looking to smoke my first Big Daddy tonight at a local Cigar bar here in Chandler Arizona... I was very pleased with the delivery of my cigars and was pleased with your store in Tampa...if these are anything like the first batch I bought I will be very pleased. When in Tampa, I always make a special trip to Ybor City just to make a stop at Tabanero Cigars. I look forward to relaxing with the best cup of coffee and my favorite cigar while sitting right outside their store front. The employees and products are what keeps me coming back every time! The cigars are always fresh and top quality. If you are new to cigar smoking they definitely take their time helping you out with any questions. You won't feel intimidated at all, I promise!

A classy place with an old time ambiance. The shops sells its own cigars only. Good quality cigars. Be advised, the prices are not inexpensive but I have never bought a bad stick. Very knowledgeable staff. The make great hot chocolates (get the 50/50 mix of white & dark chocolate!). Coffee is terrific as well. I highly recommend this shop! 👍🏼

Visiting from out of town, and had such an amazing experience. Had a cigar and a coffee. The coffee went with the cigar beautifully, the cigar was exquisite, and the couches were a comfort level ten. They were very accommodating when I asked to purchase a full box, and put one together even though they weren’t technically available in a full box yet as it’s a newer cigar. The owner signed the box for me, and they completely sealed it for my travels home. I also purchased one of their awesome rooster paintings. A great value for a locally painted piece of art. HIGHLY recommended by me; a cigar lover at heart. Great people, and a great experience.

Ordered some cigars to try them out. I ordered special blend hand rolled. Not what I was expecting. The cigars has a good taste to them. There was no problems with delivery. The reason for the 4 star review is there are a few sticks that are extremely hard. Other than that, I’ll order again from them.

My first experience with Tabanero Cigars was an online purchase which went very well. I was traveling for work and returned home to sit by the pool and enjoy a fine cigar. My very first time inside Tabanero Cigars I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed liked I'd been there before. Had the pleasure of meeting Yanko who is a joy to talk to and is very passionate about his cigars. Combining their great coffee with his excellent Connecticut Toro is the best way to start your day!

I visited twice in the same week, smoked three different cigars all burned true, draw was easy and flavor profile was on point. I recommend stopping in and having a smoke. I bought a box of 60 gauge Big Daddy torpedoes to enjoy at home.
