Leonardo truly helped turn my frown upside down, even though my frustration had absolutely nothing to do with him or LifeStorage, he made sure to go out of his way to make sure I was smiling before walking out of the office! Both of the employees were kind, very polite and respectful and pleasant to work with.

It is not humidity controlled. We got our stuff out and found mold on shoes and chairs and bugs infesting boxes. We're still finding roaches, weavles, and silverfish because of boxes stored in there. When we first moved in our stuff into the unit we noticed the insulation on the ceiling was exposed, it was falling apart and appeared moldy. That should of been our warning. I will say that the customer service was good at least when signing up and leaving.

I found this place online..I don't know why has good reviews. I'm thinking that the reviews are employees and family. When arrive the unit was gross with full humidity and squirrel or rat draping everywhere.. Horrible. And the manager don't explain me nothing, is rude.. My experience was the worst. Look the pics.

I was with this storage facility for 3 years with different managements. When an issue came up they were quick to fix it. When I was upset for not seeing or receiving an email they issued Scott Bean the current manager was very helpful and made things right to help me.

Was so conforted when I had interactions with Alicia, the manager. Never once in the 3 years at this property have a manager called me about my unit before a late fee is assessed to see what they can help with with. Everyobe Encountered so many issues here it was a pleasure speaking with some that was really nice, professional and putting customers first. She reassured me thing were going to get better. My mind was so at easy.

Latifah I talk was very helpful and one of the nicest people I have met in customer service. I had a problem she solved the problem with the smile and I really enjoyed her service is the truth I mean you at she also have great great customer service skills.

I am very impressed with the assistance I received from Timesha. She is Store Management material. Her passion for this business is beyond phenomenal. It was pouring down raining outside and she still chose to help me find the perfect unit. I am grateful for her communicating the lease thoroughly. She deserves a raise! She even assisted me with translation. I am a life long customer.

Scott helped me find the best fit based on the amount of items I brought on my UHaul. He also helped me get the best deal for my long term storage. Only down side, no climate control in this storage unit.

I've been here over five years and thru a sale of property and four rate heights. One big clean out (inspection). They say they sent mailing, but come on, guys, inspection is that -secret. I get all rate increased email but NO inspection notification. Cut your lock and open your unit, then replace it with a new one. Upset at first, but understand in away. Still feel violated and disrespectful of my property. Check your units from this company.

Leonard Garcia is extremely unprofessional, I would never do business with this person EVER again. I had to rent two separate U-Haul trucks because I couldn't pull the 26ft through all the way to my unit. When accessing this front gate after dark many homeless people were hanging around and vehicles just pulled through behind me without putting in their code. The unit had breaks in the ceiling where rats clearly come in with droppings on the floor, 🤢

From Jump was greeting with amazing customer service and a smile . Even held door open for me. And was able to help me understanding the process and determine the best possible option for my budget. I will definitely refer a friend or family
