Today
was
my
third
time
visiting
Mojo
and
will
probably
be
my
last.
I
went
in
an
ordered
a
coffee
right
away
and
the
barista
was
very
friendly.
I
shopped
around
the
cafe
area
for
the
next
ten
minutes
while
I
waited.
I
understand
that
the
cafe
operates
as
a
cashier
as
well
and
noticed
her
checking
lots
of
people
out
while
I
waited.
It
takes
less
than
3
minutes
to
make
a
latte,
so
I
didn’t
really
understand
why
she
couldn’t
finish
my
drink
before
attending
other
customers.
After
waiting
for
quite
awhile,
I
went
to
the
counter
and
asked
if
she
was
still
working
on
it.
She
said,
“Oh,
I
forgot…”
and
asked
me
again
what
I
ordered.
Within
three
minutes
I
had
my
drink
in
hand.
Sadly,
it
was
sloppily
made
and
FULL
of
coffee
grounds.
Doesn’t
exactly
make
for
a
tasty
drink.
My
other
major
problem
with
this
visit,
was
the
off-leash
service
dog
who
as
wandering
aimlessly
around
the
store
mingling
with
customers.
As
a
service
dog
trainer
myself,
I
understand
that
service
dogs
legally
are
allowed
to
task
off
leash
and
do
so
in
some
instances.
However,
I
find
it
alarming
that
this
dog,
though
vested,
was
clearly
not
tasking
while
it
sniffed
my
shoes,
greeted
my
friend,
and
wandered
up
and
down
the
aisle
visiting
other
people.
I’m
not
even
sure
whose
dog
it
was,
I
never
saw
anyone
call
the
dog
back
to
them.
Fortunately,
no
customers
in
the
store
seemed
to
be
at
all
fearful
of
the
dog;
I
could
imagine
a
large
hairy
mutt
appearing
in
an
aisle
would
be
jarring
to
someone
who
is
afraid
of
dogs.
According
to
the
ADA,
“The
service
animal
must
be
harnessed,
leashed,
or
tethered
while
in
public
places
unless
these
devices
interfere
with
the
service
animal's
work
or
the
person's
disability
prevents
use
of
these
devices.
In
that
case,
the
person
must
use
voice,
signal,
or
other
effective
means
to
maintain
control
of
the
animal….
[The
handler]
may
not
allow
the
dog
to
wander
away
from
her
and
must
maintain
control
of
the
dog,
even
if
it
is
retrieving
an
item
at
a
distance
from
her.”
My
third
issue
is
due
to
the
overall
unkept
and
unsafe
nature
of
the
store.
It
is
very
dirty
and
neglected.
The
doormats
were
curling
upwards
at
the
edges
from
being
overused,
which
is
a
huge
tripping
hazard
and
liability.
For
the
high
prices
of
the
used
and
new
books
alike,
you’d
think
they
could
afford
more
help
to
keep
the
store
in
a
good
way.
Overall,
I
was
disappointed
by
my
visit,
and
I
don’t
think
I’ll
come
back
