Very clean and nice place, delicious food I really love the sandwiches and probably the best cuban I’ve ever had 😍 Very friendly atmosphere and amazing lady with her beautiful and lovely greeting and laughs ❤️

The tuna sandwich is SO gross. The tuna tasted like it was bad. There was a ton of it with a little bit of tomato and a few strands of lettuce.

Little place I went for lunch and Cuban Sandwich tasted great with alot of meat. Prepackaged Potatoe Salad but it was tasty and $8.99 for the Combo is not bad at all. Friendly staff but small location with 2 tables and a bar against the wall with high chairs to eat. Bottom line, good food and nice people. Givem a try.

I have been driving past this place for a few years now and finally decided to stop in for lunch. I am so glad I did. Met the hubby and a friend for lunch today and we all ordered the Cuban. DELICIOUS! The pork has great flavors as soon as you take your first bite. Great portions and VERY reasonable prices. I have included a picture of the menu that I picked up from there today. As we sat and ate we noticed that the lady at the counter called a lot of the customers by their first name so that says a lot about their loyal clientele. She was so sweet to everyone and greeted all guests with a smile and something sweet to say. This place is very tiny with only a couple of tables and chairs. When the weather gets nice we will take advantage of their outside seating. They do take call in orders for take out. You must try this place! It's not much to look at but the food is fantastic!

I wanted to like this spot, it is super close to home. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the Cuban. Very skimpy on all the meats for a $15 sandwich meal . The potato ball and deviled crab were both over cooked, burned and hard

This is a family owned and operated sub shop that has really good food, and prices that are a solid value. I ordered the special- which is a small sub, side and a drink. Opted for their famous Cuban, and beans and rice. Cuban was flavorful, and the salami is a Miami style touch, with all flavors melding together nicely. Beans and rice were also flavorful and rounded out the meal.

Omg seriously gooooood sandwiches!!! Yuuum!!! And the small is HUGE!

I stopped in for lunch today and it was excellent. For a very good price I got a Cuban sandwich, rice and beans and a fountain drink. In search of a true Cuban, this place did not disappoint. It had real roast beef and was crispy and pressed. The beans were fantastic. For a true taste of Tampa in a quaint hole in the wall I recommend Papa Joe's!

They don't deserve not even a 1 star..... Just HORRIBLE!! The lady who took my order or the guy don't have good customer service besides that myDevil crab was burned and rock hard. Never will I ever spend another penny with them nor will I refer their business. If I'm able to post pictures I will do so.

I’m a regular weekly customer lately the gentleman With No Personality making the Cubans keeps putting less and less meat on the subs he makes. The ladies do a great job and give you what you expect as far as meats on your Cuban. #we just want what we pay you almost $12 for come on Man quit being cheap !!

Huge waist of money. $12 Cuban for $2 worth of sandwich with very little meat. This place use to be good but has gone way down hill.. What a joke. Should have gone to subway.

Just went here today actually just realized there here but definitely one of the best Cuban sandwiches I’ve had in Florida rice n bean could be a lil mor authentic but good potato balls a lil to high for me but will try must be good for the price ppl are nice place was clean thanks

This place used to be good. The Cuban was small with no meat and the devil crab was sour. I told the cashier and she said they got it yesterday. Most of the drinks were out. Do not recommend and will not return.

Came into town to handle some final moving stuff. Wanted to stop in because this is the best Cuban sandwich place in town. I was not disappointed. I think they got even better since I moved away. Amazing. Thank you so much for all the good memories and future meals. I'll stop in *every* time I'm near.

The food and service were both good, the panini was a little tough but had good flavor. Oh and I got the special with the added crab and it came out to $20?! I didn't argue with them but it seemed higher than the posted price.

This sub shop has been around as long as I can remember and always has great Cubans and the roast pork Cubans sandwich is the best! It's nothing fancy but you can call ahead or you can drop in, get served fast and be on your way.

One of the best Cuban sandwiches I have had! It was toasted perfectly, fresh, and full of flavor! My friend ordered the pork with black beans and rice. It was equally delicious! Will be back again!

Small place but delicious food. Well made subs, friendly service, and a great price for the amount of food with their 8.99 lunch special. Small dining area inside if you want to eat there but it seemed like a popular take out place during the lunch rush.

Small little mom and pop restaurant. Very friendly loving individuals who run this place. Food was simple yet delicious and very filling. Got myself a deviled crab and sausage egg cheese sandwich. Hit the spot perfectly 🥰.

Amazing subs and mind blowing salads💚 The club salad is like 2 meals in one, so big and filling. The pizza sub is delicious 😋 I recently went back for lunch and had the chicken parmesan sandwich, I do not recommend trying this particular sandwich. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Had no flavor at all. Ended up throwing it out and eating crackers for lunch. Was the only thing I've ever had from here that wasn't top notch.

Ok we visit Papa Joe’s Cuban Sandwich 🥪 and guess what they are Americans Owners so my first impression was great the have an exceptional Cuban Sandwich recipe my food was excellent also the French fríes taste was fresh and hot non greasy the price is on the rate. To me this in 5 Star meal Complementary with an excellent attitude of the Services 100% Recommended
