Misty is a nice person and very helpful woman She needs more money she a good worker

This is the best location I've used. Misty is such a wonderful person. She is very knowledgeable to your needs and has an amazing disposition. Very warm and friendly person. I give 5 stars because she is an amazing person and cares about your needs and your belongings

Had one of the best customer service experiences with Ms. D (Misty? Might’ve heard wrong) and Ariel! They treated my partner Erica and I with great hospitality & professionalism. Super kind, they answered all our questions and gave us useful information we didn’t know about. Highly recommend & will continue to use this Public Storage facility due to the excellent staff they hire and the quality of storage.

The manager personally took care of my rental needs. Very professional, courteous, and all with a smile. Very awesome personality and great attitude, and all at a stressful time in my life. Also the fact that Public Storage is by far the best storage experience I've ever had, and would recommend not only Public Storage for all your storage needs, but I recommend this facility most of all, as everything was very clean and the staff really made it easy for me. 5 Stars for Public Storage, and 25 Stars for the management and staff ! Today was a breeze!! Thanks to the most sweetest loveliest Rep, Ms. Misty. She was clear and concise on the policy. Very cheerful woman. It took seconds to reserve online and now they have a NEW feature where you can have access the premises thru the Public Storage app.

I came in to get some information and received assistance from Creyuna and Misty and had the greatest experience. They were absolute sweethearts and provided some of the best service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them!

Misty done an amazing job .whole lot was busy .she was able to clear it in minutes.give her a raise .I’m not even in her location and she still above and beyond.

I went in looking to get some boxes that I needed, to ship some items. Misty met me at the door and had the best energy. She was amazing & gave me the right size/right fit for what I needed to do and helped me pick out the appropriate packing materials to keep my items safe during shipping. I would recommend if you need any boxes to definitely meet Misty, she is amazing.

The manager here was super helpful. She went around the facility with me to make certain I can get my 26' uhaul truck in and out safely. Customer service was great and made renting a storage unit feel like a pleasant experience.

I used to live it the peoples who working there are really noce and keep the place really clean. But the top management are all about money they cut your lock 🔐 before the month end if you don’t pay and they are selling the lock so expensive. They don’t send you any email 📧 letting you know about that . Other facilities don’t do it like they wait for the month I can pay on the 30th that’s not fair 😡 😡

*WARNING* The worse place to keep your things at . I was paying over $250 a month and finding out all my items has RAT poop all over. Misty did see it and she “said she reported it” that was a lie. Also I was told to file an insurance claim threw Misty and I did. They only wanted to give me $10 for all my items that got damaged. Also Misty says she will help that’s a lie she will not help. WARNING do not rent a storage there only if you want your items damaged.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We moved our stuff to this storage 1 month ago. When I came back to grab something there was poop and piss in the hallways, it was incredible unsanitary. It smelled like death. There was blood on the ground and roaches everywhere. Do not keep your stuff here unless you want it to get ruined. When we opened our unit there was a rat that was as big as a cat and pooped all over our stuff. When we brought it to management they just told us they would “handle it” but when we came back there was even more poop in the hallways. The day we had initially came to move our stuff out the gate was conveniently not working and there was nobody in the office to help even though they claimed to be opened all day. Do not get a unit here.

Belinda and Misty were amazing help with getting me set up with my unit and public storage app. Easy and painless process, they were also very kind.

I give Mrs. Misty a 5star, everytime I Vist my storge she's always Helpful Happy and Always has a positive attitude. The property is always clean she is able to get me in and out when I come thru. Keep up the Good work Misty. 🤩💯❤

I am a LYFT driver and I got stuck inside because I didn't have the code. Thankfully someone was leaving and let me out but I don't trust this company as a Lyft driver.

Awful place. Will never recommend people to this storage 🐀 they MESS UP the MATTRESS AND FURNITURE. Rats had a party there with food and peeing all over my girlfriend things. NEVER RENT HERE. NOW MY GIRLFRIEND IS WAITING FOR THE INSURANCE TO DO SOMETHING LETS SEE ABOUT THAT AND IF WE DONT GET reimburse then we will call THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Don’t even deserve half of ⭐️.

While at my storage in needed some water for my dog, as Jaedan passed by he ask if I was ok, I asked if he had any water I could give my dog, he offered to fill my bowl from the faucet and brought it back to me. Jaedan displayed excellent customer service and was very polite in doing so. Jaedan is a prime example of how customer service should be. Thank you Jaedan.

I had my items in storage at the location on 56th street for quite some time. I was usually assisted by a wonderful woman named Misty who always displayed outstanding customer service.
