This is just a review about parking because I could not find any on it but parking for big trucks is very limited but there are a few places to squeeze in here to morning comes. Me included there is about 7 trucks here waiting and room for maybe 2 more off this street in curb spots that looks to be ok. No restrooms, no vending but a little room to park overnight if you don’t get here late. You can check in at 5 am

My appointment was 0600 on a Tuesday got here at 0515. Guard gave instructions on where to take paperwork and staging area to park, inside the gate. Ladies in receiving very nice and professional. Had me bring in seal processed paperwork gave to lumper at end they send you link to pay lumper fee. Once you are done they call you to get paperwork. I've been here before they do the best to get you in and out. Easy back if other trucks are not blocking you. The guys who sit in middle of roadway with 4 ways on. Once the USF trucks are done your door will open.

When arriving on time a hour ahead the guard at the gate says we don't allow any company driver in for about another hour, more waiting after two hours gone by tempting to call management after been told to pay a late few 150 dollars demanding immediately. There's a lumber fee when in other states theirs not, very rude when having conversations on phone picture will indicated how these people run this establishment. no staging area also very tight area to move around, the drivers here are very demanding on getting doors first when we are the ones who haul there merchandise

You've been warned not to come here and you're still reading reviews. Try to stay away from Doors 45, 47 & 49 on the dry grocery receiving side unless you have superior backing abilities. They require a safety vest. Female guard was nice. If you're an OTR driver go to the office in the picture even if you have dry groceries. The other office is for US Foods truck drivers only. Women in the office were very rude like everyone else is saying. No soap in the bathroom. Lumpers took my straps and left trailer dirty. $309.50 lumper fee. In: 8a for 8:30a appointment, Out: 1:30p. Total time at facility 5.5 hours. If you enjoy 90° backing and burning out your clutch you will like it here. The spots are very tight. If you're turning right onto Orient Rd from from Hillsborough Ave you will have to button hook if you're in a sleeper truck.

Good overnight parking. Guard was friendly…lady in receiving was awesome…capstone was courteous. Great experience. With so much negativity in this world…I was pleased to deliver here today. Thank your!

I come to this place quite often I'm a USFoods dedicated hauler none of their locations care about their haulers and neither does the person I'm contracted to as we never get reimbursed for our service here. But US Foods will charge us 250 if we are late The personal here seriously hate their job here. They are very rude and disrespect full

Some of the staff could be friendlier here. It took them 4 hours to unload my trailer. Arrived 30 minutes before delivery appointment. Now I understand why the negative reviews but it is what it is. Good luck delivering here.

This place can do a better job hiring people who want to do their job rather than the incompetent, ignorant and stepping outside to smoke every 5 mins rude people they have! First and last time delivering here!!! If you see your BOL say US Foods, Tampa…..RUN!!!!!

3hrs waiting to be unloaded with only 1 pallet. And then…1hr more for paperworks. All of then doing nothing!!

Driver isn't too bright. I was backing up. He parked behind me. Didn't move. Is what it is I guess. People will do what they do.

Changed the stars this week. Improvement is GOOD! In door 42 for over 4 hours with 1 pallet, still don't have my bills. They lie and tell your company they're checking you out when they haven't taken the freight off yet. Better this week. In door quickly, offloaded quickly, gone in reasonable amount of time. The way it oughta be!

Receiving office is rude as hell. Every time I go in there I get attitude like they're some Queen sitting behind the glass. Very very unpleasant and demeaning going here. Wish their staff cared about professionalism. Wish I could leave a review for every time I go here because it is always a negative experience. And now again frozen check in office extremely rude. I will start a tally mark at bottom of post for every time frozen check in revieving office is rude. It's obvious the management is lacking here. /////////

Receiving lady Kathy, other office ladies and unloading guys are great people. But security guy is very rude person. He acts so unprofessional and he is not polite with truck drivers.

Everyone here is at their rudest. Except the wonderful gate guard. She was super nice and welcoming. Appointment: 8/23/22 @ 7:00 Arrived: 8/22/22 @ 13:00 Gate guard let me in and told me to go to door 50 to get signed in and get a door People at door 50 in the office are super rude and don't even look up at you. I was told the gate guard shouldn't be letting people in this early and I can wait at the spots before the gate or at a nearby truck stop. To come back tomorrow around my appointment time Arrived again: 8/23/22 @ 5:30 Got a door: 6:64 Got Capstone Lumper Payment info: 9:00 Payed immediately, $335 for 356 cases. Went to the office to get bills. The woman at the desk asked "did someone unlock your airline?" "No? Not yet." "then go back to your truck." Rude and curt. Got my airline lock removed by them at 10:00. Told to move from the dock and park across from the docks again Then go to the office. Went back to the office. Told to wait by the wall until I'm called. Wait 20 more minutes. Finally got my bills and was able to leave at 11:00. There is a restroom in the office by door 50. It's pretty dirty, but at least it's not a portapotty.

Great place to deliver! Customer service was excellent! They have maybe 6 overnight spots and 4 spots maybe to park on street! Receiving starts @ 0430... I would just go in a couple hrs before appt!

I had a great experience, upon reading old reviews, 12hrs before the appointment time is true for overnight parking, I receive a call in the morning with door assignment and instructions... Fast unloading, lumper fee, didn't wait long for paperwork. From Guard Shack to Carol in receiving office every one was pleasant and respectful. My whole process took 2 hours.

Check in 05:40 get door 07:23 then I paid lamper fee 10:40 now it’s 12:20 Iam still in door waiting my paperwork it took more than 8 hours

We do the work to get this product here, only to be received by unacceptable rudeness, us food trucks everywhere and also parked in our assigned door, plus plenty of waiting. Are these employees that miserable? Management needs to do something and quick!

Be on time outerwise they charge you late fee. I check in 4 am but the apt was on 6 am the gaurd didn't let me parked in .there was no space out there for parking. I back 7 they charge 200.

Don't know about everyone else XP. But appt. was 12pm checked in @ 1145 Out by 14:30 not bad... Lady at desk acts like she so but is really not, guard was cool. Left 4 Pallets in the back of the trl that they left but not surprised by Capstone Capabilities. Overnight Parking very limited like 6 or 7 real spots and 3 or 4 make shift spots. And backing was not as challenging as they say maybe for a newbie but if you have been driving for a while you will be just fine...

Terrible place. No overnight parking available, the are few spots only and in the street provably can fit few trucks. Over 6 hrs to get you empty with a load to -10. They make me wait all this time. And they have not finish yet lol. Very tight parking spots. All workers here are playing and texting on the phone. Have to wait on the windows for the lady who attended you, to finish to play on the phone. Wow. This place really need new management a strict one.

0 star,very slow unloading 8 hours like always capstone doing bad job,it took him one hour to move the van so I can park.

The warehouse is not safe,is too small for the selectors n nobody care about the warehouse

lousy place. since I arrived at 3:30am. the security one. sleeping i waited 2-3 minutes for him to wake up and only to tell me to come back at 5am. And I didn't want to open the door or anything. I thought she was dead. because she didn't wake up. wow. wow

Got here at 3:15 am according trucker tools for appointment 6am. Guy by the entrance don't let us come in or check in. Had to wait outside, by the time of my appointment I was in the huge line of trucks and check in 1hrs late. Now they want 250 for late fee, which I was not and fighting with broker for them to pay.

Checked in 10am delivery appointment 11am assigned to a door right away 1pm I was on i-75 be extra nice while you here

Had a 6am appointment and arrived at 5am. Got a door around 8am and was done at 10:25am. Cant complain nice people too. Have your safety vest ready.

Appt 1230, arrived 0945. Docked at 1130, unloaded at 1245. Lumper fee $135, out the gate at 1300

Every time you come here, you get stuck here for a long time! until the broker calls or you come to the office, they will not move to give the door! I don't understand these workers, as if we owe them something, they don't like their job! it's a terrible place like so many big companies! avoid this place!👎👎👎

Amazing how slow they are unloading a trailer...,A 30 minute job will take them several hours even with the help of their lumper service...., Make sure you packed your lunch coming here...

I got here 08:00 in the morning appointment was 11:00 now it 03:00 pm not unloaded if you have lumper fee then need to wait 12 hours really frustrating place

One star!the guy wich I checked in was very professional, but when I went to check out the lady that replaced him was very unprofessional.I went at the window an told her that I am checking out,but she was acting weird and not communicating and very disrespectful.my opinion is not to keep her there,it doesn’t matter if we are drivers you have to show professionalism and respect,otherwise there is no work place for you with people,maybe in the warehouse will be good for her.also will like to mention security guards also nice and respectful.I hope this will help the management

This is one of the best places to unload at. They will let you check in early. You can idle around the parking lot so your elog doesn't move off sleeper. They have a clean bathroom and some snack foods

Had a 6am appt..Got stuck in traffic from 4:45am got there at 8am with pictures..Still got charged 150.00 late fee🤔 Imma put it in gods hands

If I could give this a place 0 star. I will. if we are talking about customer service? It's horrible customer service ever. I've seen in my life . if we are talking about (clean) restroom?It's the dirty restroom ever. I've been seen in my life . if we are talking about waiting time? 8 hours so far at the dock door, and they are not finished yet. Appointment @7 a m check in @5 a m and I'm still at door. By the way, I arrived early on Friday night, and I did check in on Saturday at 5 AM. they told me my appointment on Monday. So I have to get back to them on Monday. No, make any sense if I arrived early. And they need the project as soon as possible. Why do they keep me two days later. This place is a joke. Please avoid it and do not do business with them.

Arrived 30min prior to my appointment time at 9am… very nice ppl they put me in a door 15min after I checked in, but It’s now 1:40pm and I’m not empty yet. 🗣I’m tired 😴 boss!

Kathy in the receiving office definitely knows how to waste her time including everyone else's. Standing here for at least 30 minutes now listening to her complain to the other receiver. Even the dock guys can't stand her.

If you can avoid coming to this place, do it. I've been here since 8:00 am and they gave me the door at 12:00 pm. It's 3:40 pm and they still haven't finished downloading and I'm still waiting. It's disrespectful to ask questions in the offices. and they don't give you an answer, I wasted a whole day here, I don't recommend coming here
