The staff at the 4004 E Hillsborough Ave Tampa FL 33610 location decided that issuing me a refund instead of giving me one complimentary tartar sauce to go with my paid fish meal was the best business choice/customer service experience that could be offered. Disappointing staff and management choices. They wrote down the corporate number for me also.... Point is they did more work to lose money than to gain customer loyalty and satisfaction,wasted food time and held up the drive thru.

Bad experience with soggy fries, no drinks (even though I ordered them) and flavorless food. However, after a multitude of attempts; I received a refund.

The havendale location is terrible charged me for food I didn't get.Then the manager refused to give me my money back.How can a burger place run out of frech fries at lunch time.Place was a disaster.

The food wasn't cooked correctly the staff has changed. just not a good atmosphere there anymore will not visit this location again

I worked for them. Very mean to their staff from the top down. Their in it for the money. I couldnt work for a place that doesn't loce its employees.

We were extremely disappointed. Many menu changes, shrimp was tough, okra cooked in old grease, soda taste was off (soda machine needs cleaning), poor customer service. We have eaten there in the past and it was good at a decent price. Now online menus, online ordering and instore pricing are all 3 different. You used to have a Poor Boy shrimp sandwich and fries used to be included in the combo. Not anymore. Sad. WE WILL NOT GO BACK THERE and we will be sure and let everyone know of the changes. What new management?

Horrible customer Service, horrible management at the 50th & Hillsborough location and been that way for the past 10 years… the quality of the food is worse then the chum bucket & the cooks they hire act like forest gump when it comes to comprehension or reading in general. They won’t fix nothing at all they’re only open from the strength of god himself it seems like… Fresh & funs and Nicks gyros on bush are recommended rather then this going down establishment

I come to Salems almost daily and get their fish sandwiches. Every time I come here I get different employees telling me different things …they now charge for tartar sauce when you order a fish sandwich??? Poor customer service at 50th Street location. Tartar sauce should be included when you buy a fish sandwich. I’m gonna start buying lunch elsewhere

Maybe make it clear that this is a corporate office location and not a restaurant.
