This rollercoaster is insane. If you love rollercoaster, Busch Gardens is the place for you. Not crowded like the OTHER parks. Iron Gwazi, I did not go on, but hubs and friend did, it is new, was crazy.

Cheetah Hunt has some great launches and pops of air time but the vest restraints were incredibly uncomfortable for me as a normal height guy. If Intamin put their newer lap bar restraints on this, then this ride would absolutely be world class fun with zero pain from the restraints.

A fairly chill but high speed launch coaster. Waits usually average 30-45 minutes. One of the least nauseating in the park, with most of the thrill coming from the burst of "zoomies" around the track.

Fantastic propulsion off the start, smooth ride throughout, drops that raise your tummy up and that feeling of momentary weightlessness sets in before you're zipping off again. It was amazing and everything I could want in a rollercoaster. Plus, it isn't over in a instant!

This ride is worth the trip alone. It keeps you on your toes and launches you when you least expect it!

This is by far the best roller coaster in the entirety of Bush Gardens. Not only was the ride incredibly fast paced and entertaining, but with the quick queue the wait is almost nonexistent. I rode at least a few times and only regret not riding it more.

This ride is lowkey underrated. It's not the most intense ride but it's still super fun

This is a pretty fun coaster. That 2nd launch is a beast! Wish it had more inversions, but the one it does have is fun. The zip zag section is fun before that 3rd launch. Probably not worth more than a 30min wait.

This is the best roller coaster I've ever been on! It has the perfect mix of drops and speed and the best part is its long for a roller coaster! It's like 3 and a half minutes which is great for a roller coaster.

Great! Fantastic metal roller coaster. Smooth with a good amount of negative Gs and not a ton of inversions. The speed and acceleration on this ride was excellent! Definitely ride this when you're going to Busch gardens.

First time at the park, really sad. We went on the ride and we waited 2 hours and as soon as we got on, already buckled and about to leave and the ride stopped. Waited 20 minutes in the ride without leaving, people behind us got completely soaked. We got out with a 1 ride fast pass not available for iron gwazi. The way they handled it was really bad we left the ride after a while and right after we left it started again they said if we wanted to go again we had to re do the line, we know it’s not there fault but they could have handled it better and given us something more for the waste of time. Overall rides were pretty good but this was really a bummer as my whole family was excited to go and we ended up not even being able to go.

This is by far the best coaster in the park. It's not for people who like going upside down, or flying at high speeds. This is a classic, 1.5 minute coaster. 3 boosts, no massive drops that pick you from your seats, nothing like that. Great for a "warmup" for their larger coasters or for those who want a little thriller at the end of the day. 10/10

One of the best coasters in the park. While waiting in queue, saw the initial speedy takeoff of the coaster and exchanged excited raised eyebrows with my riding partner. Well worth the wait in line, especially given the speed and mechanical innovation of the coaster itself. A zero-to-50+ takeoff in less than two seconds leaves little to be desired.

If you don't have quick queue forget about this ride. They load around 30 trains with people who paid for quick queue before regular customers. It's a scam to get you to pay, the other rides around the park aren't the same at all.

One of the best rides at Busch Gardens! It's fast and furious, without feeling queasy. One of the top 3 rides at the park

Very fun coaster, the launches are awesome.

This is the best Rollercoaster I've ridden in Florida so far. It even trumps the Hagrid Motorbike ride in Universal. If you love boost tracks, this is the ride you want hands down. I'll be coming back because of this ride for sure.

It’s a great giga coaster, best in the park in my opinion, I appreciated the usage of 3 LSM launch tracks, It’s good as expected from Intamin.

Awesome roller coaster, Fast high and you felt like you were a cheetah as the roller coaster zig zagged and zoomed along the rails! Best roller coaster at Busch Gardens by far!

We were the next group to go on and they shut down the ride for possible lighting, and it wasn't even thundering. What a waste of time. I've lived in Tampa Bay since 1996 and know we get a lot of lightning, hell they named the hockey team after it, but 30 minutes after the line was shutdown and were out of it and no lightning and just a drizzle, they opened all rides again. BG needs a better weatherman.

2nd best ride in the park! Love the launches but restraints could be better.

  • 4/5 Noah C. 10 months ago on Google
The wait was a bit long but the coaster is popular so it makes sense, they only had one loading area opened so it was a bit inefficient but the ride was amazing, it was extremely fast and fun, the whole thing was a great time.

Love it rode it twice already will definitely ride again. Only thing I don't like is the wait times but that's to be expected at any park.

6/6/23. Very fun 3 launch coaster super fast twist and turns with several corkscrews.

It was an amazing experience!!! Full of fun and pure adrenaline. It's a memorable ride if you dare to try it!! Always remember... You only live once, and moments and experiences like these are all we get to keep in life!! Highly recommend it.

Really good rollercoaster with 3 launches and a few inversions. An intense coaster with tons of thrills and different sections. Around the middle of the ride a water section that was supposed to be turned on wasn’t which let the experience down a little bit but when without it working it is an amazing ride.

If you like fun coasters that aren't too crazy, this is perfect. It's not very intense at all, just pure fun. Launches aren't too insane, so they won't scare you if you're not used to that feeling. If you've never been on a big coaster before, this is the perfect ride to start with.

It’s so fun and it goes super fast, no matter what row you sit on you get the perfect view of everything and a fun experience 🧡 one of my favorite family friendly roller coasters at Busch garden, the only bad part about this ride is the wait time no matter what day you go it will take at least 40 minutes to just get on to the ride. But besides that great ride, not to short and very family friendly ride 💙💙

Fantastic roller-coaster! Faster than I thought it would be but the length of the ride was solid as well. Starts out with a blast! Fun the whole ride. 3 minutes+ if I remember correctly.

Second best coaster in park imo. I thought I heard it was a little more along the lines of a family coaster and I was very pleasantly surprised because it was definitely a thrill ride. However it is buttery smooth and aside from the launches, not as "violent" as other more intense thrill coasters.

This is a really cool roller coaster. It's not too high but it thrills by accelerating riders quickly in various sections and twisting and turning. Probably my second park favorite below Iron Gwazi.

  • 5/5 Tom L. 1 year ago on Google
Solid ride hands down. The launches are forceful, the scenery is great, and it makes a great entry-level coaster to prepare you for the bigger rides. Just be prepared to wait an hour or two, this ride has some of the longest wait times throughout the park.

By far the greatest and smoothest roller coaster that I have ever ridden!!!! After the first ride we immediately got off and got back in line to ride it again. I definitely recommend this roller coaster. If you don’t buy a fast pass and the line is long it is well worth the wait. I promise you will not be disappointed…..

The cheetah hunt is a gift shop That is right at the end of the cheetah run rollercoaster. When you're exiting the ride area you enter this gift shop. They have lots of cheetah related toys as well as hippos, giraffes, elephants, and other stuffed animals. They carry mugs and key chains as well as hats shirts and some drinks. They have a Cooling unit that they Sell ice cream out of.

I love this ride its so fast and fun. If your scared of upside roller coasters I recommend this to you because there is only one loop and its really relaxing and non-violent.

Always terrible! You have 2 options... 2 hour wait or the ride is broken down. I haven't seen it any other way. In line... Almost at the ride and they announce its broken down... AGAIN!!! Frustrating 4 visits and still have yet to get to ride it!

Cheetah hunt is worth the wait, i rode it with my family and its amazing, not as big as a drop as the others but still great! Cheetah hunt is a great family coaster and it does break down but its just to test if its safe. Busch gardens has the best safety requirements.
