If you like to walk, run, or bike ride this is a great place to go. The trail is about 7 miles one way with plenty of shade and sights to see, plus near Ehrlich Rd there are a few restaurants and a smoothie shop. Petersen Park is at the northern terminus and has plenty of parking too.

Love, love, love, this trail that has beautiful scenery and has a ton of shade for biking and walking. There are several spots with benches in the shade and a couple spots along the route with restrooms. The city regularly maintains the paths to keep debris removed and the path well maintained.

My favorite running trail. Changes of scenery and some twists and turns make it a much better run than Suncoast Trail. Even when it's busy, its never so bad that it makes it difficult to get around people.

Great wide trail. Bathrooms along the way. A repair station at the North end of the trail with bathrooms and picnic area.

Was a pleasant bicycle ride. Variety of walkers and bikers. Look forward to going back so I can show of my lightly used Yakima bicycle rack.

Another great place to ride. I park at the trail head across from Alonso High School. You can ride all the way through Citrus Park all the way to Ehrlich Road. There is a plan to extend beyond but it's a nice ride back and forth with only one road to cross (Citrus Park is an overpass) for about 13 miles.

It is an awesome experience. Most definitely could use a couple more resting areas as well as TRASH CANS πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ (it’s 2020 yo! See if y’all can carry a small supermarket bag and put your garbage in it then dispose of it correctly πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ) Definitely can not wait for the connector to the Van Dyke & 582 section of it which still hasn’t happened.

My 1st time on this trail. Round trip it was 15 miles out and back. I loved how this trail had a little bit of everything, woody paths, along a highway, along ponds, underpasses, overpass, fields, rural, urban, picnic areas.

Nice trailhead as a starting point for cycling, running, or walking. Trail goes along bypass canal, offering many opportunities for spotting wildlife. A waterstation is available, and about 15 parking places. The trail and trailhead is open from dusk to dawn.

I love this trail!! You can always see tons of wildlife and the trail staff does a great job keeping the water cooler full and the restrooms clean.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Very nice and clean. A lot of things to do for a toddler. Nice walkaway around the park. Everything is in working order. Little fountain area makes it especially good during warm days.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Beautiful little park. Is mostly for residents but it has access to the sidewalk. Across the street via the tunnel is a beautiful residential house. Love this area.
