THE DEFINITION OF ROACH MOTEL. This is the absolute worst place you can ever spend your money on. You're probably better off sleeping outside. You're paying for TVs that don't even work. They claim to have cable but everything comes in staticy. And that honestly is the least of your worries. SO. MANY. ROACHES. No comforters, blankets or pillows on the beds. Only dirty sheets. It's gross. If you're paying by the week and bring your own bedding and a bunch of Raid it will work. But paying by the night ?! Oh no, $50 a night to live like a camper deep in the woods ? I'll pass.

I have friends that are staying there because it's what they can afford unfortunately but they have been there for months and there ref is not working great they have complained often but they keep saying there working on it and still nothing our friend needs a good working fridge for her insulin and they know that and still nothing there customer care is very poor for as much as they charge a week. The owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing this.

This is the dirtiest place I've ever seen in my life. I can't believe anyone would even stay in any of the rooms. The mattresses are cut open where they could stash their dope. This place is nothing but for losers

This is the worst motel ever. Needs to be shut down. Roaches and bedbugs. Blood all over the carpet, and feces on the bathroom floor. They don’t wash the linens, you have to do it yourself. I even found USED NEEDLES near the bed area where you step. The tv barely worked, it was a Zenith. The refrigerator had a bottle of urine in it. There was lots of police presence with a ton of crackheads. Somebody tried to pick my lock. The locks look easy to pick. An overall ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MOTEL.

One of the three that I know of that's the cheapest in town. The others are located on Busch Boulevard. Hated when I checked in and already gave up the cash. Soon as I opened the door the cock roaches greeted me at the door. They're getting bolder to. I only seen the roaches on the floor. Now there in the smoke alarm. On the bed and in the refrigerator. I left my cup of juice down for a few minutes and went to drink it and felt something large and fuzzy going down my throat. I passed out. I swallowed a roach and almost died. The rats are as big as a small baby and there was no bed frame. There is electrical problems. When something breaks they will take forever to fix it. Budget Inn East is Paradise for pimps, prostitutes​, drug dealers, etc

After watching "this is Dan bell season 2 episode 10" of this motel I don't even know how this place is allowed to stay open. No bedding provided except for soggy pillows which were rotting and were infested with black mould. Same goes for the mattress. Seriously don't bother coming here and risking your health. The walls are covered in feces and vomit too

The absolute worst hotel in Tampa. Bed bugs, filthy rooms, rude staff. Crime, homeless people. Please don't stay here if you value your life. You'd be better off sleeping outside.

This place is horrible. They took everyone's money illegally for rent knowing they were being shut down by the fire marshal. I gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option.

HORRIBLE . Really bad roach infestation . Nothing I've seen before this place is disgusting . Trust you're gut do NOT come here . So Manny bugs! RUDE , management . Tow away unknown cars . Just horrible if I could give -100 stars I would !!

Worst place I ever had to deal with deal with. From a rundown crack motel. They up there price in comparison to hilton downtown. But if there was no event happening in Tampa like WrestleMania and you want to get a b from a crackhead you would rent a room there.

Friendly staff, and great prices!! If your looking for a 4 star hotel this isn't the place. But if you're looking for a great price or you're ballin on a budget like myself, this is exactly what you want. They cut out a lot of stuff you'd normally get at your pricier places, so they're able to give you a price you can afford if you're on a budget. If you're looking for room service or a maid keep on looking. But if you can trade all the extras in to get a better price, look no further!!

It is a roof over your head. Room is at least a decent size and the rate isn't too much. However the hot water and cold water is an issue. On a even more positive note, absolutely no bugs!!! Thank goodness. They even allow your pets with a small deposit. Fairly quiet too.

It is what it is. Bring bleach and lysol. Bug spray for the bathroom.

The fire marshal in Tampa shut it down because owner was scamming and committing fraud on tenent he stole from and put them out

The rooms there are huge but the environment is nasty. Everyone there is either an alcoholic or a druggie. The grounds are filthy and the rooms are gross when you check in. It's really cheap and pets are allowed. Staff is rude and you better be on your p's and q's because they are quick to kick people out and not refund money. There is a washer and dryer on site but they absolutely will not give you quarters.
