Loved our stay… We came to town for a week to celebrate our anniversary. The front desk, Pam, was so warm and welcoming. We spent a couple of evenings relaxing at the bar for drinks and food. Brandon was the bartender and he is amazing! He is so friendly and fun, we had a great time talking and laughing. Our room was cozy and we enjoyed having a balcony. This trip it was nice not to be downtown, but we were close enough to the highway to get everywhere. We would definitely come back here for our next trip.

This place is clean, comfortable, cozy and roomy. The food is fresh and affordable. I recommend this hotel to my family and friends, for people looking to relax and unwind enjoy the pool on vacation or business trips. This place is catered to any occasion and the entire staff, housekeeping are respectful and good at what they do.

When we checked in initially we were given a room key and were sent up to an already occupied room!! Very awkward!! Went back down to the front desk and suddenly they could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number! We were handed the phone and told to contact corporate headquarters where we were on hold for over an hour trying to figure out what to do. At this point it was very late at night and we were exhausted from a long travel day. A woman named Samantha at the front desk told us she had one room with one bed but we had reserved two double beds since there were three people staying. She had zero empathy and was completely unwilling to help. After finally speaking to corporate they suggested asking for a rollaway bed so I checked back with the front desk (where I had been standing on hold forever) and was told the room was no longer available?! We ended up moving to a different (further away and more expensive) hotel. The customer service we received was appalling. I am never one to complain or write a bed review, but this experience was exceptionally disappointing. I am still confused about what happened and how we lost our previously reserved room.

Staff was all very nice, breakfast was delicious. Denise was very polite and made sure I was completely satisfied with my room. Todd was also helpful! Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Rachel was phenomenal in the Concierge Lounge. She was very respectful, and treated all of our staff with kindness. We’re here for a long stay so a smiling helpful face after long days of soccer games makes a big difference.

Thank you Kwaz and Denise for helping my hotel stay one less stress for my wedding. The location was perfect as well as the room used for my bridal party (the space was absolutely spacious!). Great location and great accommodation.

My daughter had this hotel for 3 nights where she dressed up for her wedding. The pent house was just perfect for the her bridal preparation, very spacious and functional overall. My daughter is so grateful from the hotel manager who made her wedding day the most serene day. Highly recommended hotel to stay. The hotel manager provided an outstanding customer service.

The staff at this hotel is always over the top. Many of them I feel have been here for several years. This morning Amanda was extremely accommodating to my needs in 5th floor lounge. It nice to have happy friendly people at 7 in the morning

I have stayed a lot of nights in hotels, 191 to be exact just in 2021. Even with all of my experience, I still enjoy when individuals shine. Colleen at the front desk was the best I have encountered. She is extremely helpful, amazingly pleasant, and embodies all you hope for in a team member. Colleen, keep up the great service. Your smile shined, even through the mask. I will be back to this great place because of her. She is a GEM!

Pam at the front desk is one of the kindest individuals I have come across in recent memory. Just had to put that out there. Get that woman a raise! Now, on to the review :) I stayed on the second floor and the end of the hallway with a decent pool view. The room was really nice. Comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, massive TV, beautiful desk with CAT5e hook up, which is great since I do work on the road. The bathroom is roomy and ornate. I booked with Priceline, which can be risky, but it worked out great. FYI, for two nights, I paid $285. I'm pleased, good value.

The staff was the nicest staff I've encountered at a hotel in awhile. Special shout out to the front desk agent Sana! Very nice and professional young lady. She were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the door. She also were able to recommend a few good places to grab food which Gabe the shuttle driver would sometimes take me, he also is always kind and very pleasant. Overall, great experience.

I travel frequently for work, and the personnel has been amazing. My day began when I got a nice breakfast from the club room. Amanda checked on me and made sure the club room was tidy. The remaining employees are then incredibly helpful throughout the day.

Her fabulous recommendation for breakfast since the dining room was closed upon us checking out .The breakfast was amazing!!! We ate at the First watch in Brandon. We will definitely frequent this hotel in the future .

Amanda in the Sheraton Lounge room was a absolute doll!! By far the nicest staff I encountered on this trip! If you get a chance to meet Amanda you’ll have a great time! Great job Sheraton from getting such an amazing staff

The first room they gave me, I walked in and it smelled like smoke. So I went down and got a different room, which turned out to be much better! The rooms are adequate. The beds are very comfortable, and lots of options for television channels! But the best part of the state is the breakfast. the omelette maker, Tiffini is awesome! And she always does a good job making eggs

Stayed in the Sheraton with my family.. I must say the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Employee Sana was very helpful with assisting with our needs during our stay at the front desk. She is a great asset to the company! Will definitely come back! Thank you!

The first couple days here were good, room was moldy smelling and supposedly I was in one of the remodeled rooms. Rachel in 5th floor lounge was great! Sunday Check In lady was amazing! Super nice and informative! But then all went down hill. Waiting for their free shuttle service and they keep telling me 5 more minutes that was 43 minutes ago. I call the number for the shuttle they said that it’s gonna be another hour and a half! Front desk agent Tuesday afternoon! Not helpful at all just sat at the front counter and did nothing! Not worth it in my opinion! A few good apples but more bad then anything. Pablo was also an amazing help when I saw him. Great conversations and helpful with getting around.

We appreciate Sana and we really appreciate her working at the front desk. It takes a lot for someone to be so kind and pleasant and inviting working at the front desk hotel thank you so much for making My Fiance💍 and I night a pleasant one..

Thank you to Amanda. We had a pleasant experience in the lounge. Breakfast food was very good and area was kept clean. I was a little sleepy and appreciated help with the coffee maker😊

Every single staff member, with exception of breakfast staff, were amazing. From checking in, Pam and Sana were amazing (please give them props) and always very helpful to drinks at the cafe there where the bartender was also very friendly. The whole breakfast experience could be improved upon, the food and the staff working the buffet were not as 10/10 as the rest of the hotel. The food at the buffet really wasn't worth $13 at all.

I travel a lot. In my opinion, every great trip begins with a great check-in experience. Denise was a very pleasant and helpful start to my trip. She was very professional and efficient with her check-in process, chatted a bit about what I could find on the property and in the area and she has such a calming spirit which was a nice bonus. Many of us expect to have a bit of a hard time at check-in but this was not the case and I give all of the credit to Denise and her delightful personality.

This was my first time at the this Sheraton and it was really neat that they had a lounge for folks that stay at Marriott hotels often (gold on their rewards program). Rachel ran the lounge and was super helpful. She told me about the best places to eat and things to do nearby. It really added something to my stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick business trip and the service was fantastic. As soon I checked in, I was welcomed with friendly faces willing to assist. The host, Sana, provided recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Rachel and Amanda provided great service at the Sheraton Lounge during my stay. The shuttle service was provided upon immediate request. I never waited more than 5 minutes for service whether being picked up or dropped off. Pablo and the other drivers were great. The rooms can take some updating but the lounge area is peaceful. Overall a great stay!

This was my second time staying at Sheraton Brandon. The staff, food, amenities, and facility were amazing. We are Marriott Rewards guest and was offered special invitations to happy hour. Free food and drinks. Cozy and relaxing area. Most of all; it was a great experience interacting with Rachel who was hosting that particular night. Her kindness was so welcoming, I forgot that I was at hotel. Thought I was home for a minute. We will go back to visit her.

It was ok, but not entirely great. I did get a fantastic rate for my room and length of stay, even considering that the hotel itself is very close to many popular destinations within the area. However, housekeeping never once came in the room to clean nor change the towels, sheets, it take out the garbage. The sink in the bathroom had a small leak from what looked like was coming from the bathroom next to us. Water was coming into our room, smelt horribly. We cleaned it up and thankfully it stopped so I assume it was fixed in the problematic room. Carpet outside the room was soaking wet, from what, I don’t know. Entire hotel stunk of weed and was kind of dirty. We weren’t there so much, just to sleep really. Now I know and see why I got a good deal on the length of stay, however, it still was too much considering the experience, and was a total waste of money now I think on it. If anyone is coming up for vacation or even a getaway, please spend a bit more on a decent hotel that’s actually clean and functional. Would definitely not recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay.

This was a nice location for my husband and I during a busch gardens trip we both randomly did. We weren't at the hotel often but on a weekend night we did use the bar downstairs and met other hotel guests who were really nice and just enjoying their respective trips. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The balcony could have used some love and had a large wasp nest. Otherwise everything was great.

The Sheraton Brandon-Tampa is an "Okay" hotel. Its not the fanciest or have the best amenities. For a cheaper price than the competitors, you can expect a clean room, a soft bed and a decent breakfast. Due to staffing shortages however, they no longer provide room service and no longer provide dinner. The suite we stayed, only one half of the suite was cooled, the AC did not reach the side where the bed was installed. Overall, our stay was good. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep for a day or two while you're in Tampa, you can't go wrong with the Sheraton. However, if you're looking for a hotel that provides a higher tier guest experience, I would look elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful, stayed for a month due to losing my home in hurricane IAN. Sana, Evelyn, Younes, and Wallace and many others I have not memorized the names have all been the best to me and continue to be!!! The rooms, breakfast, gym, lunch, everything is amazing!!! Service is truly exceptional! These people deserve all the good that can come to them! People at breakfast are angels as well. Nothing but great vibes and compassionate hearts! They really treat you like family here!

We have stayed here a few times and never had bad service but two years later not a good place to stay ever again. We paid $184 not including all the taxes got to a room. The sink stopped was stuck closed we politely went downstairs and let them know we were leaving and they could fix it. A girl named Sam said she would co-op stairs and have someone do it for us. Got back to the hotel after having about 6 hours gone and went back up and it wasn't even taken care of. Went down to the front desk. The gentleman moved us to a fresh room. Okay, went to take a shower. Just so you know, you should bring your own soap because the soaps they give you are as tiny as your thumb for $184. You think they'd have better soap in there? They have shampoo was tiny also.

We stayed here because it was close to the Fairgrounds where we were seeing a concert. They offered a shuttle to and from the hotel to the fairgrounds and the casino. Shuttle service was on time and friendly. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Matt (manager) and Sana (at the front desk) were both friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned with some of the reviews but Matt assured us they have over come many obstacles post covid and he was true to his word.

That was my second time, We had stayed a few days. And we really appreciate that the staffs were able to helpful and friendly services. The lobby was very clean, the rooms were clean too. It is excellent service what they are very pay attention. We recommend you!

Denise at the front desk is awesome! She was super helpful when we needed help with transportation and check out. Great hospitality. The shuttle service to MidFlorida Amphitheater is excellent (that's the reason we were here) and it's a short drive to the venue. The hotels building itself is clean but quite a bit dated and in need of a serious refresh. Pool could also be cleaned. Otherwise solid stay for one night.

Convenient location, pool on-site, comfortable sheets/bed. On the downside it is obvious that they have staffing issues. Facility was dirty, built up dust in public space, public space furniture worn and stained. Shrubs growing out of tennis court, fallen leaves around property obvious no groundskeeper. Breakfast was horrendous, black plastic plated and utensils. This was a huge waste of $13. Bar closes by 10 on Saturday. Shuttle not available either. Overall it wasn’t the worst stay but the above mentioned issues prevented us from having an even better time.

Wonderful staff. We stayed here for 6 nights and the staff here are wonderful. Our housekeeper Demetrius was very supportive in anticipating our needs. Brandon the bartender at our various dinners and at the hotel bar was just the best. He handled a crowd of customers with ease and calm. Younis was equally supportive and helpful in such a rush of people. It is staff like this that make a stay here enjoyable

I frequent this hotel often when I travel to the Tampa area for work and this is by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This place feels like home and all of the hotel staff make me feel welcome each time I visit! Denise, Ashley and Kwaz were extraordinary and super helpful on my most recent visit and even helped me book my future travel according to my company policy for my next visit!! Truly exceptional service from these three people!!! Amazing customer relations, awesome amenities, and great location!!!! You will not be disappointed when staying here!

Hotel was good, but what made it great was the service received by all the Sheraton staff. Kuaz at the front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, courteous, and knowledgeable providing hotel details and referrals to nearby sights/dining. Breakfast at the hotel was freshly made and again staff were welcoming. Bar made excellent margaritas and our server was friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again!
