I do not recommend this hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights, for a work trip, and I did not book my accommodations. Safety: coming from locals, this is the worst part of Tampa. As a woman who was traveling solo, I do not recommend this area. Do a quick google search if you want more details - the crime rate is high here. The front desk attendant told me they "hadn't had any issues at the hotel, but not to walk around at night". She told me they had security on site, who could walk me to my car at 3:00am (for an early flight), but I never saw them. There was also no one at the front desk either. Thankfully, I had a parking spot near the front. The parking lot is well lit. The hotel is very close to the freeway and there are a lot of homeless folks in the area. It's also pretty industrial. I definitely wouldn't want to bring kids here. Cleanliness: my room was not clean. There was stuff stuck to the side of the shower (conditioner or soap?), the handles of the faucet were not cleaned, the room was dusty, there was hair on the floor (multiple places). I think the sheets were clean? I slept on top of a towel and got a new pillowcase, just in case. The AC unit did not work well, it did not get as cold as I would've liked. I did turn the fan on high to drown out the hallway (and mini fridge) noise. Thankfully, I had sanitizing wipes, so I wiped everything down on my own. Noise: the hallway was very noisy - people coming in and out, the walls were thin, and it was not peaceful. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but I could smell people smoking weed, from inside my room. I don't know where it was coming from. Breakfast: based on the other reviews, I did not even attempt this. Employees: they were nice, nothing over the top/outstanding customer service, but they were helpful enough. Hotel lobby: I don't know what they use to mop the entry way floors (grateful they're clean) but it was such a strong chemical smell, it made me nauseous. They mopped at least once a day and the smell lingered. I was grateful to not be on the first floor, in a room near there.

This place is located in an area you would not want to be walking in after dark, seems like a good place if you are on the road as a contractor as the rooms are clean, and the price point is fairly low, we stayed here as a place to sleep after a concert in Ybor so we didn't need much from it. The rooms have had some recent updates, but the room we had was not finished. There were patches around the window where it was the old paint showing after new window shades were installed, the ac was rattling so loud we barely slept, but the bed was comfortable and even though the hallway smelled strange the room didn't have any off odors. I would not choose to stay at this location again. But you can tell that there has been some care put into the property. Mostly, the location is the problem for me.

There is no number to grade this hotel! All zero's++. This was the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in. The service was horrible. I don't know why India or Arabs think they can talk to people any kind of way. When we first entered our room about 12:30 am, it appeared to be clean, bed was made up nicely. But when I inspected the bed, rolled back sheet to inspect, I was horrified! The mattress cover had what looked liked pee stains, it was brown colored, all around the cover, too, sides, middle, some stains looked like dried blood, human hair was also there; the other bed had trash particles on mattress cover, human hairs, dried up stains of what looked like blood. Called manager to come up to look. He was mad that I had taken the bedding off to inspect. He said he was the only one on premises, no housekeeping was there. I asked him for clean bedding and I would make it up myself due to being so late and very tired. He said he had none, had no other rooms available and that we could either stay or check out and would refund us 20% of our money (we paid $352). Mind you we were there only about 2 hrs. I told him I wanted full refund, and after going back and forth about it he agreed to full refund, only to find out he charged us for one night. I am begging you PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!!! Inspect your bedding before you sleep immediately after you turn the key. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!😫😫😫

We normally love staying at Quality hotels, but we probably will never choose this particular one again. We chose this hotel specifically because it had a shuttle service that would take us between the hotel and the casino. It is posted on the site, in the elevator, and even on the shuttle bus that the casino is one of the destination stops. We were not told until we checked in that their shuttle would only be taking people to two of the listed places, NOT the casino. We also had a very hard time sleeping because 1) the AC was not working correctly..we had it set on 68 because the room was warm but it hardly ever kicked on, and even setting the fan on constant did not cool the room down...2) there were doors slamming constantly throughout the night and a slight knocking noise coming from somewhere. Not sure if the slamming doors were from guests or housekeeping cleaning rooms throughout the night, but it was consistent and annoying. Also, if you like a brightly lit room, forget it.... because you get two small lamps that barely put out any light,, and there isn't an outtake fan in the bathroom so don't keep anything of value in there. It will be soaked with condensation after the first hot shower is run.. There were also two people running the counter, one that seemed genuinely happy to be there, the other seemed to be in a severely sour mood. Apparently, we also needed a parking pass in order for our car not to get towed and neither one of them said a word about it. The only reason we knew to ask about it was because we overheard another customer asking about it. Also, if you're used to having a continental breakfast, just about any hotel you go to does not offer one anymore, which is understandable since we are in the Covid environment. However, this particular hotel wanted to just give us a refrigerated/frozen sandwich to heat up, and only offered their breakfast between 5am and 8am...not sure who is eating breakfast at that time... The Quality hotel on the other side of where the casino is located is much more convenient. Their shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go within a certain mileage, and they may not offer eggs and the like, but they DO had a continental breakfast within more reasonable hours and a better selection of breakfast foods....and their service was 100%. (That location is Qualit Inn & Suites Tampa-Brandon) - highly recommend over this location.

This hotel was a bit misleading from the pictures. Just because its “ Member’s Choice” hotel, don't fall for this location. The room was outdated, there was a rip in the curtains, visible stains on the white bed sheets and pillow cases, and the lamp shades were bent up and stained as well. Although free, the breakfast was not good at all. All this and the deposit fee was $100 which made no sense. The best looking area was the pool. Overall zero stars (if possible) and I definitely do not recommend staying here.

You get a coupon for bagged breakfast. It lasts until 8am. I went down before 8 but they ran out of breakfast bags. Don't book this hotel for the "free breakfast". Ask for a room away from the ice machine. Workers leaving early use it and it was very noisy outside our door. The entire upstairs smelled like pot in the evening because so many people smoke in their non-smoking rooms. Windows are fixed and there is no bathroom fan so you can't get fresh air and the rooms have a stale smell. The "heated" pool was ice cold. My 4 yeat old was excited to use it but couldn't even go in.

Very very clean hotel, extremely polite staff. The manager is on his game. Don’t try to get a cheaper room through any of these other places. Just call these people and they’ll give you a great price in a fantastic stay. We’ve been here every week for the past three weeks. My boss is happy that his crew is happy.. He’s happy about the price, and we are happy with the level of comfort here. In the future we will drive extra miles just to get to the job just so we can stay at this hotel again. Look forward to seeing you on our next trip.

The hotel is in an inconvenient location. It is an area with a lot of poverty and homeless people. We cannot recommend it as a family hotel. Here are some facts. The staff at the reception was friendly. There is a store. It has an ice machine. You can wash clothes however it is expensive. The safe does not work in any of the rooms. Breakfast is very minimalistic. The coffee in the lobby is not good. It smelled like marijuana all night. Our children were scared during the night so we left. In the west of the USA we had only good experiences with Quality Inn but in Florida we would not book it again. For us the stay was not good because we did not feel safe.

They are asking for $200 deposit now. Ghetto area ghetto staff. I paid over $200 and most guest appear to live here and have loud children. The black girl working over night was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about getting my deposit back. She told I would have to wait until the manager arrived. I clearly told her when I gave the deposit I would be checking out early. The breakfast was filled with people still in their pajamas swarming the food, I just walked out. I will never return! Unsafe, loud, and not clean.

Sketchy location, we felt very nervous leaving our vehicle while on a cruise. We had homeless people high on drugs come up to our car knocking on our windows, then they proceeded to set stuff on fire right in front of us on the side walk. This was just around the corner from the hotel. The beds were hard as a rock. Seriously, hardest beds my husband and I have ever slept on by far. Our entire bodies were hurting when we woke up….we are only in our 30’s. Lastly, I am not counting points off for this, but if you have a sensitive nose, do not go to this hotel. The lobby had the strongest smelling soap smell (I think it was infused in the lobby fountain). My husband said it was like he was shoving soap in his nose constantly. I usually love nice scents and candles, but this smell was unbearable for me. After all that, the room did seem clean though.

I thought we would save by staying here the night before our cruise. It included parking, shuttle to and from the port and breakfast. The morning of the cruise there was no hot water. The maintenance man couldn't fix it. It was the same maintnance man that drove us to the port. The breakfast is continental only. No protein or anything healty of any sort. The morning of our return we called the shuttle. Waited 20 minutes and called an Uber. The Uber could handle our luggage so cancelled as the shuttle finally came. We get on the shuttle and are half way to the hotel only to turn around because the driver answered his phone. Had to go back and pick up two others. The two others were not at the pick up spot. We waited another 15 minutes for those two and as we started to pull away they said, oh wait, there are two more in our party. So we waited another 15 for them. I will park at the port from now on. The location of the hotel is convenient but not an area you would want to wander around and the rooms are tired. The staff just didn't seem to care.

The hotel seems to have recently updated, although no rooms have a microwave so had to use the only one downstairs in the lobby. That was our only complaint. Service was impeccable. Staff was extremely nice!

STAY AWAKE & BEWARE. Worst hotel, for multiple reasons, I've ever stayed at in my life. I was paying them in cash and that was ALL they cared about. Plus the monies I spent in snacks/beer they "sold" there. Apparently, they are only after this. After your cash. There is a woman at the front desk, especially evil, who charged me $400 plus dollars from me, probably on commission or has some kind of incentives; charged me $400 plus , for a 79$ for only two nights after being there a week!!!!! Manager unaware, but (she) took the side of overcharged employees She (minion from front desk)didn't tell me the rate but made one up when I confronted her. Then they call on house phone and knock on your door repeatedly for "money". Then they wanted ME to leave an empty hotel, simply BECAUSE I CAUGHT THEM OVERCHARGING. Don't they realize the guests pay their salaries, indirectly?? Then the little troll lied to her manager. She kept saying I would make excuses -another lie, lie, lie. All I did there was pay them, and gotten threatened by homeless who are there. $!!!!!.When I came downstairs after repeated harassment, and told the desk manager lied again and I could see her (the little black woman with glasses) LISTENING in the hallway aside of front desk to see what I would hear our conversation; probably she knew she was being crooked. And I can't get over the 6am!!! Call to my room about nothing!!! What hotel calls a paying guest at 6am?!!! Yes, one of their other night shift manager called me at 6 am!!! About $16!!!! Little do they knew about me, but guest an executive with AT&T & will be reactive to this. Staff didn't record cash payment and so believe a payment was "pocketed". Horrible! There are cashed apparently"supposed breakfast" is locked w/staff. Horrible breakfast only consists of "make waffles" but you have to eat in crowded area that's " roped off". ???? Toilet overflow multiple times, phone didn't work, cable kept going down. Homeless people at pool and surroundings. Ghetto area thinking they're the Four Seasons. Overcharged me, harassed me, poor conditions, homeless criminal threats outside. GO ELSEWHERE.

My daughter (31) and I stayed here for two nights in March. We were worried because some of the reviews made it sound horrible and we were two women traveling alone. It was not at all and I am a very picky person! It is right by an on ramp, so it makes it convenient to go anywhere downtown. The room was newer and clean. We had plenty of hot water, breakfast was fine, the pool was nice and clean and we never felt unsafe, even after arriving back to the hotel close to midnight one night. It is in an area with gas stations and such and right by the on ramp so some might deem it a "sketchy" area but it's bordered by a fence and we never saw anyone lurking around. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We saw large groups of what seemed to be people leaving on cruises. I would definitely stay there again.

Originally had a reservation at the la Quinta up the street but they canceled my reservation when I was half way to Tampa. So I was in a pinch and needed to find something asap, called and Neel was very helpful and got me a room at an even better rate than I was originally paying at la Quinta. The Hotel seems to be newly renovated, was clean and modern. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were comfy and soft. We come to Tampa often for football tournaments and will definitely recommend this hotel for our teams. The only thing negative I would say was the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. Thank you Neel for making a stressful trip less stressful. 2/10/2023

Decent hotel for a good price. Manager was super friendly. Parking was questionable...location not good. My room was painted by a blind person after notable repair, maybe water damage? Bed was comfortable and clean. Glad my car was still there when I woke up. Yay!!

Front desk staff were amazing!! Highly recommend. They were very accommodating considering we needed a place last minute. We needed a big room as there were five of us. They stored our luggage, and let us have full use of the grounds while we were waiting for our room to be ready. The hallways could use a better clean but honestly that doesn't bother me. Breakfast was great. I mean who doesn't love a waffle maker!! Bonus was the shuttle from the cruise port. Plus an Uber to the airport was less then $30.

We didn't really have the best experience. Lobby was clean and check in went quickly. The staff was super friendly and explained everything. We were in room 256. It was the second building, upstairs. By the elevator, but you couldn't hear it. Standard affair with laminate floors. Floors look like they were swept into little piles and then just scattered. There were small pieces of vomit on the wall next to the bed, kind of sprayed from bed edge. About mid shower my son hollered from the shower, he hadn't paid attention the entire shower and then he did. There were two rather large clumps of hair on the top corner. At this time, it was eleven PM and we had been driving six hours. I pulled the curtain and decided to skip the shower. Thankfully I was really tired, the sheets were clean and TV had many many channels. Given no one else wanted to, I curled up next to the vomit so I could get up in five hours to leave. Disgusted, we skipped the grab and go breakfast. No way I was eating there. If they only would've cleaned the room, it wouldn't have been so bad.

Enough people have talked about the location, so I don’t have to dwell on it Rooms are clean and well furnished! There seems to be almost insulation between the room walls and so you could hear people talking in the next room, a very big nuisance at night. The noise on the room corridors is also very high and we couldn’t sleep! The breakfast was a just pathetic- not even bread and eggs!! Just waffles !! Might as well say no breakfast!!

We were part of a group of 5 traveling for a cruise out of the Port of Tampa. Highly recommend this hotel. Great customer service, especially from Hannah!! We were early, and Hannah hooked us up. She chatted with us until we could do an early check in, and she treated us like family. We would definitely stay here again. The next morning when we came down to check out, we just missed breakfast. All I was looking for was cold water. The lady in the breakfast area told me “sorry we are closed”, but Hannah took care of me.

Room and bathroom were clean with comfortable beds. The walls were paper thin and unfortunately the patrons on one side were very loud all the time. Heard way more than I needed. Breakfast was very average. Staff was courteous.

After a terrible terrible day of traveling everything going wrong it was great to walk in and see two very friendly and helpful faces. Hannah and Nick turned our terrible trip into a better evening. Both showing care and concern for our situation and very helpful from traveling arrangements to where to order dinner from…. Thank you for the help!!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights with small children. Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel grounds are beautiful and it has an awesome patio. My only complaints are: two clerks were rude and there is no microwave in the room.

Beware outrageous $200. Deposit and non disclosed hotel services fee. Older property updated okay. Interior entry to rooms with elevator. Nice pool area. Area sketchy...wouldn't leave valuables in car.

The shower had an old dirty wash cloth and some hairs left behind from previous guest. The area wasn't as bad as some of the reviews I read. I guess it all depends on your bougee level. The pool area was nice. There were several outside seating areas. Waffles for breakfast which is a rarity these days.

Proceed with caution: I couldn't quite put my finger on it but there was something odd about the staff (some)). Condescending, rude, and disgustingly unprofessional. My husband and I are not originally from here, but I decided to stay there due to medical treatments I was having and it was a easier commute to and from procedures. So, for some odd reason my room card would seem to maybe "time out" and I would have to frustratedlly go to the desk to request another one, patiently but confused. Their reactions were strang and even a bit abusive. I tried to assure the staff that there was no conspiracy and I too am at an awe. Besides, who would want to take that walk of shame every time???? The housekeeping staff (some) were oddly rude and would actually say off the wall rude comments out of nowhere just as the younger girl and boy that works at the desk looked to be related while the older black lady with braids Teki orTeaky is her name looked on with a smirk that should have been setting a better example for her younger colleagues. But something tells me the younger ones are related to the boss, so ...I'm not sure if it was the amount of pigmentation in my skin that bothered them or if they ASSumed I was on another type of excursion but all I do know It was VERY hard to keep my composure without Divine intervention (supplicating prayer). It truly felt like the "Twilight Zone" to the point of where it drew you to think that perhaps there's something going on. I thought to myself "I'm I safe here I hope I don't find remains or something" I kid you not it was that eerie. Or they just are the most miserable people I've ever come across. I just want to say to the staff- "The way you treat a person says nothing about them, but it say EVERYTHING about YOU "- my late mother instilled that in me as a very young child, feel free to pay it forward

The smells. Omg the smells. We got off the elevator and instantly the smell of cigarette smoke hit me in the face. We get to the room and it smelled like someone just stood in the middle of the room and continuously sprayed aerosol air freshener. The bathroom smelled like old urine that they tried to cover up with bleach and some type of smell good cleaner. My sinuses were on fire. It smelled like they were trying to cover up mold because underneath all the air freshener was this pungent odor. Then there was the stains. The bed skirt had these white stains on it. It looked like spit or…well you know. The chair was disgusting and had stains all over it. Then there’s the bed. I can sleep anywhere and everywhere, the kitchen table, the toilet, the bathtub, in the middle of a conversation but that bed I could not sleep in and neither could my husband. I was up all hours of the night. If it wasn’t the bed it was the odors, if it wasn’t the odors it was the other people that were screaming and yelling throughout the night. The water pressure was good though. I can’t really even be mad about all of this because I know they don’t pay their cleaning staff enough money. Why give it your all when you’re not even being paid a living wage? I highly believe that if they paid their cleaners significantly more that place would look so much better.

This experience was terrible. Spent maybe a week here. I’ll start with the staff. The staff looks down in everyone who comes in. They always look you up and down upon arrival then later laugh and talks amongst other staff. The staff has always charged a $4 fee if you book through a 3rd party however I noticed that they pick and choose who to waive their $100 fee for incidentals from. If you ask for anything they roll their eyes and act as tho you are bothering them. The rooms are decent although I have killed 2 roaches. Bed sheets were clean. However I called mantience for the drain going goes down slow and he blamed me for why the water went slow. Gossiped to the higher managers about how I clogged drains. The manager Sam called me after I already booked and paid as Ive done for 10 days straight. He said I had to come pay $100 RIGHT AWAY since I’m clogging drains. Mind you I've never had to pay $100 plus do to the fact that I kept my rooms cleaned. They are bullies here!! They would flirt with the males at check in meanwhile their is a line of people waiting to check in. I witnessed a employee take the security to the back and do things with him while I’m waiting to get my snacked ran up so unprofessional!!!Housekeeping would not clean my room but told me I had to clean my own room. They did not speak english but showed me a translator on her phone. I took 5 mins to use the spray and broom and she knocked and showed me her translator and said she deserves a apology for holding her up. Foreigners are extremely entitled here I’m noticing my 3 weeks being in Florida as to why we will be moving back to Ohio. Lastly it was a-lot of violent things outside my door going on. People were chased by knives, homeless knocking on my door asking for the WIFI PASSWORD, homeless sleeping on steps, police forcing people to leave, I watched a girl get thrown out of her room because when she left to walk to the store they went in her room and said it was dirty and kicked her out even tho she paid felt bad because she had alot of stuff and they just threw her out!!domestic violence, people screaming, weed smoking in rooms, burnt smells like frying chicken on hot plates. This place was GHETTO BUT they were worried about my drain that I COMPLAINED ABOUT!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Are stay was okay , Alana I believe was her name . She was very helpful and a pleasure to book with .The area is well not so great a lot of poverty . But at no time did I feel unsafe .We went to ride out hurricane Idalia . The room was nice just not very clean , which is why I'm giving a three star rating .Breakfest was not enjoyable it was to busy an your not aloud to take it back to the room, which was kinda a bummer .I was there with my mom and she has hard time walking as well a my 8 month pregnant niece with twins. Would have been nice if I could brought them something back for breakfast .

Me and my fiance got a room for the weekend. We ended up checking in late Friday night with some confusion about her card not going through but was cleared up later on seeing as how we paid in advance for the hotel. The room was comfortable, the King version anyways. Breakfast wasn't very exciting. Not so much the quality, cause that was as expected with any free hotel breakfast, but more so their "dine-in only" "rule" that they have. My fiance gets random migraines sometimes so this was EXTREMELY frustrating as I was forced to sneak a bagel back for her immediate comfort. But not just that, I went to breakfast at nine, it ends at ten, and there were no more muffins left and when I inquired about more the lady informed me she had no more which seems impossible to me but what do I know. There was no exhaust vent in the bathroom and not enough towels were in the room either... The bed was phenomenal and the lady at the front desk with the nose piercing like a bull was very helpful and awesome. She needs a raise.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! First of all I will say that the hotel accommodations were subpar. The room could have had a microwave. The complimentary breakfast could have had a protein such as sausage or bacon. Very limited breakfast. Location is scary because there are a lot of vagrants and homeless people in the area,

Notice all the “good” reviews are anonymous or posted by the owners family. You can tell by the names and pictures. Absolutely not. Terrible. When we went into this hotel room we were taken aback. We arrived at 2:30am. Coming 16 hrs from Illinois. First of all, from the moment you walk into the room until you touch the window the room was FILTHY! Like, there’s no way that room was cleaned. When we went to the front desk, we were met with an attitude from the front desk clerk. He at first didn’t want to clean the room or provide a discount for the issue. He then only offered a refund for 1 of the 2 nights we reserved. After going back and forth with him to get the room cleaned, because he said they were over booked and no one was there to clean it, he then asked us to leave. Which I didn’t mind. I sat outside for 5 minutes looking for a new hotel and as we were pulling out, the police were coming. So he clearly called the police because THEY have a filthy hotel. TRUST THE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY! It’s not worth $19/night. Let alone the $190 per night that we paid. P.S. There’s even graffiti in the elevators.

I am a local and whenever me and my family look for a hotel to vacate too it will always be Quality Inn, especially this location in particular. It's conveniently around everything that we need and if you have any car trouble there are bus routes just walking distance. I would like to give recognition to an excellent employee at the Quality Inn. His name is Michael and he goes above and beyond to make sure that all customers are satisfied. He is the most down to earth, helpful, and most importantly positively patience young guy. I was using the computer to print out some of my school work when I overheard a customer berating him due to the fact that there was an issue with their room so they comped them but they had to change location (still Choice Hotels) in order to receive the room that they requested. And I guess he didn't like that but I think he also was on drugs too and the way that Michael handed him respectfully and wished him a wonderful rest of his weekend. I was in awe. In conclusion, I do recommend this hotel it's around all of the main attractions and not too far from downtown channelside.

My stay at the hotel was due to hurricane Ian. My only concern about the location was it had to be North of my home and to be further away from any large bodies of water. Nothing special about the location -just kinda tucked away in slightly commercial area. The suites are large, beds are comfortable. The kitchenette has an apartment size refrigerator, dishwasher, lots of cutlery, plates, toaster, coffee maker-even had liquid dish soap and soap for dishwasher. Nice sitting area. Nice size shower, full size bottle of shampoo and body wash.. Some areas of the shower stall could have been cleaner. Nice size lobby, computer is available and printing is free. Breakfast is pretty typical - but plenty of food & drinks. Apples & bananas, coffee & tea are left out all day for the taking. I didn't really request any services during my stay. But the staff I encountered were friendly & welcoming. This hotel would be great to stay at if traveling with kids -easy to prepare meals in the kitchen. I would stay again in a more touristy location, with more of a scenery.

Room was great, tv had a lot of channels. Bed was comfortable, stocked with a lot of towels and bathroom was clean. Gym was fully equipped and the pool was nice. The little store in the lobby with the snacks has reasonable prices. Breakfast was by far the best thing about the stay. You’d expect very little and basic breakfast from a lot of hotels but quality inn surpassed it completely! Loved every part of breakfast and the staff was nice and helpful

I usually don’t take the time to make reviews but I had to do it today. We’ve been here for only 1 hour and our experience has been amazing. Everyone has been so kind and nice. We’re staying here for Taylor’s concert and the staff was able to accommodate early check in for us and others guest as well very fast. One of the employees even started playing Taylor’s songs. I already recommended my friends and family about the hotel. We’re very thankful and satisfied with their service and will only stay here when we come back to Tampa. Thank you so much, you guys are the best!

Neel at the front desk went out of his way to make my stay great. All area hotels were booked but he allowed me to swap with the daytime worker in my company. The room was cleaned early and late. Good A/C and bed. The only reason the room got 4 stars is because it took 8 minutes for the shower to have hot water.

I l here have always been super nice and friendly, and they always make sure you have everything you need & are happy! A particular thanks to Dave & the other front office staff that has been here this week! The hotel offers breakfast every morning, coffee all day in the lobby, has a gym, has a business area & has a very comfortable lit up large outdoor patio/pool area with a nice pool! This hotel also has a great location, as it's close to the interstates & major streets, so you can pretty much get to wherever it is easily! The only downside, at least in our room, is there is no microwave, but there are 3 in the lobby/dining area. Thanks again, Quality Inn & Suites Fairground location! ❤😜🥳

Just checked out. Best thing from this location is the staff. They were very helpful , accommodating, and efficient. It is true that the location is not in the best neighborhood of tampa but I overall felt safe. There isn't anything around to walk to (nor was it recommended) so my husband and I did have to uber everywhere but downtown was close and had a lot to do and places to eat. The drive there averaged between $9-$12 and there was a free trolley in the area to take us further out. There were some imperfections in the room/furniture like a chipped faucet, cracked bed frame, and stained curtains but I didn't mind it since the rest of the room (bed, tub, and toilet) was clean. I do have to note that the walls were thin and you can hear any commotion in the hallway. In the end, you get what you paid for and I would stay here again.

We have stay at Quality Inn and Suites regularly. This was the worst experience. The shower never warmed up, left it on to try and warm it up my had the same experience with the shower. The breakfast had waffle and oatmeal and no other choice to eat for breakfast. The room was not very clean. Had a smell in the hall. Overall a terrible experience. We will never stay here again.

Nice hotel! Very clean. Staff very friendly. I visit the hotel frequently and every time I come there is no issues and I am a picky person. Beds are comfortable. Air-conditioned cold. Room is very spacious doesn’t feel cramped at all. Good breakfast. Everyone at the front Dess is super friendly and makes check in a breeze but Jasmine and Teki are my favorite. The location is really convenient it’s right off the interstate. This is America so seeing homeless people doesn’t really bother me but if you are worried (reading other reviews) there is 24 hour security that walks the grounds at night I have never had any safety issues. My only complaint is language barrier with some of the staff.

First time in the area and we wanted to be close to the fairground for the RV show. We arrived around 645 pm. Homeless people around the parking...the area is not safe to walk around.. Went to room 221.. I always check the bed and bathroom. The bed was dirty. Pillow case had makeup and the comforter too. I went downstairs and I mentioned to the front desk person who said he had no idea who did our room but he can provide me with clean sheets and comforter. The hotel was full, were told no available rooms for us to be switched. So we carried the comforter and sheets and made the bed...the shower level didn't work so the water was running filling the tub but not much coming out from the shower head. We had some type of insects on the wall and the paint was peeling off. The chair was extremely dirty..see all the pics . No idea who's the manager here but they need to step up the cleaning and the service. .we went down to breakfast at 9 am and there were no yougurt or bananas left. We will never stay here again .
