Yep, it's a Starbucks. Nice friendly staff, excellent service and expensive coffee and food. Brand new, nice and clean and easy to take a scooter to. Some outside seating is a available and they have a water bowl for dogs (I hope it's for dogs). I tried the new Nitro Cold brew and it was good.

Quick and great for professionals working in this area. Not a ton of inside seating for people collaborating, but if it's not hot (morning) there is quite a bit of outside seating on the Meridian side. Parking behind the building is free for 30 min. Staff seem to think you could likely park free for an hr without having an issue otherwise parking is $15/day. I got tea today. No frills. Just right.

Initially I had left a bad review for this Starbucks location but after coming in and speaking with the manager I have to say this location has really turned it around. Leadership has done a great job with making sure to teach her staff how to take care of her customers with great and timely service. Great coffee, great people. This Starbucks is the best!

Over the years, I always walked to this Starbucks with my dog to get a treat and a Puppucino, but today was my first visit since saying goodbye to my love of 18 years. I didn’t realize it would overwhelm me so much, and I started to cry when ordering. The staff working today (7/16, 4:45PM) were absolutely so kind and caring. The manager’s gesture of comping my drink and coming to give me a hug was especially touching during such an emotional time, and I cannot thank these ladies and this store enough for understanding how I’m feeling and showing such care and concern. These acts of kindness are what makes our world a better place. Thank you so so much. <3

Ordered my usual Latte and decided to try the bacon, sausage and egg wrap. They don't serve these at the Starbucks in my home town so I was excited to try something new. My beverage was perfect. The wrap wasn't what I expected. The display showed a the wrap like it was steamed. When I got it it was toasted. This makes the wrap crispy. The inside was entirely too hot. It was so hot the cheese inside was almost non existent. I ate about half after waiting for it to cool down. It was ok but totally not what I expected. The customer service was awesome as usual and honestly they were really fast considering how busy they were.

Great place to have a quick coffee and have great wifi access. Lots of crew members since it’s close to the port and a pet friendly as you can see in the pick! I loved the peppermint mocha!

Long way away from the business moto your drink should be perfect every time or let us know and we'll make it right, they won't even let you order a standard pour over decaf at this location, apparently they don't have decaf coffee, they looked at me like I was an 👽, ordering decaf, then forced me to order a Americano decaf and suggested I added steamed milk to my order, I didn't know what was going on, I used to work at a Starbucks in Charlotte NC and never thought I would have to attempt to order something that is so basic that they didn't comprehend what I was ordering. We don't have decaf coffee is what they said, I looked at them befuddled, then they offered me Americano decaf at a higher price, like, you don't have what I ordered and are charging me more for a modification of my order?! Starbucks customer service in this location is backwards.

This location is a very well lubricated machine, been here multiple times and the staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. They ask what you are ordering while waiting in line, so that by the time you are to the register your stuff is ready.

Took 45+ min after ordering to get two drinks. Even for a Starbucks that’s pretty lame. Disorganized and understaffed. You could make it to another Starbucks, drink the coffee, and be on your way in half the time. Avoid this location if possible, there’s something terribly dysfunctional about it.

Waited in line for 5 minutes, then another guy walked in and completely cut me off, and theYcontinued to take the persons order without acknowledging me at all. Felt like a slap in the face. I won’t be having Starbucks again. Dunkin is more personal and friendly. That’s why Americans run on DUNKIN

Easily the friendliest Starbucks. You can tell they appreciate their frequent customers and still feel welcome if it is your first visit.

I visited today for the first time with a friend. The employees were welcoming, friendly and professional. I wish they had that energy at my local Starbucks! Also, they were so kind to replace my croissant after it fell on the floor. It was on me as I was in a rush to get around the crowd back to my table, but them doing that for me truly showed they care about their customers. ❤️

Arguably the best Starbucks in the company, primarily because the staff is first class. They are kind to every customer from beginning (the greeting) to the end (when customers leave). They are very clear in reading back an order to double verify its correct. And, of course, this ensures orders are made accurately. The atmosphere is very cool, chill and relaxing; it's very accommodating and comfortable. I've never encountered a less than enjoyable experience at this location.

Good Starbucks and good service. Always happy to go there with Jetlag from the close by hotel.

This is one of the best Starbucks downtown. The staff is extremely friendly and the drinks/food are always made just right.

I thought this location was getting better with the new manager, but I guess not. Today I ordered a venti latte and banana bread. They made my drink a grande, no biggie, fixed it right away. But when I got home to open my "banana" bread, it was iced lemon cake.

Staff went out of their way to feed this boomer his caramel apple spice drink from years ago! Even went as far as to Google it just so they could incorporate the ingredients together! Great place and perfect for before work trips

I was literally the ONLY person in the store besides one employee cleaning the floor and another behind the counter. Tell me how in the world did it take 10 minutes to get my drink? After 5 minutes of waiting, I went back up to the counter to check on my order and the guy said, “Oh, what did you want?”……..I had been sitting at the high top table off to the side, so I was out of sight of the register, but I was literally the only person in there……How did you take my order and my money and not make my drink? He then proceeded to make the WRONG drink, not once but TWICE! Not to mention that this location closes at 5PM?……5PM?! What kind of “Starbucks” is this? This is a pretty busy area with a good amount of foot traffic and this location is attached to a hotel. You’d think it would be open much later. Just doesn’t make sense to me. But I’m also seeing that all the other Starbucks in the downtown area close extremely early as well…….I don’t get it. I just moved to Tampa and this is the closest Starbucks location to me within walking distance. It’s just disappointing.

Convenient for residents of channelside, quick with mobile orders, great staff. I’ve never had a problem with drinks here!!

This was one of the worst experience I've had here. The breakfast sandwich is eggs and meat microwaved in a plastic container. The amount of cross-contamination of the staff working and touching their hair/ lface and other things was absolutely crazy. I can't believe the health inspector hasn't shut this place down yet. The owners are so cheap to microwave all the food, don't bother wasting your time here. They close at 2 anyway, so you probably won't.

Employee got sick on shift so we requested a refund and returned our food and drink. We were told we couldn't be refunded and were given a store credit for $20. When we went to the next starbucks they told us the card had never been activated. Very frustrating they lied to us at the channelside location just to get us to leave.

This place sucks. We ordered drinks and food. Made drinks. Stood waiting. No one cooking. Then someone said "do they have food" then they made it. No one else in line. No one there. 15 minutes of my life I will never get back.

I wandered into this Starbucks because my car was in an auto shop nearby. The service was excellent, particularly the barista Patrick, who was friendly, helpful and made me feel great even when I couldn’t quite decide what I wanted and then realized I had left my wallet in the car. Barista’s like him make me feel really comfortable in a cafe. I plan to take advantage of the lovely service and relaxed atmosphere again later in the week.
