Just ordered a $12 lunch sandwich....with no kraut. You what gets me....is these businesses think they are the only ones feeling the changing economy...we feel it too....because when I pay for an $12 sandwich.....at least don't forget the main component to the sandwich. I tried before (different occasion) to go to Moxies....they close at 2:30....but at 2:10....the clerk was unwilling to unlock the door....and I don't beg ppl to cook for me. DO BETTER!!!

Five star service - family friendly, very nice people, even the customers! Delicious food. I ordered scrambled eggs with spinach which is not exactly on the menu and they accommodated me. No wonder this place is a constantly revolving with customers. Great place to connect with others. Just wish there were outlets to charge with. 🤓

The restaurant is absolutely adorable. My partner had a lovely breakfast sandwich, but my veggie bowl had a long blonde hair in it…. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they didn’t care at all. They told me to “have a great day”….. I can’t do that when I’m hungry!

I ordered a veggie bowl and it was so not good! No flavor, the potatoes were not brown, the mushrooms tasted and looked like they were out of a can. I felt like they threw it in a bowl, and popped it in the microwave. It's a No for me. Won't be going back there. Wasn't worth $10.90. Trash!!!!

cons: this is the perfect example of up-pricing something because it has the word vegan in it’s name. I got the Vegan Power Breakfast Bowl for $11.99, the only vegan dish on the menu, and it was a small bowl of sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, and peppers mixed with raw spinach, 2 slices of raw tomato and 2 slices of avocado. I noticed the jacked up price compared to other menu items and figured maybe it was because there was avocado in it. this was the saddest “vegan” item I’ve ever had at a restaurant. when it came out I thought it wasn’t mine because it looked like a side salad. this dish had no flavor, was small, and never should be priced at $11.99. The Veggie Breakfast Bowl, which has eggs and cheese in it, but otherwise is basically the same as the Vegan Bowl was $9.99! what?? please stop over-pricing food and taking advantage just because vegans choose not to eat animal products and have no other options on the menu. either decrease the price of your only vegan option significantly or make the dish way tastier. pros: the folks who work here are nice and everyone else I was with enjoyed their meals. the vegetarian options are plenty.

GO TO CHEZ FABY NOT HERE. Stood in line for about 10 minutes to order. We ordered an everything bagel and a mimosa. The lady handed us a number to put on our table. After about 30 minutes and seeing people who ordered behind us, I went up to the counter and inquired on our bagel. The lady said she forgot to give them the ticket and now they are out of everything bagels. She apologized however the only option she gave us was to get a sesame bagel or she could refund us our money with out giving us a bagel. Why she didn’t offer to refund us our money for the wait and still get the bagel, I have no idea. We waited a long time and was offered up just an apology. We understand mistakes happen but they did not take care of the customer for their mistake, this is terrible customer service. We will not be back.

Came twice, once alone, once of my children. Got the ice mocha, hits the spot. Great spot for breakfast sandwiches and lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating, great location in City center. A short walk from the streetcar, City Hall, lots of other places. You can get food to go when you need it in the park where there is public seating. Staff is really friendly and remembered me when I came back the next day. Any dog theme restaurant is worth checking out. Next time I'm in Tampa I'll definitely come by.

What a wildddd experience. I placed an incorrect order and tried to IMMEDIATELY call in and discuss the issue. Nobody answered for over fifteen minutes. When I finally reached an employee, the first person was very polite and passed the phone to the manager. Now the manager was WILDLY rude. I tried to explain the issue to her, and she said she would not issue a refund because the had already made the food. The problem is I had tried to make contact BEFORE this happened but nobody answered. She then HUNG UP ON ME???? Honestly, one of my worst customer service experiences. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

They microwave their potatoes. the drinks are either scorching hot or theyre luke warm. their meats are super processed and have lots of chemicals in it. they basically just use the cheapest ingredients they can find. their smoothies are all made from concentrated bottled premixed stuff/ so processed. Also, the owner hangs up on customers and are unapologetic. Im suprised people even eat here at all. im suprised they dont microwave their eggs too. the cookies are not made from scratch they use store bought cookie dough with a thousand ingredients. dont eat here because if anything goes wrong they wont take accountability. their overwhelming rudeness is unpaletable These are management issues not employees faults.

Food is really good. Not horribly priced. Food came out fast. Atmosphere is nice, just expect a city atmosphere as it is a cafe on the road. Service was meh. Lady at the register seemed a bit rude and lost composure due to being busy (15 people). The lady making drinks came over and helped and she was friendly. The reason for 3 stars despite really liking this place was because there was black mold on my beer (see pic). Things happen, but it made it past the employees observation who brought it to me, and it came from near the kitchen.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! Great recommendations based on what I was looking for and both were yummy. I got espresso over ice and the healthy breakfast sandwich.

Great location. Hastily prepared food. Had a cappuccino and the Riverwalk Reuben with a side of lobster bisque. They don’t allow all sandwiches on the menu to be part of the 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 soup option even though that’s what their sign says. The sandwich had so much wet sauerkraut that it was impossible to eat without using a fork and knife. The bisque was straight out of a can. Mostly water. Cappuccino had too much milk and no foam.

Just ok. This place is adorable! I passed it one evening when it was closed and went back the next day for lunch. The food was "meh" and the service was also so so. Two different employees regarded me and my +1 coldly. I'll give an extra star for great service even if the food isn't awesome, but that wasn't the case here, either. Maybe they smile for regulars - I don't know.

Confusing when you come in. No full explanation on what you do. Menus were on a table to look at. You choose and order like a Panara. You find your own table after ordering, not a huge deal just wish that was explained when we walked in, since it was our first time. We waited for our food and was missing a plate of food for our children, was told "they only made one." Well we clearly ordered plates for each child. When we asked if we could get a glass a water, we were told, "you can get it yourself." And pointed where to get them. The food for my husband and I were very bland. No flavor. The mushrooms were canned, the potatoes were frozen and the eggs and cheese... bleh. The children's waffles were good, but it was mind boggling that we paid $2 each plate for a strawberry to be cut into 4ths. It was just stupid high for a lack of presentation and food. The bathrooms are unclean and it was kind of unappealing to walk back and see the kitchen in all its glory. No door to hide the customer from that. From the food and the service we will not be returning, ever. Nothing could bring us back for a second try. It's just not worth the drive.

Iced latte made with premade espresso from a jug, then filled with cold milk. As most of the surrounding coffee shops were closed Saturday and Sunday, this place drew a small breakfast crowd. Perhaps the food is better than the iced latte.

Paid $50 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, and smoothie. Food was average at best and not very appetizing. Staff were just okay… person taking our order was very short and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the menu as she carried on a phone conversation with her Airpods. We would not choose to eat here again.

WARNING they moved. Luckily, you can leave the car and walk across the park to it. I went here because they bragged on their Cuban. It was bland and not pressed. Not bad, but not a Cuban. The potato salad was bland too. We also had the Mediterranean Salad which wasn’t bad, but a piece of pita would have been nice with the humus. Not worth the money. Won’t be back.

We enjoyed cup of broccoli cheddar soup and sandwiches with my family in a hot Friday morning. The atmosphere is great and very tasteful food. Make sure you try the Belgian waffle too. Yum

Place is definitely welcoming. Service was great. Food was alright, but needed a little seasoning. The patio was nice. Once it rained we sat down inside to finish off and it was nice and quaint.

They moved but did not change address. Ok, we walk over to new location. Wait to see if someone will acknowledge us. Grab menus. People there totally ignoring us. We go to order and see a sign breakfast ends at 10:30. It's now 10:45. She rips the menus out of our hands and says we can't get breakfast. We go to say it says breakfast sandwiches all day but too late. She has already walked away. Never again.

New location! Lots of outdoor seating, very limited indoor seating. The menu has changed. A couple of my favorites have been taken off but I still enjoy the Cuban breakfast sandwhich, French dip, egg salad sandwhich, among others.

Not impressed. The cookies are amazing but I ordered a breakfast sandwich with potatoes. The sandwich was thrown together and barely had anything on it and the potatoes are so dry, burnt, and clearly very old.

Fabulous find on our trek downtown in search of brunch. Service was great and the food was most delicious and savory. A plus was having a mimosa on the menu. Food was served quickly and was plenty to fill you up. Highly recommend as there were plenty of healthy menu items to choose from, too!

I love picking up food from Moxies. The staff is always fast paced and lively. Literally the funniest thing about the cafe though is every time I order something, modifications or not, an ingredient is always missing. I’m not mad about it, but it’s kind of funny, weird? lol BLT2 - The B for bacon was missing in my BLT Green Egg and Ham - One time only had egg and ham, missing avocado, cheese and tomato. Second time missing tomato There were other things like this before, but I’m not mad or anything, I just find it funny. I’ll keep going back :)

NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY: MGR. and staff rude to anyone with an allergy. Ordered a online order then called the restaurant like any other time I order food to restaurant... Told them I had celiacs disease. Asked if they could accomodate my allergy by wiping off the area where my gluten free sandwich would be made. Spent $20 for a sandwich only for them to tell me no they couldnt accommodate because the kitchen is too chaotic. * I told her. "I find it odd that you cant control your orders enough to ensure you wipe down a surface before making my food and that I felt it was a reasonable ask and you yourself could watch my sandwich being made." Manager cannot manage their staff and refused to accommodate.

This place is a gem that's been hidden under my nose for over a decade now. I frequent the area to dine at nearby spots like Bamboozle and Eddie and Sam's, but was never around early enough to try Moxie's. Recently, I finally stopped in. I ordered a cafe con leche and a cuban cinnamon for breakfast, and a tampa tornado sandwhich to have for lunch later. Everything I got was stellar, and came in larger portions than I expected for the price. The cinnamon bread was simple and delicious. The sandwich was so loaded that I had to eat it in two sittings. To top it all off, the staff was friendly and my order came out quickly. Definitely gonna have to return soon to explore more of their huge menu.

Bland, liquid eggs, paid over $30.00 for 2 coffees, cold croissant was never asked if I wanted it toasted or not liquid scrambled eggs and bacon cheddar cheeese bland no salt or pepper around. 2nd breakfast was more liquid scrambled eggs bacon breakfast potatoes no flavor... we were never asked how our food was ... I ended up going somewhere else for breakfast that had some taste. The gentleman at the register was super sweet but I wanted to get a tasty breakfast. Was so disappointed 😞
