Menu and bagels always great but I bought 1 black tea 1bagel and i wanted to get one more cup because we want to share tea with my wife. Unfortunately cashier did not give us an empty cup without money. It is not fair. Anyways we will come back again.

Bagels are pretty good unfortunately I haven’t been able to try them for the past year because they never open up on time. They’re supposed to open at 6:30am but every time I pull up around 7:15am during the week it’s dark inside and they’re closed. What time does this place open??

Anytime I forget breakfast when coming to work, this is the place I always go. Bagel sandwiches really fill you up and are delicious. The coffee is also good and they have an option were you bring your cup and they fill it up for you, but it's on hold due to covid concerns.

You guys should be open on Saturday. Why aren’t you open later on the weekday. I’m sure you would make a lot more business. I like getting coffee early afternoon and you’re closed already. it’s like you’re giving Starbucks all the business I don’t get it.

Really great food, but we actually chose to eat here so we can try the pretzel bagel and they were completely out and couldn't make more so that was kind of a bummer.

Stopped by for a bagel basket and a couple single bagels. The bagels were fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience, can't wait to go back.

This east coast bagel shop is so delicious. We were surprised they had this here and it did not disappoint. Some of the better bagels I have ever had. Chewy and flavorful. The breakfast sandwich was so good savory and filling. I love lox and it was yummy. Their sweet bagels are great too. The gals behind the counter were nice and helpful as well. Even though I'm lactose and popped 4 lactaid pills to eat the cream cheese and died for the next few days, I would still come back here. Get you some Brueggers! Also street parking only.

Very nice location and price is really good. I had the Sriracha Honey Sunrise breakfast sandwich and cream cheese on bagel. It was tasty. Coffee was good too. The most important part is:Excellent service. Good job👍

Quaint and delicious. Reminds me of the bagel shops in NY :) bagel tasted fresh and flavorful. Prices are very good as well. Not overpriced at all like most local Tampa city restaurants. Iced coffee was priced very well also and hit the spot. Coffee and bagels together are the best ☕️ 🥯

Amazing place. I got a cinnamon sugar bagel with PB&J. The bagel itself is just wow! Tasted delicious. Staff is very friendly and smiles at every customer. They really strive to deliver the best product as fast as possible. Highly recommend this place!

Loved the fresh orange juice! But the coffee was terrible. I think I chose the wrong coffee, got a large watery American coffee cause I didn't see if they had expresso.

I went here for the first time and had a bacon egg and cheese on a 5 cheese bagel with avocado and it was delicious! Very clean and friendly atmosphere, will be returning, highly recommended!

I've lived up north for a few years and would always eat breakfast at Bagelmania. Today I decided to find a replacement. Man did they deliver. I can say they even top them. Very delicious!

One of my favorite breakfast spots in Downtown, has been for years. Owner and checkout girl are super nice. Fresh bagels and good iced coffee!

Brings back memories, I used to go to Brueggers in my home town of Saratoga Springs NY and I was excited to get a taste of childhood. Excellent bagels with the perfect texture. Don't need anything fancy here, a bagel and a schmear

I always get the plain or raisin bagel w/ egg white, light honey walnut cream cheese, orange juice, and two bananas. The cashier is there every single time I have gone there, and she practically knows everyone that comes in. They are fast, friendly and efficient.

I tried this location multiple times, hoping the experience would be different, but it's not. The staff is completely rude especially especially the first woman that takes your order. A young lady allowed me to go in front of her because she wasn't sure what to order, but was told by the staff "I'm not taking your order and that the other woman was first". Me and the young lady both looked at each other in confusion. Just a nasty attitude. Bagels are stale and hard. Ever since then I refuse to go back there. Not worth it. They will deliberately move slow just so they won't have to take your order. Horrible experience every time.

The bagels were good. Not the best I ever had but they were tasty. I got the egg white turkey sausage bagel sandwich. The turkey sausage was not it… I couldn’t eat the other half of my sandwich. The service was good, everyone was kind pretty early in the morning. I would recommend getting their deluxe bagels with cream cheese and lose the sandwich probably. It is a bit pricy for what you get.

I hate to be that guy but when you're from New York you know what a good bagel is. It's really hard to find good bagels but look no further than here. The coffee is amazing too. The staff is friendly and quick. If you see a line out the door don't be alarmed, that's normal for them and the line moves fast.

Excellent service and amazing bagels. Everything is fresh. Plenty of options. I went with a large group and we were in and out very quickly.

First time here, came in on a recommendation. Got the smokehouse Brisket breakfast sandwich on a garlic bagel and it was amazing. Best breakfast I've had in a while. Packed full of flavor and cut in half for easy eating on the go. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick. Great value for the price

This was a really cool laid back hamburger joint. As soon as you walk in you're presented with two kiosks to order from. The kios were laid out well, easy to follow and within a few clicks our meal was being prepared and we were going to receive a text message when ready. It looks like a family operation and everyone was kind, courteous and really hustling to get the orders out. The food was awesome and highly recommended. We got the medium burger with bacon and sweet potato fries.

I went for the first time last week and I loved it. I moved from NY and I missed some good bagels, and I'm glad I found close by my apartment. Great service and great place to sit and eat (if you go during lunch time). Will come back!

These bagels are so good to me. And I love the service I get....glad he hung on thrubthe Pandemic....it was touch and go for a moment!

Nothing special just a quick bagel and coffee but bagels are better than Einstein s or Panera. Soft and crispy outer part of bagel. I got the rosemary oil with egg and cheddar. See photos.

The food is great but it’s very frustrating that they adversities door dash all over their store and then when you try to order or door dash their hours for ordering ahead are inconsistent. Some days you can order on door dash other days they location had their service turned off. In a busy downtown area where many people working in the area are on time constraint breaks it’s convince to order food from restaurants that use an order ahead service. Poor advertising on the door dash service.

Great coffee and good bagels, unfortunately the air-conditioner must have been broke. It was 80+ degrees INSIDE. Completely miserable I just walked 5 blocks in the heat but didn't start to sweat until I entered the place. Whats the deal on the A/C?
