The original Italian sub came piled high with all the meats and fixing and have to get it mikes way. The veggies were fresh and always a go to solid sandwich spot for lunch

I've never gotten any item that wasn't exactly right from this location. The delivery service grub hub needs to be dropped however before they ruin the restaurants reputation. I will continue going to this fine place but I will never again use grub hub. My order placed fine and left the restaurant in minutes. I am about three blocks away. I put in instructions to knock and step away because I am in quarantine. The tracker came up delivered I looked out and nothing. The driver wouldn't answer calls or texts from either me or the grub hub customer service. Their answer was sorry we'll refund your money in 3-5 days! So I was stuck here sick with low money so I now can't order something else. I'm diabetic and already ate my last glucose tablet because of low blood sugar. Thanks to grub hub my dinner was peanut butter by spoon. If grub hub screws you over don't blame the restaurant . That's the second and last time the grub hub ruined my dinner. The driver went on the wrong street, wrong address number and in daylight! No excuse and totally unwilling to correct the problem.

This location is just the best! Whoever manage's it is doing a great job because the employees are always attentive, friendly and have great customer service. Thank you :)

Great food! Slightly pricy but worth it, especially if you enjoy subs. I’ve ordered many times from here and the subs have always been fresh and made well. They offer military discounts along with rewards points. Employees are both pleasant and upbeat – rare nowadays.

Very busy location. Number 55 is my favorite. Parking lot was a busy mess. (Good thing Chick Fil a closes on Sunday or would be a LOT worse!)

I am a regular customer at this Jersey Mike’s, at least 3 times a week. My choice is always the Turkey & Provolone salad bowl. However, on my visit last evening I had a severe allergic reaction. I questioned the asst mgr when making my salad, “why wasn’t he cutting the food on the cutting board?!” Or, at least putting paper underneath the food - that’s what cutting boards are for, right?! This location is a very busy store, however, after having a severe allergic reaction; eye & lip swelling, hives - only God knows what I was exposed to! I would caution anyone from eating here. And if you must, please insist that they wash the utensils and place paper underneath your food. The asst mgr assured me that he cleaned the counters thoroughly, obviously not.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken. It wasn’t very good, but that could just be my taste. But I swear there was no cheese on my sandwich. The manager said, Oh it probably melted in your sandwich so you wouldn’t see it anyway.. riight.

This place sucks so bad I don’t even want to take the time to tell you about my negative experiences. Love Jersey Mikes, it’s just this location. I’ll just never support that place ever. Worst customer service in the company!

I placed an order online. Original Italian I wanted swiss cheese instead of provolone. But there are no options given to switch out chesses. So I called the store to make the switch on order for pick up. The phone rang for 20mins. Finally when Terry answered I said Ive been calling for 20 mins. He said well we've been busy for 20mins. What ya need? I found that respond to be rather rude. My husband had just arrived to pick it up. So they had to make the correction after the order was already made. I feel online custmers should be accommodated and treated no different then the customers that walk in face to face. I order from this location all the time. Just a little dissapointed with the service This time.

I came in to get a sandwich and the fab rootbeer. I had a wild day and was super tired when I got there. Your man, Terry, not only greated me with warmth and sincerity, but eye contact and active listening skills. He asked me about my day, rather than just taking my sandwich order and moving me along and then stopped to listen and that’s just so rare, for a person to be so present and engaged. Now I’m coming back to say hey to Terry, and give him my number so I can poach him to come work with me. 10/10

Food is great and the workers are really nice

Always a pleasure to eat here. Great sandwiches and the employees are always so friendly. I always get the #14 "Mike's way" and add pickles. Complete the order with chips and a drink. This location has Cream Soda so that is always a plus in my book. My kids love their subs too.

Favorite sandwich place. Always fresh and delicious. Order ahead and pickup for a no-wait experience. I usually go for the Italian Mike's way.

Waited nearly 20 minutes to get a sub only for the guy to hand my sub to another customer. When I asked if he had one for me, the woman working the cash register rudely interrupted and said "it's gonna be a minute." Since the other customer was long gone with my order and I was now in a time crunch, I had to take some random sub that was in his hand. Terrible experience overall.

Let me tell you Jersey Mike's is some kind of special one of my favorite sandwiches there is the Philly and you can get that Philly fixed any kind of way you want with jalapenos extra cheese whatever you want that's a real good fresh sandwich guaranteed to satisfy I haven't really tried most of the other sandwiches there but I'm pretty sure they're just as good too I actually plan on trying other sandwiches but when I go in there and I get that feeling I see that Philly I got to have it
