I find it amazing they always have plenty of staff for trying to get me a credit card (that i already have) but the employees are not better utilized at check out counters and other departments. Especially the gun counter. Back when the pandemic started they implemented this barrier to keep customers away from the counter and social distance. But now 2 years later they use it as a tool to put us in a single file line so they do not have to answer questions or try to help more than one customer at a time. It might work better if they kept more than a couple people back there helping people rather than having them roam around trying to get me a credit card, again…

Stopped in Bass Pro Shop in Palm Bay to try to find the pink bass pro shop hats. Instead found live gators and hogs. So cool to stop here. Highly recommended !

Seeing the alligators outside was pretty cool! And there's a fishtank inside. Obviously since it's a Bass Pro Shops, you kinda come here for the equipment rather than the sights-- all of which I personally thought was reasonably priced! My boyfriend loves fishing, and I plan to surprise him with fishing equipment! Just keep it a secret between me, you, and the other strangers reading this review.

This is a good Bass Pro Shop to visit. I personally don't think it's as large as some of the other BPS's I've ben to, but I could be wrong. This location has live alligators, so that makes for some good conversation.

Great store and great selection of gear and other items. They have a great selection of wood logs, chunks, and chips and charcoal as well. My only knock is that no one has offered me help when I'm in there and the one time I needed some help I asked an employee and they said sure let me look ya and I never saw the employee again.

Awesome store! My husband and I had family visiting during Christmas. We wanted to show them how awesome the store is. When we all got to the entrance of Bass Pro my husband handed them each some money to go buy a Christmas gift for themselves. You should have seen their faces! Differently very Happy and surprised!

My first trip to the promised land was fantastic. Way better than the website 🤣

Bathroom is "out of order" Outside has boars and gators !!! Was surprised there was a nice lady greeter.

One of my favorite stores to browse. Just wish they wouldn't put the pushy vacation agents right next to the fishing tackle. Can't walk by without getting sacked into a vacation pitch. Guys at the reels section are awesome, and they always do a great job spooling up my reels.

The two men in the gun area of the store today were not helpful or friendly at all. One of them questioned the products I was looking at and told me false information, I knew more about the products than they did. I was ready to spend almost $200 today on various items, that's okay because I found a couple small businesses that offer the same product with much friendlier and engaging attitudes...oh and much more budget friendly as well. I will never again spend one red cent in this store, and will direct all of my friends and followers away from this location as well. :) :) :)

Such a cool place! We love to see the live gators and hogs! Our little one loves to see the fishes in the aquarium! Once you go in, you can't come out without buying something whether it's fishing/hunting related, kids toys, snacks, souvenirs and books.

We love coming to Bass Pro Shop with our toddler. She loves the alligators outside and the aquarium inside and loves seeing the fishes and all the animals she can spot in the store!

I love the fantastic options they have here. The staff are extremely helpful and the variety of gift options make for a perfect stop for everyone in your family. They have entertainment from the feeding of the fish to the shooting gallery. I definitely would recommend this location. Also check out the gators and boars!

Fun place to stop and look around… and also do some shopping. Friendly employees.

They seem to have a little bit for just about everybody. My husband and I are not into fishing or outdoorsy hunting camping, but we went there to get a weather radio a crank style as a housewarming gift for friends and they also had fire extinguishers which was the other gift you wanted to get them for the new home. So we were able to accomplish both at the one place and there is a big variety there but they don't always have the things in store that they do have online.

We came here and checked out the gators and the piggies. Then we ate some. The store itself has some cattle stalls when you come in to direct the Americans into their lanes so you can buy your stuff. Then there’s some fish at the back of the store. Also there’s some guns cuz murica 🇺🇸

We always love to visit the dinosaurs when we come to the store. Very cool outdoor area where you can see full grown rescue alligators and wild hogs. The employees are always very helpful and friendly when needed.

This is a fun store to see. Live alligators out front and interesting fish in the back. The staff is top notch and very helpful.

Love coming here. Always clean and organized. I just hate being bothered every 5 minutes to sign up for something. Then when you say no thank you they ask 5 more times. I would definitely shop longer if they stopped bothering me.

I went to buy a firearm, but unfortunately they did not have it in stock. However, the assistance I had was fantastic and she was so willing to find out where I can find it. She went onto the computer and looked to bring me back very detailed information about how to attain the firearm via online and to still be able to see and handle the weapon to make sure it’s to my comfort. Furthermore, she explained the function and versatility of the shotgun. Thank you to BECKY at the gun counter for helping me and informing me so well!!! Very much appreciated and she showed genuine interest in helping me and pointing me in the right direction!! BECKY thank you!

Great store for anyone not just the outdoorsy type. The live gator's and fish are always a favorite with the family, and Santa is there right now,they give you a FREE picture.

Always a fun trip here. Large store with great sales and selection. The staff is always very helpful, patient, and go out of their way to be extremely friendly. It's fun to see the BIG alligators and hogs on the way in......and out.

Purchased a pair of shoes that started to come apart after just one month of usage. I walked my dogs twice a day for 30 min at a neighborhood park. The picture of my shoes is at the three month mark.

Unique Bass Pro. Love the outdoor menagerie. Great addition to a shop that is the same across the nation. The similarities are refreshing but the addition is a good decision.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful place.. felt like going to a theme park as they have 6 big live alligators and some hogs in the front entrance for the visitors.. it was our first time going to a bass pro shops and it was definitely a great time for all of us especially our 5 year old daughter.. inside of the store is really amazing with lots of merchandise for those who love fishing, hunting, hiking, and any outdoor activities..there is a big water tank filled with live fish, nice art work on the walls and also lots of statues of wild animals made it feel like we are walking through a forest..would love to go here again during free times..loved it!!

My first time in a Bass Pro Shop and I was more than impressed. To see all that product in one place I couldn't decide where to go first. Fishing supplies of course! All the staff was informative, friendly, and went out of there way to help. Jennifer who greeted me first mentioned the outing where you pick your location with up to four people for $179 twisted my arm to sign up (kidding). She's adorable and very sweet how could I say no *wink*

This location was pretty neat. They had live alligators and hogs before you go in. The outside was rustic looking. I personally thought it looked great. Worth visiting again. I recommend

My son is 28yrs old. Has a good job. Every time he goes to the gun counter he gets ignored. For like 10 minutes. This isn't the first time or the second. He leaves and goes down the road to purchase his firearm. They weren't busy so I don't get it. Why do they want to lose business like this?

I lived in Brevard County for 30 years. Bass Pro Shops was built about 10 years ago. Today was my first time in the store. WOW! A beautiful store with friendly employees. It was like walking into a museum. Why did I wait so long, I have no clue. But, I will be back many more times.I give it more than 5 stars. Worth the trip.
