Excellent service by Chelsea. The food was quick and very tasty. Try the Thai soup! Yum!

Terrible experience. This location asked me to order via the app/online then yelled at me when I tried to sit down and eat it because I didn’t order it from one of their servers. I sat down anyway and she walked over and told me I can’t because it sets a bad example for the other customers. Aside from the AWFUL customer service, the rice was bland, the veggies were frozen and the orange chicken was gross. DO NOT GO! Looks are deceiving.

Limited menu because of Covid19. Had to get my 1 meal a Day in and only a couple places were open. I choose Pei Wei because pizza was just about my only other choice. Ordered Mongolian Beef with fried rice. The food was very flavorful but also extremely salty. I can never understand how companies seem to just dump salt on the food. I also ordered some Beef Fried rice because the Mongolian Plate wasn't enough for my 1 meal. Place was clean, the waiter was nice and the practiced distancing. The price was pretty steep but it's an airport.

Very impressed. The steak noodles were really good and huge portion. The orange chicken was weird consistency, like sponges. Good flavor and nice atmosphere. Off to Boston we go!

Can’t really beat this place in this airport. The food was good, service was fast and pricing not much higher than dining Asian outside of the airport. I had the Mongolian Steak + added veggies with brown rice. The entree was tasty, not greasy or heavy and we sat at a secluded table that faced out which was great for people watching and provided space away from other folks. They have clear plastic dividers between areas for additional customer safety during this time (which I very much appreciated).

Wow…. Worst! This is very low qlty food. Kungpao chicken hv amost not cooked vegi with too much salted chicken. Besides it is too much oil at the bottom of dish.why cook use lot of oil? Now a days oil is too expensive . So food price is expensive? Bcs of oil? Realy realy too much oil. Maybe half paper cup of oil. Orange chicken is too cold. Maybe it was cooked long time ago. Dish hv 2pcs of sliced orange. That is orange chicken? Why dont y make grape chickenand cuxumenr chicken? Besides fried rice looks loke not fried rice. Just color is fried rice. This is not a food which we image and lookg for. Amd hot saice hv very bad smell. I dont know who like this hot sauce to eat. My mouth was watering. But couldnot eat this one. I didnt know this restaurant. This is first . Go to shop and pick the cookie , which is better way. I guesss thier emplyee necer hv this food.

Good for airport food. I had the Vietnamese chicken salad roll. Good balance between carrots, peanuts, and rice noodles. The Thai peanut sauce was delicious. The blazing shrimp was also delicious.

I was expecting to wait at 4:30 for dinner but found the service to be fast. I got the ahi bowl and 2 pork egg rolls with an Arnold Palmer all in about 10 minutes. Airport food prices are always higher. This is a good stop if you travel and want something prepared fresh and different than fast food.

Great food. Great service. Fair prices. Probably better pricing than it’s competitors in the airport. Loved the pay on the app option. Made it fast and easy to finish and leave for our flight. Huge portions.

Maybe if you sit on the front side of bar but the older lady bartender should not be alone behind the bar. If I could I would give 0 stars for service. No personality but worse does not pay attention. She did not acknowledge for at least 15 min then a gentleman beside me was trying to get his ticket- after 15 min she came over but took approx another 10 to bring back ticket - he walked out. I waited 20 min trying to get attention for additional service. These times are very generous. Horrible horrible especially at an airport when time is essential. Asked for bill when food came - 20 min nothing- finally I think she saw my credit card so presented the bill wait another 10 min after I see my card was charged to get card and receipt back. So many customers around me complaining and it is not overly busy.

Sharon was so kind to me and all the patrons, it was nice to sit down and not hear negativity because I was already upset about my delayed flights. This will be my new travel bar to sit at instead of Ducky’s a couple terminals down. The food was also very good and accommodating for a solo flyer, 4 crab wontons and shrimp friend rice were delicious maybe not gourmet but very good and the airport prices can’t be beat

I fly out of tampa every week and stop every time to see Rachael the bartender. She knows my drink and food I order every time. Great place. I love the bar, and the service is excellent. Hopefully upper management sees this and tells her she is amazing at what she does and to keep up the great work.

I ordered the honey seared shrimp because it looked large and crispy and flavorful in the picture. And when my food arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the menu picture. Tiny shrimp and a sauce that made me nauseous. The cook walked by as I was taking a second bite trying to tolerate this meal because I have a 3-hour flight delay, shortly after I couldn't eat anymore regardless of how hungry I was. I flagged down the cashier and asked her to step to the side, articulating that I didn't want to be rude to the cook or the establishment but and when he asked if everything was good I lied and gave a thumbs up. "This is the worst Chinese food I've ever tasted," I told her. "The sauce was literally making me nauseous." It all had such an artificial flavor, like seasoned styrofoam. I requested a refund and the cashier called her manager and they complied. I am not sure if this was an aberration or people gulping down Pei Wei food here just don't know poor quality food when they're eating it. Perhaps a mixture. I spent several minutes at the water fountain trying to rinse this taste out of my mouth. This is my first and last visit to Pei Wei which I now translate to mean "Stay Away."

Bartender was kind, friendly, attentive. Orange chicken was good and fried rice okay. It's fast food at an airport. It is what it is. Don Diablo was a great cocktail. The Tajin salted rim was wonderful.

Very nice waitstaff yet barely mediocre food. Tiny little shrimp in the salad. Reasonable prices were tempting in an airport, however I would not revisit.

For an airport eatery - outstanding! Kung Pao chicken was tasty with fresh pea pods. Brow rice option was an unexpected plus. The super-fast and polite waitress Shanice was unbelievably efficient, polite, and pleasant. A way better value than the NYNY pizza with pies that had been sitting out for hours, or the 30 minute line next to Chick-fil-a. But to be fair - the breaded chicken in the Kung Pao chicken was way too sweet and tasted more like honey chicken. Anywhere else I would not have been thrilled. But at TPA airport - still awesome. Good job Pei Wei and thank you Shanice!

Only gave them 3 stars because as asian food goes it really is mediocre. However it's my go-to place at the airport bcs I always fly JetBlue and it's certainly better than the burger and pizza joints everywhere.

Maria is the funniest sweetest most calming bartendar And she was working by herself, and it was busy and she handled. Everybody perfectly very quick really liked her. She made me feel good before I went to fly. I’m nervous flyer loved her and would recommend this place to everyone. The egg rolls are amazing.

Don’t expect much service from this airport location. The restaurant featured self seating and you can place an order via a QR code. Although the food arrived promptly, my Dan Dan Noodle was bland, had to request for some hot sauce. In addition, there was no follow-up from my server, Jessica either.

It looks like a nice restaurant, and anyway there aren't many choices at the terminal. It was full around 1:45pm, the staff was busy and there was no one at the cashier. I placed an order on the kiosk, and it somehow added a couple items I did not want. It took more than ten minutes (!) to talk to someone to correct the order and get a partial refund. When I finally got the dish it was only rice and veggies, no teriyaki chicken , and it was salty and greasy. Mediocre experience overall :-/

I really appreciated the cauliflower rice option with this Mongolian beef dish! Nice bite before my Southwest flight!

Can't say I'll recommend it, Mongolian beef was really salty and fried rice was near tasteless. Better to go with other options in the terminal. Saving grace was friendly staff.

Went here for breakfast before a flight and have very few complaints. The food was unique, tasty, and the service was quick. I would come back again if in Terminal A for sure. The only complaint I have is about the coffee. They don't have any of the protective sleeves so I nearly burnt my hand trying to carry the cup. I would recommend this place for breakfast at a minimum.

I went light today with their edamame and spring roll appetizers, both were prepared really well. I am glad I ate here l, while waiting for my flight to board.
