A
very
unpleasant
place.
We
signed
up
because
of
the
swim
lessons,
but
we
never
got
them.
We
were
denied
service.
When
we
entered
the
locker
room
and
the
shower
room
of
the
pool,
there
were
unsanitary
conditions
(dirty
floors,
a
lot
of
debris
and
hair
in
the
shower
rooms).
We
tried
to
refuse
membership
in
the
club
2
times,
but
we
didn't
succeed,
they
still
continue
to
charge
us
money.
I
signed
up
my
son
for
swimming
classes
in
advance,
I
waited
for
them
for
2
weeks
to
start
classes.
Later
I
got
a
call
from
YMCA
and
was
told
that
classes
are
canceled
3-4
times
in
a
row
because
their
pool
is
broken.
It
took
another
2
weeks.
Total
4
weeks
since
we
signed
up
for
swimming
lessons.
Finally
we
went
to
class.
I
came
to
the
lesson
with
my
son
and
I
had
to
take
my
2nd
very
young
child.
When
we
finally
arrived,
we
were
informed
that
we
were
not
signed
up
for
the
lesson
and
they
had
a
new
course
and
new
lists
and
I
needed
to
sign
up
again
for
a
new
one.
And
I
should
have
received
a
message
from
the
club
about
this,
which
I
did
not
receive.
And
I
went
home
with
bags
and
2
children
back
!!
And
it's
not
so
easy!
I
had
to
clarify
the
situation
with
the
staff
of
the
club.
The
girl
on
the
front
desk
was
annoyed
and
did
not
want
to
help
me
and
explain,
and
when
I
asked
if
we
could
go
to
class,
she
only
repeated
"you
need
to
pay
extra
for
the
lessons."
It
was
not
clear
to
me
why
I
needed
to
pay
more,
since
I
paid
everything
online
in
full.
When
I
began
to
clarify
the
situation
with
swimming
instructor
Rachel
Wood,
she
also
had
no
time
for
me.
She
began
a
lesson
with
the
children.
And
I
have
2
children:
one
in
my
arms
pulls
me
in
all
directions,
the
second
walks
in
swimming
shorts
confused
and
tried
to
understand
why
we
are
refused.
He
was
so
upset
and
even
cried
when
we
got
into
the
car.
No
one
wanted
to
help
me
and
could
not.
After
my
attempts
to
find
out
what
was
going
on,
I
realized
that
I
needed
to
leave,
and
I
had
to
call
the
manager.
Waste
my
time
again.
The
situation
was
never
resolved.
I
was
promised
that
that
instructor,
Rachel
Wood,
would
call
me,
but
she
never
called.
Strongly
do
not
recommend
YMCA
-
unprofessional,
dirty
and
always
with
problems.
