I am apart of the Silver Sneakers fitness improvement program which allows me access to all gyms around my community and the YMCA is one of the fitness facilities I can now use! Anthony the facility manager welcomed me with open arms and gave me a facilities tour and it was a quick an easy registration process! Another facilities manager gave me a workout regimen to start my fitness journey so I can strengthen my mind, body and spirit through the use of the YMCA!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful at the Y! With respect to the basketball program, they welcomed our kids even though they didn't have experience, and the coaches quickly brought them up to speed patiently and in a fun way. The families in the league come from diverse backgrounds, but are all so caring/positive, so the kids are easily being part of the team and making friends with good values. I've also enjoyed the zumba and barre classes I've taken. The instructors are enthusiastic and make it a fun workout!

My son is in the summer camp and honestly we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The councilors are wonderful. The place is always clean and well staffed. The councilors genuinely care about the campers and make them feel special. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. You guys define understood the assignment.

Because it's fun place to go and exercise, take my kids, enjoy the pool. Everyone is so nice too! I registered both kids in the basketball teams and they are having a great time plus developing their social skills and learning how to be part of a team.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. They offer a variety of classes and machines that are great for all ages. They accept silver sneakers. I have tried gyms before but the Y is different....more like a family. I'm very happy at the Y.

Smaller cramped facility. Great when not busy. Terrible crowding and unable to meet all the needs of those who want to use it. Great staff and a very pleasant place during off hours. Stroller and handicap ramp not aligned with main entrance requiring additional travel under possible adverse weather (rain). Small size the main problem.

So sad that they let teenage boys hang out in the kids nursery vaping and watching explicit videos. This was the 3rd time I saw them hanging out there. When I let the front desk know she said its her job to man the front desk. Basically like oh well.

I’m a swimmer, always have been, always will, taught my children to swim before they could walk. My granddaughters were swimmers too, although one’s true love is horse riding but the older one loved to rock climb the second they built the wall! Man did she ring that bell!!! Working out is fabulous for kids of all ages. I have used all the machines but deep down I’m a swimmer and feeling the love and laughter of friends, and that includes the guards, and the sunshine on my shoulder is the best way to start my day

thank goodness for the service here!! I had a nightmare with the people at new tampa ymca with my nationwide membership and the girl here was so quick to get me in and give me a membership card. the only reason for 4 stars is that the facilities could be better but I believe this is more the fault of the ymca as an organization than the employees here

I have been coming regularly for 12 years . All the employees are warm, friendly, and helpful. All the regular members are sociable, and cooperative. Love to come to the Y.

We recently moved to the area and have been with other YMCAs for 2 years now. The main reason I love the Y is the kids play area but I took my two toddlers today (4) and (2) and the attendant was not nice, seemed annoyed that I was bringing my kids, I only Left them there for 20min because I did not feel good about the interaction. They play area is so small, they barely have any toys. When I picked my boys up there was a little girls just bawling at the door and the staff was just sitting watching her and not interacting with any of the kids or offering comfort. My oldest was just sitting there bored and I could tell they were very excited to leave. Just sad. All the other Ys have been so interactive, they have so many activities and toys available but this was just awful. I’ll be driving 25min to the other Y.

The y is a friendly place to get fitter and stronger. Instructors, coaches and PT are very knowledgeable

It is located close to my home. There at least 3 YMCAs close to my home. The one I go to all the time is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

The Y is a family oriented place. It is clean and has a positive vybe for children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens. Me and my wife are very happy to be part of the Y.

All the employees are rude. The bathrooms has black mold and smells like mildew, it’s so dirty in the bathroom especially the shower area. The walls in the bathroom has hard water stains on the tile is proof that they don’t clean the walls either. I’m disappointed that this is a family center and it’s so unsanitary! Did I mention the staff is rude and have no consideration for the members!

I have had the worst experience with this facility and staff. Initially I contacted them asking about their aquatic classes and I got enrolled with wrong information; after they initially confirmed that I will be able to practice during my class schedule through out the week as far as there’s a life guard on duty. For two weeks straight the pool was closed due to part out of order; finally it’s fixed. I got the chance to attend the first class meeting and it was alright, I decided to come practice what I learned so I’m ready for the 2nd session. After I went in to the pool practicing the life guard came and told me if I’m not a member I can’t practice, I’m able to do so only during the class while the instructor is there (initially they told me I can now changing their minds); I’ve tried to get hold of Rachel Woods via email and phone but she never returned my call or emailed me back. They waisted my time and I wish if I knew this from the get go. I would’ve hired my own instructor at my own private property. That been said I don’t recommend them to anyone who’s interested in learning and practicing.

James called prior to start of scheduled window to say he would be here within q5 minutes; he was here within 10 minutes. He checked both the heating and ac under the terms and conditions of our service contract. He took extra care when entering the home due to wet outside conditions. He completed his tasks efficiently and professionally. It was interesting to talk with a fellow NY Giants fan while my wife was reviewing the statement. Very cheerful fellow.

A very unpleasant place. We signed up because of the swim lessons, but we never got them. We were denied service. When we entered the locker room and the shower room of the pool, there were unsanitary conditions (dirty floors, a lot of debris and hair in the shower rooms). We tried to refuse membership in the club 2 times, but we didn't succeed, they still continue to charge us money. I signed up my son for swimming classes in advance, I waited for them for 2 weeks to start classes. Later I got a call from YMCA and was told that classes are canceled 3-4 times in a row because their pool is broken. It took another 2 weeks. Total 4 weeks since we signed up for swimming lessons. Finally we went to class. I came to the lesson with my son and I had to take my 2nd very young child. When we finally arrived, we were informed that we were not signed up for the lesson and they had a new course and new lists and I needed to sign up again for a new one. And I should have received a message from the club about this, which I did not receive. And I went home with bags and 2 children back !! And it's not so easy! I had to clarify the situation with the staff of the club. The girl on the front desk was annoyed and did not want to help me and explain, and when I asked if we could go to class, she only repeated "you need to pay extra for the lessons." It was not clear to me why I needed to pay more, since I paid everything online in full. When I began to clarify the situation with swimming instructor Rachel Wood, she also had no time for me. She began a lesson with the children. And I have 2 children: one in my arms pulls me in all directions, the second walks in swimming shorts confused and tried to understand why we are refused. He was so upset and even cried when we got into the car. No one wanted to help me and could not. After my attempts to find out what was going on, I realized that I needed to leave, and I had to call the manager. Waste my time again. The situation was never resolved. I was promised that that instructor, Rachel Wood, would call me, but she never called. Strongly do not recommend YMCA - unprofessional, dirty and always with problems.
