    Worse place to Rent with Enterprise. They are always short staff and having 2 people in line is enough to spend a good 40 minutes. Plus, the cars on the rental are never available. Don’t arrive 30 minutes early, they will make you wait. Don’t arrive 30 minutes late, they will charge you! I’ve been here a few times renting because of the location being closer to my house but I just gave up. Too many bad experiences. It’s better to go a little far a drive to the airport locations.

    Phenomenal service. I did a one-way trip from this location to a Miami enterprise location and got hassled in Miami over a dent I did not create. This location collaborated with me to rectify the issue and made the process much less stressful than it could’ve been otherwise.

    Enterprise drops the ball yet again and within a month of having a prior issue with being accused of damages to a vehicle that occurred while in their parking lot overnight. My company books me another vehicle and I attempt to pay using the same form of payment as not just two weeks before I all of a sudden I can’t rent the vehicle but can rent a slightly smaller vehicle with those means of payment. Documentation in hand of the prior rental and payment provided and I’m sent back home with no rental and sorry about your luck I’ll call you tomorrow to see if I can get an alternate vehicle but just admit having one there presently but was unsure of the status and overall availability. No offer to check or further assist due to it coming up on closing hours. So here I am with work obligations that cannot be fulfilled due to lack of transparency and communication. I highly advise anyone looking to rent a vehicle at this point to go elsewhere like Avis, Budget, Hertz etc. Thank you enterprise and stand by for a much further more public posting.

    I didn’t enjoy renting from this location - a gentleman working in the evening was condescending and rude when he denied a discount promotion I had received from an employee of a company. I was mistakenly told I was able to use this discount, and I understand if I have to be an employee to use this code so I was willing to pay the full price, but he denied me as if I was a con artist or a scammer when really it was poor information from a friend. On top of this negative experience, the car I rented started with a quarter tank of gas which was fairly inconvenient. It also had a daytime light out, which caused an extremely annoying warning noise every 30 seconds. It doesn’t sound like much, but over a 2 and a half hour drive, the experience was miserable. I considered buying a replacement light and installing it myself, but it’s not my problem so I didn’t. The only redeeming experience was the excellent customer service provided by a woman working there during the dropoff. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I hadn’t rented from Enterprise before, but I think I’ll stick with Avis or Budget from now on.

    manager is a thief . he stole my belongings out of the car , also told me because I was black he didnt want to assist me and have better things he could be doing. I contacted corporate they took his side Because they are clearly racist too . they seen em on camera getting my belongings out of the trash , the manager had my iPhone charger on his desk plugged in the wall as if it was being used. corporate said they aren't responsible for lost or stollen items.but what do you do in a situaution where the MANAGER is the one dong the stealing

    Used their services for a rental when my car was in the auto shop due to a collision. It was a smooth process. Professional and friendly staff and I given a nice, clean low-mileage SUV for my rental. Was happy with their services.

    I had great experience with this place. Q was amazing. She took care of everything very professionally. She even gave me a ride to go pick my personal vehicle back up. Great customer service and and amazing personality!

    Always, always professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Alex goes above and beyond. They bend over backwards to be helpful. I always recommend Enterprise.

    I picked up rental car at Enterprise location away from airport which was very convenient. All paperwork was done electronically and sent to my email address so there was no waiting time. The staff provided me with a new Toyota Corolla LE which I was the first customer to drive it. That made my trip very comfortable and I enjoyed the ride.

    I recently had the need to rent a car while my car was being repaired and Enterprise was the closest place to my mechanic. I was able to reserve the car online very easy. When I arrived the process was quick and efficient. During the 3 days of the rental the car had a check engine light and I called the office ad spoke to Catherine. She was super helpful and found an Enterprise close to my current location. I was able to stop in, swap for another car and keep going. With service like this I would definitely consider using Enterprise again.

    My wife and I rented a vehicle for a week to go on vacation to TN , on our way back home a rock hit the passenger side window - leaving the window damaged . We dropped the car off and paid out of pocket for the damages $1,000 , was told that if the damages did not exceed $1,000 we would receive and phone call on 12/2 to process a refund . We did not receive phone call/voicemail/email nothing . So my wife calls today 12/8 to see what was going on with the situation and the Assistant Manager (Savanna) states they owe us a $600 refund and they can process it today 12/8 . Where is the customer service ? If you tell the customer you will call them on certain day/date then do just that . So I called and spoke with Savanna and let her know about my frustration with their customer service . She proceeded to tell me they tried to contact my wife on Thursday 12/1 , we have no missed call/voicemail/email from them on either of our phones/email . Refund payment should have been processed a week ago with or without a phone call . We didn’t hold out on $1,000 deductible when we had to pay for the damages therefore you should not hold a refund that is owed to the customer . To the General Manager (Taylor) and Assistant General Manager (Savanna) please do better when handling complaints - an easy apology goes a long way . Remember you are in the people business .

    Worst branch I have ever dealt with , very unorganized, never answer the phone , everyone is a manager , call you unexpectedly out of nowhere to tell you owe money for the rental, knowing it’s an insurance claim….. I can’t even express it , it’s that bad ……. Never again ….

    My experience with Enterprise this time was awesome. Very quickly service and the customer service and the employees are very efficient, in special Jessica, a young expert lady and very friendly employee, her smile make your day. THANKS TO JESSICA in Enterprise at 7902 W Hillsborough Ave Tampa, Fl 33615. Definitely, I will use this Enterprise if I'll needed again. They filled my car rental needs.

    My experience with Enterprise has been phenomenal over the year of renting different size cars. At particularly this location I will say Alex is the only one I had the pleasure of having a conversation and he has been an amazing help to sort out the car I need and accommodating it from different locations.
