*Edit* Ordered from here two additional times and the first time the food wasn't very good and this time they didn't give us 90% of our order and what we did get was messed up. Great food, Excellent prices! We found this place because practically everything was closed on a Tuesday night and they were open at 10:30p.m. We ordered in ubereats, it took awhile to get our order I'm sure that's more of a uber issue than a Caliburger issue. Let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. Everything was delicious with HUGE portion sizes! Next time I need to order more hot sauce with the tacos though cause they have a delicious hot sauce!

This is THE hangover spot! The Colombian people here are so lively and kind! They have music playing, the food portions are grand, and the food is beyond delicious. If the old man is behind the counter, you’re in for quite the meal! Try the Hawaiian empanadas (my new favorite!)

This place is phenomenal and their food is absolutely delicious. I’ve tried a few items on the menu and it’s kept me coming back for more. Its located close to my apt. so it’s convenient as well. Also the passion fruit juice is amazing too. Definitely recommend!

All the meats are extremely dry not made to order when I showed up they had stacks of burgers sitting on the grill already made a big pan of fries already made and all the meats already pre-made sitting in pans on top of the grill to stay warm the fries were extremely soggy best thing they had was the sauces the meats were all like jerky!!! definitely would not recommend this place save your money!!!!

If you want a burger that yells “this IS a hell of a burger” then this is what you need. This is the kinda of burger people romanticize in movies and shows. The French fries are made with real potatoes, the meat is juicy, the cheese is melty and the drinks are cold! Burger is huge so make sure you have time for a food coma. Delicious.

I love their salcipapas. They don't mess around when it comes to the food. The service isn't the best, but that's probably due to a language barrier. I don't speak Spanish and they had trouble understanding me. Now I know that so I don't ask questions. I just hand them $10 and say salcipapas. Year later update and the food is still amazing and the price has remained the same. They did shrink the portions a bit, but it's still one of the best value places to eat in Town n country. Try the quesadilla burger it's freaking awesome

We are visiting Tampa and looked up places to eat, specifically places we cannot get back home. This place popped up based on the reviews we chose to try it. This place did not disappoint!! Food was so good, seasoned perfect, we ate there as they have a covered sitting area. Food came out in about 20 minutes, cooked fresh. I definitely recommend this place.

Had the pinchos, chicken 🐔 and beef. It was delicious 😋. Seasoned perfectly. The arepa con queso was amazing. Everything was good 👍

Soooo delicious! Was driving by one day and seen their truck , and stopped to try them. SO GLAD I DID!! I get the Cali burger and it is so juicy and the cheese they put on top is amazing. The people are super nice and doesn't take long at all!

This small food truck packs a hell of a lot of flavor. The staff was nice and helpful with me after I had gotten lost in Tampa and I am thankful for them helping me out. That being said if I'm ever back in Tampa, I will definitely hit them up again. That chorizo burger was absolute FIRE

This is not a burger you compare to the "gourmet burgers" out there, and it is not a fast food burger, food here is made to order. I have been wanting to try this permanently parked food truck for over a year. Reviews were good but noticed some bad ones recently, so it was my turn. I live by a simple knowing, when burgers or beefs are messy, they are good! I've never had a messy burger that was not good. I had their staple, the California burger and really enjoyed it. I would not recommend eating it in your car or at your work desk. I went through a bunch of napkins. Very cheesy and it even has some potato chips on it for texture. The bread got more and more soggy as I devoured it, a good thing in my burger world. The cheese just oozed out the sides, mmmmm. The fries are GREAT! I ate half of them before snapping a photo. We took the food home and fries still hot and crispy, a major plus in my book. I want to try some of the Latin items on their menu next. But overall, I enjoyed this "sloppy" tasty burger and fries. And where else do you get a fresh made to order burger and fries for $9.99? Also, open late which is becoming rare in the food industry.

First time and not the last I had a burger that must have weighted over a pound with Beef. Chicken, Bacon, Cheese and more. I can't believe I ate the whole thing and it was 10:30pm. My wife had their 3 taco deal and it's a great deal for those tacos. We will be back to try the rest if the menu.

Did not recommend this location at all, the lady who serve was so weird, once I got to the location was waiting for her to bring me the menu, lol not she was calling me to go pick it up and order, was like not problem we’ll I placed my orders and she doubled it my order and on top of that she want tip, get the f are here!! Had to get up and ask for pink sauce and ketchup no way!! Juice wasn’t that good ordered in water and was full of ice!! No way thanks

I was surprised to see this place as a stationary food truck, but OMG the food is delicious for what was in stock. Many of the selections were out, but it was like 9pm. With that being said, it was the only place open after our day on the beach. It was worth it!

PSA: Panda kitchen is a different business entirely, don't go around asking for a caliburger... Caliburger is the food truck on the other side of the parking lot. That being said, it was really good [Caliburger the food truck]

This place is always amazing. Fresh food. Please be prepared to wait due to the food is cooked once you order!

Additionally, the meats were sitting in pans on top of the grill to stay warm, which affected their texture, making them resemble jerky rather than tender cuts. The fries suffered from excessive moisture, resulting in a soggy consistency. The only saving grace of the meal was the assortment of flavorful sauces offered. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place as it does not live up to its potential. It would be wise to save your money and explore other dining options instead.
