The food was really good but the waitress I had was not on top of her game. She only placed half of the food order in then said that it wasn’t ordered.. why would two people with two separate orders just want one? The environment was laid back they seem to have live music on other days. There’s a bar also.

On this place the food was very good as you can see on pictures the presentation was amazing too such as the flavor i totally recommend this place to do work meeting and for any other activities, thanks so much for the attention, the staff is great too. It is a Cuban restaurant with all the Cuban food's flavor delicious. Great 😋

Ordered 2 pizzas and one arrived cold. Called and asked if they could send the rest of the order and was told no we have to go get it. Show up to pick up the remainder of my order and ask for some type of discount or possibly a small house salad to make up for the inconvenience of me coming down there and was rudly told no I'm the one that messed my order (they charged me for 2 pizzas over the phone i called to place the order) and if I didn't like their service to just not use them anymore. Horrible customer services and on top of that now my food is cold. Smh stay away from this place no way am I going to recommend them to anyone.

The food is top notch. The only issue is the prep. It takes a while. Can't beat the price as well. Where can you get a fajita for $15 and eat it for two days?

So, I really wanted this place to be a little better. The service was Awesome, even with a bit of a language barier. I love Cuban food, and I thought the roasted pork plate was good, just a little on the dry side from being great. And there were no black beans to soak into my dryish yellow rice. It was a loud, vibrant Saturday night with a DJ. This is probably a fun place if that's what you are looking for.

The food was cold and nasty. They brought out some more rice and yuca, it was warmer. The chicken tasted over cooked. There were painters painting the interior walls as people were dinning....it was distracting and disrespectful to have paint smell during dining hours. The waitress was very nice. FOOD was horrible. Yuck. Never again. Sorry not sorry

I went there to meet someone for the 1st time. The energy in the place was outstanding. Keep in mind. I'm not Latin, but the music and vibe were electric. And the meet and greet went well also... lol

Indeed, they rival the fast food chains. Because they are the slowest food servers ever. Don't even dare calling a waitress. Even if you speak Spanish, they will just ignore you. Here you are not the client for them, you are the inconvenience. So why bother coming?

I wanted to believe that other reviews were just over critical and I could go get some good Cuban. Nope was I wrong. The server never came back to check on food for 45 min after it came out, even though my friend barely touched her food she didn’t think to ask, and cleared the plates. 40 min later we hadn’t even seen her again to try to get a check, I had to go hunt her down in a small corner of the restaurant talking to another coworker and eating dinner. I decided to use the restroom before leaving and there were no toilet seats on any of the toilets - 3 of them- in the ladies room. I decided against that completely. While I mildly enjoyed at least the steak portion of my Ropa Vieja, the rice was old and clumped together and the Madurai were dry and not good. I’ll def never be back.

I don’t like to give bad reviews to business, but this place seems it was run down. I heard it was packed and really good years ago. The drink I had (pina colada) was almost like a water, I couldn’t drink it all. Food was bad - worst calamari I ever had and arroz congriz was dry, like it was old - on a Saturday night. Service was OK.

Online they have one price listed, when you go the the place, the prices are completely different. When you order to-go they don give out any silverware or anything! The workers are dismissive and not welcoming at all. Disappointed every time!

I went here for lunch. They were kind enough to let us use their parking lot for our mammogram bus. The food was delicious! The service was excellent! The environment was fabulous! I really enjoyed my lunch hour! Now I’m too full to finish working.

I have been a customer for more than three years but today the food is lousy the beans were not in good condition on the menu I did not have the prices of some products such as the fried red parco even though I was never informed of the price and the owner of the The owner told me in person that as a customer I had to ask the price, nothing I ate was up to the standard of other days, since I am a permanent customer of the place, the pizza was sold out, in general, the food today was terrible, I still made it all up of consumption the attention is very good but the food is lousy as ever I hope that my wife, who is 8 months pregnant, does not give her digestive problems from the little she was able to eat and keep in mind when you go there please look and ask first before consume since many things on the menu do not have the price as on the invoice it said super parco rojo that cost 38 dollars each since in the order almost none arrived with the prospects of the restaurant thanks and I hope this puts you on the alert for when you go to the Hanley tour

i was surprise for the quality of the food they served, we were not expecting the flavor, presentation and the friendliness they offer, only think is pay attention at the bill they do chatge a 10% service charge and then at the bottom they also suggest extra tip....

The food was ok. The service no good. The environment looks dirty. In my 2nd visit I had to leave; there was no one to give us a table as if they did not need the customers. BTW, restaurant was practically empty. No a good experience.

Food is great! but i missed the karoeke on Thursday, hope it comes back soon. It's a nice family oriented place and I like that they also have nightclub nights too! Still waiting for the lady's night days !

Okay so. The restaurant is fine, food was great no complaints about that. My problem is there is a employee, didn’t get to ask his name, who kept getting the orders wrong and showing attitude while doing so. When we asked him to change the pizza that he got wrong all he said was he “Gifted” it to us. Even though he added it to our total…Not only that, he also added a mango to our total and when we asked to return it he denied that as well. Terrible experience, we will reconsider ever coming back. Thank you.

Love the atmosphere and the attention to detail of their owners when they are there they always got their clients best interest and make sure everything runs smoothly with our orders. Awesome authentic Cuban Food!

My first time here but already have visited another restaurant owned by them and was really enjoyable... If you want nice service, excellent fresh food and affordable price then, this is the place!
