I
ordered
a
pizza
and
a
few
other
items
on
their
website,
with
a
delivery
time
shown
within
the
tracker
in
my
email.
Needless
to
say
45
minutes
after
the
mentioned
delivery
time
within
the
tracker,
I
finally
decided
to
hop
in
my
car
and
head
to
the
store
given
I
already
paid
for
it
via
debit
card
through
their
website
(and
driving
there
was
a
HUGE
inconvenience).
Upon
arriving
the
lobby
was
closed,
so
I
had
to
go
through
drive-thru.
The
lady
at
the
window
initially
looked
confused
when
I
mentioned
my
name
and
that
I
was
there
to
pick
up
a
ln
order
that
was
a
scheduled
delivery....and
by
that
point
it
was
more
than
45
MINUTES
LATE!
She
then
called
the
manager
over
to
the
window
who
finally
found
my
order
in
their
system,
and
the
manager
stated
they
were
short
staffed
but
when
I
initially
arrived
in
the
parking
lot
3
employees
were
standing
on
the
side
of
the
building
smoking
cigarettes
and
talking
on
their
cell
phones.
I
included
a
tip
through
my
online
debit
card
payment
as
well,
and
due
to
me
picking
my
order
up
the
only
thing
the
woman
manager
decided
to
remove
from
my
bill
was
the
tip.
She
then
handed
me
my
food
through
the
drive
thru
window,
and
I
when
I
finally
got
home
which
was
only
a
few
minutes
away
I
immediately
noticed
that
my
food
was
cold.
This
was
obviously
due
to
my
food
sitting
in
the
store
for
so
long
with
no
one
looking
to
deliver
it,
and
I
never
received
a
phone
call
to
tell
me
why
my
food
was
SUPER
LATE
with
delivery.
I
should
have
read
these
reviews
first
before
doing
business
with
them,
this
was
the
worst
Pizza
Hut
I
ever
ordered
food
from.
The
Franchise
Owner(s)
should
be
ashamed
of
themselves
by
having
these
types
of
unprofessional
people
on
payroll.
The
reviews
clearly
show
this
is
a
horrible
location,
so
BUYER
BEWARE.
I
WILL
NEVER
RETURN!!!!
