I was going to give you two stars but I wish I can give you zero because you messed up my order twice I ordered the Tuscani chicken pasta they burnt that I don’t know how an it has a timer on it AND THEY STILL SENT IT OUT!!! When It got to me it was late I poured it onto my plate and the noodles was crunchy 🙄 I called them immediately They wanted to send it back out but they were closing and I just didn’t want them making my food anymore because they sounded like they had an attitude!!! So they gave me a credit on my next order I called the following day to access my credit I then ordered chicken wings an a personal pan pizza I asked For pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage and I ask for my wings to be well done they gave me no spicy Italian sausage on my pizza which was well done & burnt I didn’t asked for that an my wings were tinder like MUSHY it was bad meat I will not be ordering from here again save yourself a buck an order from Papa John’s

I ordered a pizza and a few other items on their website, with a delivery time shown within the tracker in my email. Needless to say 45 minutes after the mentioned delivery time within the tracker, I finally decided to hop in my car and head to the store given I already paid for it via debit card through their website (and driving there was a HUGE inconvenience). Upon arriving the lobby was closed, so I had to go through drive-thru. The lady at the window initially looked confused when I mentioned my name and that I was there to pick up a ln order that was a scheduled delivery....and by that point it was more than 45 MINUTES LATE! She then called the manager over to the window who finally found my order in their system, and the manager stated they were short staffed but when I initially arrived in the parking lot 3 employees were standing on the side of the building smoking cigarettes and talking on their cell phones. I included a tip through my online debit card payment as well, and due to me picking my order up the only thing the woman manager decided to remove from my bill was the tip. She then handed me my food through the drive thru window, and I when I finally got home which was only a few minutes away I immediately noticed that my food was cold. This was obviously due to my food sitting in the store for so long with no one looking to deliver it, and I never received a phone call to tell me why my food was SUPER LATE with delivery. I should have read these reviews first before doing business with them, this was the worst Pizza Hut I ever ordered food from. The Franchise Owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves by having these types of unprofessional people on payroll. The reviews clearly show this is a horrible location, so BUYER BEWARE. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

I like the square pizza but this. …. I have to keep buying from this place. But this…. Ordered with extra onion where is the salsa and regular cheese. And this … I don’t know what is this and I family have to eat.

This is what we got for 40.00+ dollars. Fast delivery horrible cook and prepare. Toppings are burned and tossed on. Not evenly spread out. Bottom was so soggy I had to put in my oven to cook more.

Really disappointed. My fry looked half eaten I paid $5 for fries and the photo shows what I got. My pizza was cold. Did he take a break to eat it?? My pizza looked all smashed and thrown on the floor and my naked wings were covered in hot barbecue sauce. Called Pizza Hut and no one picked up the phone.

Clearly a delivery pickup place only. Dining area is only for storage. No menu or nothing on the walls. The only menu they had was in Spanish nothing for us english speaking people.

As far as their pizza is concerned, it’s pretty average or basic pizza. Nothing fancy. I will say their pizza is filling if nothing else. It’s basic pizza. The restaurant is close by, but I don’t think they are serving people indoors anymore at this restaurant.

I love pizza hut, but this place seems like the cooks don't care. Something is wrong with the pizza dough is not as it usually is.

This pizza sucked. No extra sauce like I asked. Hardly any cheese for that matter. I ordered a meat lovers. But all the toppings kept falling off cause it had nothing to cling to? I think it was a Pepperoni pizza and then the other meat toppings were thrown on there as an afterthought. My first time ordering from this location and LAST!

The pizza here is always great! When I did have an issue the manager Belinda made sure that it was taken care of and was more than kind and does a great job every time I'm there!

I and another customer had to wait 15 minutes before being spoken to, while the food was just sitting in the warmer in front of us was priceless.. after listening to the kid curse a 100 times the wholes in his ears were as big as the ones in his 🧠...lemon pepper wings and a cpl slices an hour later, over cooked, crusty crusty

Worst pizza I've ever had. Arrived late cold burnt and without the extra cheese ordered.called to follow up I was told the pizza was on the way 10 minutes before, called again said it just left only accepted order bc I felt sorry for the driver called again to express concern they never answered tried several times and was disconnected Save your money this place SUCKS

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service! Been on the phone for literally 40 minutes on hold and no one ever answered. This has been an on going issue and in the past (last week) when I got to talk to someone, they were rude and rushy. Came to pick up the pizza and the dough was still raw and the pizza was not even hot. Wings looked terrible. Total waste of money. BUYER BE WARE DO NOT BUY HERE. Pizza Hut used to be amazing around this area and it has gone down the drain. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

They are outsourcing to Doordash to deliver now. Pizza was not hot and once they decided to outsource the delivery, much more time was added. Unclear who gets the tip also. Didn't taste like Doordash has insulated pizza bags to keep food hot.

Customer service was great at the pick up window and my pizza was ready on time. Good experience

Although I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut since I was a child, the staff at this store made me feel welcome and kindly made my order during my lunch break twice. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service will surely keep customers coming back for more. Well done, guys!

I got the philly cheesecake pizza. It was As Yes hail did not enjoy my pizza. They also charge me for 2 sodas when I only want it one. I don't go here a lot now I know why

I got delivery the pizza always arrives fresh & hot! The delivery woman is just the sweetest & SO GRATEFUL FOR HER TIP. I honestly wish I knew her name because she needs to be recognized.

The wings I ordered well done they went above and beyond they were the crispiest Ive ever ordered ! Not to mention the perfectly made stuffed crust pizza 🍕 made by manager Alex! The best customer service I've ever had. These guys fixed this store ! Absolutely Love this Pizza Hut and management 🔥

I called earlier about the marinara sauces and the man on the phone explained the sauces perfectly! He gave me many different examples of the sauces about how one was spicier than the other and it made so much sense! he gave me an excellent approximation of the prices! I needed them for a party and he said i could order as many as i wanted! I didn’t feel pressured to make a choice in that moment. He was very nice and i really appreciate how helpful he was! I absolutely love how helpful this place was! I will be ordering many sauces in the future for my household and parties! He deserves a raise! 👍🏼👍🏼🥹

The pizza was so delicious. It was hot and on point. I'm from NY and it tasted exactly like NY pizza and loaded with pepperoni.

I'm really only leaving a review because I want to give a shout out to their employee named Johnny. He has the absolute best customer service I have seen in a long time. I want to thank him for taking the initiative to help me out today.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Ordered pizzas, they made them wrong. An hour after I called for replacement pizzas and still no pizzas. The manager was arguing with me telling me that there were 7 orders ahead of my REPLACEMENT food

It's pretty sad when I had to bring my friend to your location to have her food fixed I had to walk out on my own dinner just to have you guys offered to give her a discount and remake her food then also offer her either a cookie or brown and tell us it will be 15 minutes then for me to have to ask you 25 minutes later where are food is when you're already serving someone else's food that came in after us and ordered food and then when we finally get the food you also don't have the cookie or the brownie that you promised her and did not give her a discount and have employees that are delivery drivers that assume they're going to get a tip by not carrying money on them and then to catch attitude with people because of the fact that you're not able to control your own employees get it together people you are being watched and judged on your behavior if you can't handle your job don't do it

Very friendly personal, fast and easy order processing. The pan pizza with cheese, tomatoes and jalapenos was excellent and delicious. We were definitely satisfied.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and when the delivery person showed up, it was only an empty box - they forgot my pizza. 3 stars because the box smelled like pizza.
