Horrible customer service. I decided to get 2 pieces meal (just chicken breast available) since didn’t have chicken tenders at that moment. After they charged me for a meal they told me if I wanted another side since they just realized didn’t have mashed potatoes, I ask for fries and didn’t have them available either. I ask for my money back (still charged me for the drink) and went to another place. I just don’t understand if they were just having fun with the customers or what :/

As others have stated, it is extremely difficult to order at this location unless you are fluent in Spanish. Not sure how that works when you're working at an American restaurant in a huge metropolitan American city but yet seemed like only the manager spoke and understood English correctly as she had to continually stop whatever she was doing to come translate customers orders for her employees. On top of that they were messing up orders and also overcharging as well as not charging customers for certain items basically because they did not understand what the customers were saying.... soooo how are you even working here??? Needless to say placing my order was a pain in the a** and definitely not worth the wait as my $5 2-piece special was overcooked & not really edible, just hard crust and overcooked, dry meat. The fries were soggy and undercooked. Everything taste as if they are using old dirty grease. The only bright spot was they were nice enough but the over all speed to take an order, accuracy of the order and quality of the food was beyond underwhelming. Basically threw it out when I got home. I would NOT suggest anyone go to this location... just not worth the time and money. Church's Chicken has definitely declined in quality over the years and this location is a clear example of how the fast food industry could care less about the serving public and more about lining their pockets.

Do not go to this restaurant after 9 PM they close when they want to. And before 930. I went at 9:13. The guy had biscuits and chicken and told me they were close.

Taking my order was a little bit complicated had a hard time giving them the water through drive-through then I pulled up to the window and I waited and waited and they were looking at other things and doing other stuff and finally ended up giving my food to me, chicken very very greasy, french fries greasy and warm, not what it used to be that had some of the best chicken and french fries the crinkle fries or great not anymore

I hate to give such a bad review but I have to be honest, if for nothing else, so that management can address some concerns. Though, there were about 5 or 6 employees it seemed only the girl in front and the cook were working. She was taking orders inside plus drive through along with serving/packaging all the orders and cashing out. We waited 5 to 10 minutes just to place our order with only 2 people ahead of us. If the other employees were on break they should not have been visible. I asked 1 of them for towels since the restroom was out, she went in back then handed me a roll of toilet paper that looked like it had previously fallen in the toilet. I had to drip dry my hands. The drumstick was ok but the crispy coating was bland. The breast tasted like the chicken had gone bad so I didn't eat any more. I then tried tenders but they were incredibly dried out like they'd been there beyond shelf life. The Mac n cheese was pretty good. The biscuit was not good and I was remarkably disappointed and will not attempt another Churches.

They got my order wrong, l live up in New Port Richey, so it's not like I can just run on down there so I called them multiple times and they never answered the phone, poor quality assurance and very poor customer service.

Re name this location Iglesias chicken.. barely able to communicate with your employees unless I speak Spanish..and how do you not have a two piece Texas feast as your plant city location has? I don't believe that.. unacceptable.. unprofessional. Get people with a good handle of English please. I say this as a Latino myself.

I was in a rush so I stopped at Church’s drive-thru. I got my food pretty quick but when I started eating I noticed the chicken tenders were not cooked thoroughly and the fries were soggy. Even the biscuit which is my favorite item there was not to part. I could not go back so I pretty much wasted my money.

Both counter ladies completely ignored me for 10 minutes while they chatted about a large order. When the meals finally arrived, I was so disappointed; I've always loved Church's chicken, but the bread was stale and the chicken was very tough. The French fries were mushy, and the facilities were not clean. We won't be coming back to this location.

The biscuits were super dry and hard they were glazed with a dry honey rub. The chicken was cold. We won't be going back again first and last time.

The worst taste of fried chicken I’ve ever had. No flavor at all. The mash potato was tasteless, French fries were a little better the honey biscuits tasteless. I miss the old Church’s chicken.

Awesome experience, very kind and extremely helpful. Even going down in cost with their suggestionsdue commentsi had made. The place was clean and tidy, and it was established well in the area. I didn't have to travel very far to get there. It's a great place to go and eat. We will return here again sometime. Thanks

The chicken was burnt up so bad and so old we couldn’t eat it. I’ll be going back there tomorrow for you. They won’t answer the phone either.

Just went over there and purchased 16 pieces mixed chicken. Mac n cheese was burned. Biscuits supposed to be 8 and they gave me 7. The young lady that was serving my food was rude. Never see me again.

Don't go to this place, so they don't steal your money. Half the chicken they sell is smaller than your hand

This location was just remodeled 👍🏾 The staff was friendly, but the food 👎🏾 the chicken is edible and crispy but BLAND.. the honey biscuit was overcooked. I asked for no ice in my drink but I received ice. Mash pots and gravy was the best thing. Oh the chicken still had a feather

They never have the spicy chicken when I go but that fried okra strawberry Fanta hit

  • 4/5 Precious C. 1 year ago on Google
OMG 😳 my food was extremely FRESH and good. I mean the OKRA was sooooo delicious ‼️🙌🏾 Chicken was a little over fried for me but most black Americans like it that way, so maybe they thought they were accommodating me 🤷🏾‍♀️🤨 and the gravy was a little watery.... But the OKRA was really what I went for so I was completely satisfied I ate everything thanks Ladies you guys did a great job‼️💜😁

Great chicken just wish it wasn't associated with Texas, lol. Store #1025 Ticket #40048 Order charged as dark, it was mixed, no legs, I ordered biscuits and didn't get charged or received any biscuits. Your phone doesn't work, lots of static when picked up.

We dined in. The food was delicious! Churchs is a fair distance from our home, so if we happen to be close, we make it a point to stop there. The best fried chicken we have found anywhere!

Since the closing of my local Churches chicken, we found ourselves in the vicinity of the Town and Country store. Chicken was delicious and employee was happy and helpful.

Slightly Undercooked Bisquick and fries is the reason for not getting a 5 star rating. Very good customer service.

  • 1/5 michael q. 1 year ago on Google
They gave me old food the biscuit was hard and sponge-like,the polo was dry ,over heat- lamped too long, the macaroni and cheese was oily and separated like old cheese, it also contained a foreign material clearly not consistent with macaroni and cheese. Clearly there was fresh food in sight right in front of me. I surely didn't understand why my food came from around the corner, which was weird. The employees were rude and disapproving of my presence.Im an Irish immigrant and I don't appreciate being treated like a slave owner. I'm not a cracker...I'm Irish Mafia and I won't be disrespected. Meanwhile your restaurant is filthy.

I will never understand why this place has stayed around for so long. The chicken is not only bland, but greasy to a disgusting level. It practically oozes off the breading and leaves a puddle. Once I sat a couple tenders on some napkins to soak up the excessive grease, and the napkins were completely saturated.

Food was great. I think the staff were having problems with the drive through intercoms. Once I got to the window I had to repeat my order several time. They were on the slow side

  • 2/5 Jason F. 2 years ago on Google
They never have spicy chicken, but they're regular fried chicken is overflowing with grease and has no seasoning to it. Has a very plain "oil bread and chicken" flavor to it. Staff has always been friendly though
