There was a change of management from them. They cheat their customers. Just for the money. I took my car to them for an oil change. I thought it was the same staff and management. It turned out to be a complete substitution. I trusted them by changing the oil in my car. Next I was told that the car had a lot of work to do. The parts need to be replaced. Make me a very expensive offer when I know more about it. My friend suggested going to auto zone to test. It turns out that most of the questions aren't true. The test results show that the car is normal. No repairs are needed. It makes me very disappointed in their behavior. Get your car tested before you are told that there are many problems to be fixed. I don't want you wasting your money here. And not at a reasonable price. If you don't care about money. Then you can ignore my advice. I wouldn't recommend them for me or my friends.

My overall experience here was far superior than any other shop I’ve been here. Austin was extremely friendly, and worked very hard to insure my car got back on the road in a very reasonable time, and took the time to explain to me what the issue was. The guys here are very honest, with great prices, and do great work. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back.

Austin was very nice and made sure my car was taken care of. Tire Choice Auto Service overall is reasonable and fair when it comes to prices on your complete auto care needs. Dropped the car off for a leaking tire. They called when done several hours later and said they had patched it. I looked at the mileage when I dropped it off to read it to the service tech. When I picked the car up there were 8 more miles on it? I understand maybe taking the car out after the tire is back on to make sure everything is ok but 8 miles is a trip somewhere, not a quick test drive for a patched tire? Very Strange that they would use my car for something when it is in their possession. I wouldn't trust them to leave any vehicles there again.

I didn't get their names but the two young guys working took care of my car quicker than I've ever experienced before! Everything else was closed nearby, so I came in at 5:05 (less than an hour before close) with a screw in my tire, they plugged it, and I walked out the door within 20 minutes. Extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks guys!

Don’t go here. Maybe they were good a couple of years ago but not now. They lie and attempted to over charge me for tires. Then called after I refused and went somewhere else with an actual normal price for tires for a little Toyota Corolla. They also lied about my car alignment warranty. They said a year and then it changed to 3 months which makes no sense. Save your money.

I went there today to put to have tires put on my vehicle. I told Brian the manager that I definitely want my old tires. When it was all finished putting the new tires on I said where are my tires. They wheeled two to the front from the back of the of the building. I was watching outside from the bay. Brian said oh two of them got stolen. Within an hour-and-a-half of waiting there two of my tires were stolen. That makes no sense at. I do recall a guy coming in and asking if he could have the metal rim behind the shop. Brian said yeah go back and grab it. Without any supervision at all he was able to go behind the shop. Sounds like I was scammed for my tires. I have a witness and all this is on camera. Brian told me oh he must have taken your tires. I told Brian my tire should have never been in back of the shop outside in the first place. He said it was miscommunication between him and the technician Then Brian sayswhat do you want me to do. I can't prove it but I believe my tires were stolen and Brian had something to with it. My tires Uniroyal tires with over 30,000 miles left on them.

Great Customer service is hard to come by now days so when you experience it, it’s important for it to be recognized. I actually didn’t get anything serviced at the shop but I would say that adds to the review. Without anything to gain, Manager Brian helped me with my car needs and went above and beyond to get me a referral I needed to take my car to a dealership. This is something I see he didn’t have to do, but he did and was kind throughout the process. Thank you Brian for your customer service and being more than accommodating to me. Much respect!!

I really wanted to give a five star because the gentleman at the front counter was awesome but how are you going to get your tires replaced to none of the psi in the tires match or are accurate to what supposed to be on there according to the tire and you lose my aftermarket valve caps without saying anything to me and putting some piece of plastic on there like I won’t notice that my solid metal one was missing that’s pretty messed up considering I just gave you almost $400!

I've been coming here for years. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The Mangers and employees have all been great! 😊 They have always gone above and beyond to help with the best price, best options etc. I want to say thank you all so much for all your help. I've gone to this shop for years and they always treat me well. Most recently, I went in for an AC repair a couple months ago. I continued to have some issues and went back in again today and they found the problem and fixed it without additional charges. Stellar service as always.

These guys are awesome. They got me in due to emergency and out pretty quickly considering it was a busy Saturday. Very laid back shop reminds of my dad's shop way back in the day.

I always brought my car here. Came here expecting the same good and FAIR treatment, but it turns out there is new management. They tried to charge me $5k for simple repairs—what a joke. Got it done for less than $1k just around the block. Don’t trust these scammers.

I highly recommend coming to this location because they provide the best customer service. Sean, the store manager took the time to go over everything that would be worked on and provided a quick estimate. With the holiday season I definitely needed to take care of the issues with my vehicle with a great turn around time and they provided just that! Outstanding service. Honest car repair shop. They fixed what needed to be done, and let me know that other repairs were needed, but recommended it be done by a manufacturer repair shop due to my car being an import. Most other shops would nickle and dime you, instead they did the right thing. Recommend this shop above all others. Profesional, trustworthy, and honest.
