    I got tires on the payment plan. My bill was 68 per month. After talking a little more about paying the tires off after 120 days the seller and I agreed that me paying 109 every 2 weeks would get that accomplished. I admit I didn't do the math and probably should have. Now 6 payments ago it should have been paid off but its not so I called them. They can see I paid more but it didn't pay it off like they suggested it would so I owe another 500 dollars on tires. Called to discuss it and there was nothing I could do even after offering to pay them off today if they would cut some off the price.

    I have bought tires from RNR in Bossier City LA. In January 2021 i bought these tires. These guys are debit card bandits. They started debited my account every Monday and every Friday talking about late fees and through debited twice a week and sometime 3 times. They took over $500 a month in some cases. They debited so far over $5000 these are crooks. You will be better going to a payday loan its the same and I will never do this again. This is a worst experience I have had. I advise anyone not to do this. Now they are sending me threatning text talking about they coming time take the tires I paid aleeady. They are the worst customer service.

    If I could leave NO stars I would! WORSE business in Albany hands down! Me and my husband bought rims AND tires (spent almost $4,000). No alignment was done and for some reason they felt the need to unlink the sway bars. There were no notes as to what they did before or after the installment either (I have the paper work). After 3 1/2 months, the front tread on the tires were BALD! We returned to them and they told us they couldn't do anything on the truck as the ball joints were bad, as well as the lower, right and left control arms. This was no issue when they installed the tires and rims! Upon calling they're corporate office and explaining that no one checked the front end of the truck prior to installing, their Regional Director, told us that they didn't check for any problems prior to installing rims and tires because their "techs" were not mechanics and "didn't pretend to be". (so how are all these services offered if they aren't trained to perform the service) They told us they couldn't replace the tires until the issues were resolved and gave us a price estimate of roughly $800.00 for the "repairs that needed to be done". My husband took the truck to have JUST the ball joints replaced ($250), as that was the ONLY issue! Upon taking the truck BACK to the for them to replace the tires, they didn't do the alignment AGAIN!! The man there said their lift wouldn't go high enough to do it, so again we are taking the truck ELSE WHERE, to have an alignment done that is gonna cost us another $125 that THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY,MONEY OR PATIENCE, GOING TO THIS JOKE OF A TIRE SERVICE CENTER! Hope I save someone else the frustration and aggravation of having to deal with these unprofessional liars! Never again will RNR get my money!! I am absolutely DISGUSTED!

    This company is a joke. I'm not even a customer, I was used as a reference and they call and harrass me as if I owe them the money. My sister got a WEEK behind and they went to her job, sent threatening text messages, multiple phone calls per day. They have overdrawn her bank account multiple times putting her in a worse position. The staff at 22nd and alvernon need to be replaced.

    Definitely a 0 star service location.I was Trying to make a one week payment because my check was short the account manager wouldn’t take my payment stating I had to pay two weeks by the end on day being loud rude and Obnoxious. Then she hung up on me clearly being disrespectful they text you threatening you. So I called back to speak to someone else preferably who’s a lot more friendly and the account manager claims I can’t talk to anyone else but her. Lord if I could take my car back and get these tires off and have it towed somewhere else I would. Why work in customer service if your attitude is constantly nasty and snobby. It’s very clear that corporate can care less about how their account managers act. Memphis location

    0 STARS. This is BY FAR the WORST tire and rim place I have EVER been to. The account managers are RUDE. THEY THREATEN YOU OVER PHONE AND TEXT. They lose payments. They take more money from your account than is authorized!! They DO NOT try to work with you on payments KNOWING the economy is down right now. When I called and asked for the corporate number I was told they are a franchise and that there wasn't a corporate office but clearly there is. They keep threatening me with a bonds team although I have asked multiple times for my payments to be looked into because I think they lose payments and/or can't keep track properly. I don't even answer phone calls anymore because of how RUDE they are. I asked for a copy of my contract and a copy of all my payment break down.. I'm EXTREMELY upset at the unauthorized charge to my account. An amount that is way over my weekly payment amount. I'm also upset with the customer service being received. Terrible place.     RNR isn't worth the one star so my truck was stolen and they rook to RNR and they put tires on I just gotten new tires on it that cost me a 1000 so we I did get my truck back my tires that I put on there was not on my truck so fast forward a little bit after all the he'll I been though I go ro get in my truck yesterday morning and it's is sitting on blocks...wttfso now I'm out my new tires I have nothing at all

    I need help. I signed up for the 6 months same as cash payment plan. I have paid over $400 more dollars than I should have, and my card is still being charged. Not only is it still being charged, they are random amounts. I called the local dealer where I purchased the tires, and they say I still owe over $800 on the tires! The rep was very rude to me and couldn't clearly explain why I still owe that much money. The only option I have is to cancel my card they have on file, but risk them stealing my tires when I'm away. PLEASE HELP!

    Horrible company. I asked for corporate number and was told I can google it. I asked for autopay to be removed last week and was ignored and they continued to take money out of my account. They text asking when I’ll make a payment, I say Saturday and they take it out Thursday instead. Absolutely ridiculous!!

    I normally don't do reviews but I had to this one. I had surgery August 18 and I've had a lot of complications since then, malnourishment, dehydration and then some. My boyfriend recommended RNR Tire since this is his to go place to get "good quality tires" since I not collection 100% of my payment and currently on short term disability I said let's do it - I trust his judgment (especially when he knows about tires) I went into the West Palm Beach location - the environment was nice - very sweet employees, there was a bit of miscommunication through text but it got resolved no big deal. The finance lady was sweet - I explained to her what had happened to me since I had just recently was discharged from the hospital and was in a lot of pain. I signed my papers, got my tires and went on my way. I made my 1st payment through text -- no problem. This weekend I was released once again from the hospital on Thursday I get a text on Saturday that I need to make a payment -- I texted back advising that I was released from the hospital can I make a double payment on the 3rd of November -- I was immediately told no and that i need to call on Monday to make the payment even after I explained I was released from the hospital. I called RNR Tire and spoke to the once nice finance person who continue to ask me "if my health issue was going to be a continuation problem for me not to pay the tires..." not that my health is an excuse but the insensitivity in her part to represent a company had me in complete shock!!! I am a very down to earth person I don't like conflicts at all but to get that reaction after I even made the attempt to pay twice?! Had me in complete tears. I advised her to please provide me the complete amount of the tires so I can find a way to pay them in full even if I have to be short a check and even if I have to continue to be behind on the rest of my bills not just the tires.

    I live in Anderson sc and they came and took my rims and there tires but I made payments and they put my car on blocks, they kept calling me a week prior saying I need to make my payments but, I’ve made my payments, I will sue them for touching my car on private property!!!

    I purchase 2 brand new tire $300 each. sold me the most expensive ones, so i only bought two and I would go back for the other two later. I got the payment plan to pay them off as soon as possible to safe. I was suppose to be on a monthly plan same as cash, but i paid them off in 6 weeks, they took out 2 payments in one week plus was told i had to pay so much to close the account. I did but I want my over payments back.

    I have had such a horrible first experience with this company, It has me really considering never coming back. From the get go it has been one horrible nightmare, staff has been so rude and not knowledgeable about how to fix problems with your accounts, taking all different kinds of amounts out for payments and they have no answers of why this is happening. The amount of the tires is not understandable at all, one time it is one thing the next it is another. Just very dissatisfied !!!!

    RNR is a scam and they will break your lug nut and refuse to take fault . I wish I read the reviews about how they get down . Hiring folks that don’t know nothing about tires or rims . I was told false promises and at this point a lawyer will getting involved with how much money i spent for they screw ups . Florissant Mo have folks that LIE. Do better or in the next 10 years this company will have a down fall for the screw ups .

    I need help and I'm not getting anywhere with the local branch in bossier city they are rude and they are charging my card random amounts every day I got rims and tires on a 6 month plan I am 8 months in and still getting charged !! I have asked how much is still owed they will not tell me they say I'm late on a payment I have never been late for the last 7/8 months on a 6 month plan .I have called and left messages to corporate office with no return calls I am fed up with this if no relief soon I will take other measures!!

    I'm having trouble with them too. I had my tires since 2019/20. My payout felled on a Sunday. I went Monday morning to payoff my account they told me I could not because it went to the normal price . That was wrong bc it felled on Sunday. So I continue paying on it. I been in and out the hospital for my heart and legs I had to put stints in my heart and legs I been out of work. I'm disable no money I burrow money all just to try to give them something on it. I gave them 100,60,80,and 80 my bill supposed to be 350.oo they charge you $5 away for last fee. Your late fees is 4 times your bill. Now they are threatening me to press charges on me for theft and I do my best to give them when I can . That's wroto trust a loyal customer thatng

    Jeff Hays and Milton were beyond helpful whenever things happened. I definitely recommend anyone needing help financing tire/wheels coming to any RNR. They truly do care and are amazing people.

    After being only one week late and having explained my situation of my employer not giving me my check on payday, they refused to work with me and came to my home and took the wheels and tires, leaving my car on blocks and lug nuts on the ground surrounding my car! All over a $79 payment that was one week late! I have never experienced anything like this in all my life. These people are rude and ruthless and lack all customer service skills and empathy. After installing the tires my car started to shake really bad. I took it back and they say they fixed it but it was not. I would not do business with this company! You’d be better off ordering them from an online retailer. Fort Wayne, IN.

    RNR SHOULD do better with telling customers if a payout amount is this amount then it SHOULD BE That ... my rims Buyout price was $930 I called again A week later ITS NOW $965... Y'all secretly going up without letting customers know the fees.. Talking about we got to get paid too.... Do better in Memphis TN location COVINGTON PIKE.. People just getting over with this company.. NOTHING but a scam company.

    I am in with rnr in Lancaster Ohio, the place is a joke. Refuse to give me my contract, doesn't respond when you contact them, we agreed on a payment plan and they went back on our agreement. The place is a joke. And deserves to be shut down. Why be in business if your going to treat your customers like that? Can't ever get ahold of corporate cause they never answer the phone. Rnr is a joke and don't care about you as long as they get their money. In my book you deserve 0 starts out of 5. Not even a 1. Place is a joke.

    Bait and switch .BEWARE***BEWARE*** I purchased a Groupon to have my brakes changed and an alignment .I also was purchasing rotors .I dropped off the car .About 29 minutes later they took me to the back and said that I needed new tires that two of them were damaged .I am about 99% sure that they damaged them . I told them that was fine just replace the brakes and rotors .I would get my tires replaced elsewhere .I took an Uber and left .They then called me and said they would not do a brake change if I did not purchase new tires from them as they could not guarantee their work . Which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard . Anyone looking to have any honest work done shoukd look elsewhere when in new port Richey

    Edit* The Valdosta store has since corrected my complaint by installing sensors and offering a complimentary alignment for the future. Specifically Dave, huge thank you! Their Valdosta location is a scam. This company over charges for tires if you finance with them, I’m sure at any location. $5k for some $1,500 tires? You’d be better off using after pay options somewhere else. Then you can pay less and get better service somewhere else. In addition, they don’t tell you the sensors they had you get because yours won’t work with their tires will be taken back if you return prior to paying your loan off. So, that puts you out $320 to replace what was never broken. And they charge you $86 to swap tires after saying it’s free. It’s almost like they just wanted to make sure they got a little more money out of you before you left. Knowing good and well they will resell the tires and make even more.
