I have nothing to complain about this place. I've had no problems at all, I'd like the easy APP entry access from your phone that's really awesome no problem at all, it's been great so far. Except I did have trouble when I 1st was getting the storage unit the person that was running the place at the time was most of the time Missing in action it took me 5 hours of that day either on the phone or on the door step or both combine trying to get somebody to help me rent a unit.

The staff employed was obviously not happy being there. She lacked any proper greeting communication/ customer service skills. I decided not to use their services.

Worts place ever first they advertised first month free which is not true then they been closed since Wednesday I been trying to get my furniture out and I haven’t been able today is Sunday , I have called and left several messages as well as messages through the app and no one has replied to me. I had to get another storage at a different company due to this one been so unprofessional I opted for a storage facility to make my move easier and this location has made it super stressful.

If you want to pay $360 (180 for the first 6 months and then it has jumped up 4 times since then and have had the unit for barely over 2 years) for a 10 x 15 unit and have no access to a cart, this place is for you. Actively looking for a different location. Edit: found out they raise the price every 6 months. 🙄 It was cheaper to move my stuff to a new unit at the facility which is the dumbest thing I had to do, but at least that gives me 6 months of a normal price unit while I look. They were awesome for making that adjustment but it shouldn't have come to that point.

Kia was amazing ! Found me great discounts and was very informative. She even picked up a piece of trash she found on the floor while showing me the unit. She loves her job and she’s probably the best part of my moving day! Thank you Kia !

I was thinking all storage facilities are the same, then I came across Public Storage and Stacy. The W Waters Ave Tampa location is convenient, the facility condition is the best out of the 3 I toured but the deciding factor was the manager, Stacy. Her genuine concern for my storage needs and her experience matching my needs and her offerings made me realize I found the storage solution I was looking for. Stacy searched several fields to find what worked for me in a very pleasant and professional manner. She is a valuable asset to Public Storage and made me feel I made the right decision signing up with a facility manager that cares as much about the customer as Stacy does.

Upon arriving at this location, I was greeted at the front door by Kia, the facility manager. Kia was very helpful and engaging in our decision process on what unit and parking space to rent. I really appreciate her attentiveness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend this location. John

Chelsea was a tremendous help through the entire process of initial rental and then having to upgrade to a larger unit.

I received excellent customer service assistance from Danny. He was patient, resourceful and a great listener. He made sure to guarantee I received the best quality offer for my money. I will definitely tell others and use this storage place again, based on my outstanding experience.

This facility is good, spacious, and has updated entry and exits... (download the app) , clean, they are currently painting the facility and it looks good, the Manager Stacy is knowledgeable and upbeat,and always will to help.

Latecia made my experience special. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It took me a long time to decide and choose which unit I wanted but Latecia was not bothered. She was very patient. Thank you for the great service provided. I will definitely recommend this location.

Danny P was one of the most helpful and professional service people I have dealt within a long long time. He stayed a little late for me as I was stuck in traffic. He guided me thru the rental process with the utmost professionalism. I would gladly recommend Public Storage to anyone after the help I received

Danny spoke to me personally about my reservation and was in depth to explain the process and procedure of me leasing a space.
