    My partner and I went twice looking for engagement rings. The first time we were treated nicely by a gentleman, and then he referred us to a woman to help us. First of all, when going into a place like Tiffany’s, part of paying for the brand is also paying for a refined experience. That is not what we experienced with the woman, I think her name is Priscilla Chan. I acted coy as if I didn’t know about engagement rings so that she could walk us through it all (of course I had read all about them beforehand). She didn’t even explain the full 4Cs. The second time we came, the same woman approached us and we didn’t really feel welcomed. I found a combo I liked: a Tiffany True with a harmony band. I mentioned I would like the Tiffany True with an edge band that doesn’t cut at the sides. Then I asked if it’s something that can be customized. Her response left much to be desired. She said: “the company isn’t going to change their design for you.” Upon hearing that, I looked at my partner and we politely left. I get what she was saying, but many other ways she could’ve said that. For example: “I think that would look great, unfortunately, this is a locked design that we can’t change.” She ruined the whole experience for us, we can’t redo the Tiffany experience. We will go to another store or a private jeweler for a custom, personal and unique piece.

    Wanted to drop off jewelry for cleaning. Saw a few people outside the store waiting for service. They informed me there was a problem and the store was closed. A few minutes later the manager Joanne Benigno came out, I asked to speak with her. The whole time she continued to address the person I was with. After a few moments I asked her why she would not address me. Usually, when you are having a one on one conversation with someone common courtesy is to look that person in the eye or at least face them when talking. She said she faced the person I was with because they asked her a question. As I stated earlier I thought she would then turn and talk directly to me but she continued to answer my questions without directing it to me. At this point I did feel she was being very disrespectful. When I asked her again why she would not address me directly she replied that I was attacking her and also said a few more rude comments and walked away. I was told by another employee that other customers were very upset that the store was closed prior to me arriving. Not sure but after that comment I feel the manager took her aggression, rude and disrespectful behavior out on me. Another staff member came out and said they could not take my items to be cleaned because they did not have adequate staff and that she was also not allowed to physically handle the item. I was also told that they could not conduct any business at all which included purchases, exchanges or returns. There was another couple who was there after me and she did help them and took there item which she had to handle and took it at the service door. I then walked over to the service door with another customer and we asked an employee that came out to give us the managers business card. They started telling us but directing there comments to me that the store was closed and they made exceptions to help some customers. I at this time have already spent more time discussing my concerns and asked if they could just get me business card. This seemed to take a long time for them to return and I almost left when finally the Director of the store Franni Stevens came out to talk with me. She acted surprised not to know what I needed. I did tell her I’m sure you are aware of my concerns and she said she did not. I felt that she did because she made a few comments that pertained to me. At this time I had enough and asked if she had the managers business card which she pulled out of her pocket. I don’t know why she just did not give it to me as soon as she came out. This was a very disappointing experience with the employees at your store today. Also, it is never a good policy to decide to help some customers and not all. If the store is closed and you stated come back another day then that would have solved all concerns and not making exceptions. If you help one you should help all.

    I’ve visited the Tiffany and Company store at the international Plaza in Tampa Florida twice. The second visit was so accommodating and pleasant that I even changed my mind of continuing to conduct business with Tiffany’s. The representative who helped me was Susanna Perez, and she made my very special gift for my mom and myself feel like I was making $1 million purchase. She was kind, caring, sweet, and most importantly professional which represent at Tiffany’s in such a positive light. I will highly recommend Tiffany’s and Susanna to any of my friends and family with no doubt at all, and only because of Susanna I will continue to purchase items from Tiffany’s when I’m able to. I want to say thank you to Susana again for helping me with my exchange, Because she completely turned around the other most negative experience I had during my first visit to the store. I will definitely come back to see her again when I fall in love with another beautiful piece at Tiffany’s. Thank you so much .

    Today we came in to hand in my jewelry for polishing and were greeted by Mark. He was very professional, attentive and took care of every detail. Such a pleasant gentleman. And he didn’t even know we were purchasing yet another beautiful gift. Mark was patient with me, helpful and made my choice easier. Thank you Mark. We will return. ——— I love this store. Every single time the sales assistants have been courteous, attentive, friendly and very helpful. Miss Medina was very knowledgeable. Never disappointed. ——— Here we are again for another wonderful gift. Irene was our sales assistant and I highly recommend her ... she was amazing and informative. Always top notch service and another great buying experience.

    I can say I am completely disappointed with this company and I will never purchase any jewelry from them. I purchased a pink heart necklace and on Christmas morning when my daughter opened it, it was tarnished. I had to wait another week after Christmas to receive my replacement with just a sorry for your problem. I was expecting for some type of credit or gift card for the inconvenience since they send me a defective product but I got a” you will receive the replacement and sorry that we ruined your daughter’s Christmas morning”

    I purchased a Tiffany Soleste Oval Halo Engagement Ring with a Diamond Platinum Band as well as a Tiffany Soleste V Wedding Band. The customer service in the store was amazing, especially for someone like me who has never spent that much on jewelry or diamonds before. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process with ease. Most importantly, my now wife loves both. I plan to got back and get another Soleste V wedding band for our one year anniversary.

    Wonderful service by Mrs Medina. We walked in right before the store was closing and the sales representative was welcoming and helpful. She helped my husband pick a ring for me for our anniversary and did a phenomenal job. By looking at my wedding ring she guessed my style and size and found a perfect match. We will be back here.     Nothing better than being followed around like you’re about to steal something. I’ve worked in retail before, and I understand you have to acknowledge guests as soon as they walk in and let them know if there’s anything they need to let you know/ be in the vicinity. But to literally be 5 steps behind you at every counter you lay your eyes on is ridiculous and uncomfortable. If I need something I’ll let you know lol. As a regular Tiffany’s customer (and one who was wearing over $500 of jewelry at the time of being in the store), I encourage you to spend your dollars at another store where you’re not made out to be a thief.

    Tiffany & Company did a wonderful job on my cleaning of my jewelry and considering it is free why would you complain and the fact yes has to purchase two earing back for $25 each as I lost the other two you would want to math them and stay better fit for that earing as a gift from family than to loose it. My other didn't understand why $25 a piece for the back like my Dad would but then realize it's real silver as explained it is 9.25 worth each back. Especially since my busy life I forget to bring the receipt of all things but that is why you have your ID and better to put the other incase you can not make it to pick up your jewelry...so I love Tiffany & Company to make sure it is you for your protection to pick up your jewelry in a meaningful way or if a gift from your family or your late husband.

    I went to a Tiffany store on 12-2-2023 in Tampa Florida at the International Plaza. I left my diamond earrings to be cleaned while I shopped in the mall. When I picked up my earrings one of the earring backs was broken and would not stay on the earring. When I dropped off the earrings a lady examined my earrings and could see that both earring backs were in great working condition. I asked for a replacement since it was not broken when I dropped off my earrings. I was wearing the earrings and took them off to be cleaned. I could not have worn the earrings if the earring back had been broken. I was told that I would have to purchase one for $120.00 plus tax, ($129.00). I have bought many pieces of jewelry over the years and have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany. This same day I even purchased a men's gold wedding band for $1,569.50 at the same time that I dropped off my diamond earrings to be cleaned. I am extremely upset with Tiffany for treating me (a long time customer) this way. At this point I will never purchase another Tiffany product again. I purchased the earring back because I felt as if I had no other choice, because I cannot wear the earring without a back on it. Beware of Tiffany's treatment to customers AFTER you purchase an item.

    Lynne V is absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I were fortunate enough to come across her very early in our relationship before we were married in fact. My girlfriend at the time was looking for a graduation gift for me online and had decided to buy me a business card holder and have it personalized. What she didn’t realize is that I was trying to surprise her with a gift as well. Lynne not only pulled off that surprise but her attention to detail and customer service was so superior to any shopping experience that she had secured a spot in our lives forever.     Came in Sat 20th 415pm had the worst service, handed driving license and couldn't find the ring for pickup after resizing. I would think Tiffany's would be so much better at service. The agent was horrid, def not good experience and the brand image and the agent don't match.

    Went there today to pick up a sterling cup for our soon arriving grandson. They do limit entries and we waiting about 2 minutes. Inside everyone was very helpful, which is what we have come to expect at Tiffany’s.

    Irene there was just a lifesaver she's overnighting my wife's birthday present. Tiffany's is the classiest store in town with the classiest people yet they treated me like a king in shorts in tennis shoes. We went in there last year and it was the same incredible experience. The Paloma Picasso jewelry is amazing and not out of the reach of normal people price wise. I just bought a Picasso at Tiffany's and it's money well spent. Thank you for being such fantastic people!

    They do not buff rings here, unlike many other locations. It’s confusing as to why some stores do and some don’t and just send them out which costs $50.

    I love Tiffany’s, and have had the best experiences with Susana. She is so kind, and takes the time to share insight on some of Tiffany’s pieces and the background of their design. I found that so interesting how much thought goes into every single piece. She has gone over and above for me with my purchases, stop in and see her if you plan on going!

    Great customer service. Wish I remember the names of the 3 people who helped us. 2 lady’s and 1 gentleman that was new! Gave us great service and treated us very kindly. Wasn’t pushy, told us whatever price we asked for and also showed us some stuff we couldn’t afford but loved looking at lol! My girlfriend loves the necklace. Whole staff was professional and helpful. Also loved how they wrap and make a bow for you! We will be back!

    Went in to have a piece of jewelry cleaned, was rudely told by a older man that I’d need to drop it off and have it shipped back to my house. Don’t understand that policy, since the Orlando Tiffany’s was able to clean it immediately. Horrible experience.

    Hope has provided excellent customer service as well as the store director. Hope helped me surprise my wife with an anniversary ring. I had bought a 6.5 size ring, then I realized my wife is a 5.5 size, so, Hope exchanged it to a 5.5. I gave my wife the ring on our anniversary (Tuesday) and then on Sunday I planned with Hope to have more of a selection and they would allow an exchange even if we chose a smaller ct. ring. This way I can actually see the new ring in her hand and with her 2.25 ct. engagement ring to see which one looks better. We came Sunday and they had the room was ready for us, as usual, we had champagne and I ended up getting a more unique piece, which has 5 diamonds totalling 1.5 ct. and there were only 6 of these rings in inventory worldwide, but Hope had it ready for us :) Very happy to visit Tiffany's, it's always a pleasant experience.
