I had been looking for a jeweler to be able to match one of my ring's gems that I had cracked years ago. Jeweler after jeweler said that they couldn't match the cut nor the color of the other stone that is until Gabriel was recommended to me by a big name jewelry store. I was told that Gabriel was amazing and if anyone could help me, it would be him and guess what - he did and it was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this jewelry store. My fiancé and I went in to get my engagement ring resized. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. At first the sales associate said I would probably have to wait until Monday to pick it up. And then the jeweler came over and I asked him if he could do it today and he said yes!! Perfectly done, and we only waited about 20 minutes. Very accommodating, would 100% recommend!

Outstanding family providing outstanding service at reasonable prices. They were beyond helpful even changing the piece I purchased for me at no extra cost. Now good jewelry is never cheap but they made me realize I wasn't being taken advantage of with them unlike the three stores I went into before opening their door. Absolutely amazing!! I get compliments on my ring and band everyday! I had a very specific vision which required a lot of requests for the ring. He considered durability but also added the custom dainty flair I wanted such as a hidden halo and diamond prongs. The band was also a custom make by Gabriel. I told him what I wanted and he created it! He is patient and understanding of my picky requests. Not only does he fulfill it but also does it perfect! I LOVE his work!

Amazing! My white gold wedding band looked pretty rough - scratches, dings, and the yellow color was coming through. Gabriel made it look BRAND NEW! Super shiny and bright "white!" It looks like it did when I got married 5 years ago!

WOW! Customer Service at its best!!!! I had a special request to remake a pendant I had made for my wife when I was in Kuwait serving in the military. She lost the pendant. I only had a few pictures that really were not great. I went to a couple other jewelers (Mavilo was one of them) who just blew me off with the classic we can't do it! But the ability to do it vs the attitude of we just don't want to do it for whatever reason made me upset. I found King Jewelers on line and walked in. From that moment it was a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I had several other smaller jobs with watches and a chain. They handled those effortlessly. Then the big project came up. Gabriel, a magnificent master craftsman spent around 40 minutes, giving me his undivided attention on the first meeting then another 30 on the second one, before going to work. Then he made a proto type for final approval. Man, he nailed it. I gave him final guidance and he finished it off. Absolutely beautiful piece of jewlery! My wife loves it. She commented that the new one was nicer, more beautiful than the original, which I thought I would never hear. Gabriel is a world class master craftsman who cares about his customers. He and his family employees are there for you. You will never get STUCK with a piece of jewelery you are not happy with. They will always work to make you happy. I will bring my jewelry business back to King without hesitancy!!!!!

I brought in a necklace and requested they use the stones to make a ring. They did an absolutely incredible job and the ring turned out beautiful. They used some of the same designs from the ring to where it still looks similar, but a more modern design. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and talented!
