    Great service. I took my wife today to get a 25th anniversary silver ring. Shelby helped us pick a bridal set, she was very helpful and took time with us to get the rite one. Also the manager was helpful too. They just won a long time customer. Thank you Shelby.

    I bought a ring for my wife less than a year ago and the diamond fell out and as made as it made me I wanted to give your company a chance to make right and Sabrina in westshore mall in Tampa didn't let us down. She replaced ring no questions asked and thanks to her I will continue to shop at your jewelry store. Thanks Sabrina...

    About a month ago I went in for my insurance inspection. The man who helped me let me know my middle diamond was loose and would need to be sent off to be tightened. When it got back to the store, they called to let me know I could come pick it up. Their website and hours on Google said they opened at 11am. I arrived a little after 11 and the woman refused to let me in and told me to come back later because they didn't open til noon. Thankfully another employee offered to help me, but wouldn't let me come in the shop so I wasn't able to see them inspect the ring prior to giving it back to me. I had the ring less than 48 hours when I saw that a diamond was missing. I had worn the ring for a total of 7 hours since having it back. I immediately call this store (this was around 3:30pm) to let them know and the woman who answered scheduled me to come in that day at 4:15pm. I drove 45 minutes across town and when I arrived, the store was dark and the door was closed. There was note on the door that said they were on break and wouldn't be back until 4:40. I waited a bit and when I saw the woman you I had scheduled the appointment with I told her I was there for my 4:15 appointment. She refused to help me or let me in the store and told me I would have to wait until 4:40 since "they hadn't been able to take their break". Needless to say I did not stick around and went to another Kay where I was given the help I needed. Regardless of if they had taken a break or not, I don't understand why all the employees working were taking a break at the exact same time. And if I had called less than 45 minutes earlier to schedule an appointment, why did she not tell me to come at a different time? My interactions at this particular location with this specific employee have been horrible each time. It's also upsetting that when the ring was sent to the design center it wasn't thoroughly inspected to ensure all the diamonds were secure. Overall a very poor experience and I won't be going back.

    AVOID THIS PLACE AS AN EMPLOYEE AT ALL COSTS!! Hands down the worst job I have had. The assistant manager Maurice was extremely abusive verbally and only did so when the main manager Teo wasn’t there. The day that was my last day on February 3rd I told Maurice not to ball up the audits in my face if I did them wrong as she always did, she told me to clock out. I told her no and called the main manager and when he got there he was furious and told me that he did not know if he could believe my story and I walked out on shift. We were not trained properly, the managers were not following COVID precautions, wiping down any jewelry, doing temperature checks or ANYTHING. The manager always favored one of the other Spanish girls Massiel and would make a huge mess in the store for me to clean up. The manager said he would let me shadow him after I begged to be trained and I didn’t do that once. Maurice claimed that she would always help train me and give me all the correct training papers and gave me one training paper in the whole three months that I was there. Once me and her weren’t getting alone after 2 months of abuse, she started cutting my hours and giving everyone else more hours. The abuse I endured from the assistant manager all started when she left her customer alone in the store for more than 5 minutes and he asked me 3 times for help and I ended up selling him a $1300 Movado watch and she abused me ever since. She took customers from me, saying they were hers when I had done a full greeting, took advantage of me to du managerial duties and completely treated me horribly. The manager even told me in front of Maurice that he wanted to let her go and promote me to assistant manger and the way I was treated in there was so bad I quit on the spot. Altogether, these are the worst two people I’ve EVER seen in management and the level of unprofessionalism I endured in 3 months there was an ABSOLUTE HELL. I feel awful for any new employees that are going to work there because they will not be properly trained, be thrown on the floor and expected to perform as well as properly trained people. One time Maurice, the assistant manager told me that if me or another girl asked her a question then she would take half the sale and then she denied it at the work meeting and the manager Teo started screaming at me until I cried. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone literally in my whole life and I hope the district manager takes care of this situation in order to prevent future employee abuse.

    Absolutely the best service here from Dawn! She was the most helpful associate I have ever worked with. Throughout the past two years I have had so many issues with the rings set my husband bought me. The original people who sold us the rings messed up our entire account and every time I’ve come in to get an inspection or try and fix it. It’s been hours just to find my account, associates have added things to the accounts and made our situation even more complicated. This time I came in expecting to be here for a few hours and I got in an out in 45 minutes and during that 45 minutes with Dawn she fixed our entire account! That means we no-longer will have this issue, wow! She found out all the problems (merging accounts, wrong names, wrong skew numbers, wrong rings reported and locations) and changed them and inspected my ring and cleaned it! If that’s not service then I don’t know what is. On top of that she was so pleasant and knowledgeable I felt totally comfortable with her and can’t wait to purchase our next piece with her! So everyone if you want someone who’s KNOWS what they are doing and is great to work with Dawn is your girl. I have to say I have had the worst experience with Kay until Dawn helped us. Thank you Dawn I owe you one!

    Kay Jewelers International Plaza was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought a watch with life time warranty and service plan and went to the store to have it reordered (there was a defect in the watch). The Kay Jeweler would not even look at my watch or humor my request. She would barley even look at me. She wouldn't even speak to me about the matter and stated it is policy that Kays has no returns. Even though the return policy and contract clearly states I could return in 30 days. The watch was still in original packaging and had NEVER been worn. She looked in the bag and said there are scratches, and to go somewhere else. I have shopped at Kays for years but will be closing all my families accounts after this indecent. ****Update, since this review I was contacted by a Kay jeweler representative who offered to send a new watch and rectify the situation. Thank you to the customer relation staff who attempted to correct the situation.

    So my engagement ring was actually bought from a Kay in New Jersey but I live in Florida now, my friend is getting engaged, and I told her we had to come here. I think Kay jewelers just hires quality people because we had such a pleasant experience with June. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, and personable! We had gone into five other stores and did not receive anywhere near the treatment June had given us. I’m a salesperson myself and I could tell the other stores couldn’t be bothered because maybe they assumed we weren’t buying today. Anywho, if you’re looking for something go here and ask for June because she is an absolute delight.

    Destiny was amazing! She greeted us at the door and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She helped us sign up for a card and made it easy. She cleaned our jewelry before we left and packaged it nicely. A lovely store! Everyone was friendly and the store was clean. Thank you!

    Went to the Kay in International Mall to shop for wedding bands and had a GREAT experience! Miss June took care of my fiancé and me and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. It was pretty busy when we walked in but she acknowledged us right away and we only waited a few minutes before she was able to help us. That worked out great since I wanted to browse real quick anyway. We are kind of last minute shoppers, but June made sure we were well taken care of and that we would get everything before we need it to make sure we are happy with the rings when they arrive. I am very pleased with my experience and their jewelry!

    We went to kay today for my fiance’s ring to be resized and my ring purchased and June has been an absolute delight! She answered every question we had and made us feel very comfortable the entire time! Highly recommend seeing June for anything!

    Went into the mall to get my watch adjusted right before close around 8pm. A couple stores told me it couldn’t be done until tomorrow and I was desperate to have it done that night. I walked into Kay Jewelers and Ashley and Destiny were so helpful. They saw I was stressing and on a time crunch and and assured me they could get it done for right away. Ashley was even on a 15 minute break and cut it short to help me out. Not to mention my phone was on 1% and Destiny brought me a charger from the back. 10/10 experience. Will be back to purchase jewelry in the near future.

My husband and I were shopping for our 10 year anniversary (surprisingly, he had worked with her the year before, around the holidays), and Destiny made our experience a memorable one.     Just was in to pick up a repair and my clerk was newer and had a lot of questions. She had asked an older manager looking woman with an accent for help. In front of me, other sales people, and other customers she proceeds to chastise the girl for helping me at all and that she (the clerk helping me) needed to respect people's time. Inferring that somehow my time was less valuable than anyone else's. Beyond that if she is in any sort of managerial role she should've known better then to have a private conversation out in the open like that.

    I went into Kay at International Mall looking for a wedding band, but not really sure what I wanted. Olivia was super helpful and gave me several to try out. I ended up with one that I didn't even consider before walking in and she was so helpful and nice throughout the process. She even remembered me when I came back to pick up my order! I usually think jewelry stores have pushy employees, but not here. They are great. :)
